They gave me an attitude on the phone, and they stole my seat covers and steering wheel cover, and raided my backseat made a bs excuse saying they couldn't get them off nor the steering wheel cover so they cut em off, mind you there was no damage inside and barely any impact from the accident, dont let em tow your vehicle here find somewhere else

Both IAA and insurance knew we needed to recover our personal items upon their arrival to IAA after the accident. I spoke with the ladies (Kristi) on the phone to let them know our situation. Called again upon the arrival of our truck, camper and boat and made an appointment for us to recover our personal items. (this was 2 days after arrival)
Truck - upon arrival, I discovered our truck had already been through detail - we received a black garbage bag with a couple of items. The rest was no where to be found and not in the truck!
Boat - upon arrival, I found the tarp was off and several items were missing or stolen from that!
Photos of our truck, camper and boat had already been posted online the day of my appointment to recover our personal items with our personal items still in them!
When I questioned the ladies (Kristi) while checking out, they said it was probably the tow truck driver.
Then, our truck, fifth wheel camper and boat needed to be moved to Copart.
The ladies from the office called to see what the length of our camper was......Guess they don't have a tape measure either.
The whole experience is less than 1 star, and very shady crooks to deal with.
I recommend selling your vehicle to IAA in Sioux falls they came and got my 93 Chevy 1500 tow guy was real nice I would sell another vehicle to them in a heartbeat
They had scheduled a time to pick up a vehicle from me for my insurance company and their towing company was over two hours late for the pick up. The tow driver didn't even want to give a receipt for the vehicle to show that it was in their possession.
Beware of these shady liars.
We are in Montana so had a couple of special requests and needed to know about certain items. Everybody I talked to there was extra specially nice and very helpful. Thank you for taking care of your out of state buyers.
I had the opportunity to work with 2 great people I’ve ever met in the IAA locations, Renee, Christy were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond working the extra mile to help us out, I appreciate there efforts and eagerness to help us out!
Place used to be good. Now it's a scam. Don't buy anything here. Have images to prove it for those interested. Damaged my car for 2k more damage and said it's not their fault. Just go buy something used and nice and spare yourself the trouble.
I went to pick up my vehicle and I had shown him a text from my insurance company stating that my insurance engine head spoke to a representative at IAA Auto Auction, and all I have to do is pick up my vehicle. When I went there I showed them the email I had received from the representative stating that fact. They stated they did not have that information even though there was only three reps there. She stated I would need to contact my insurance agent and have them call IAA auto auction from their business number. After we did that they stated to wait outside and the car would be dropped off in front. I waited for the vehicle, open the door and sat down my keys were around the steering wheel with a metal clamp with no way of getting it off. They stated that I can still drive the vehicle but I would have to go home and get a tool to take the metal clamp that held the keys under the steering wheel. Also they are taking out the license plates, she stated they didn't have the Manpower to help screw back on the plates to the car even though they were the ones to take it off in addition they had disconnected the battery it was dead, they didn't offer to jump it either. Shity service
Have been buying cars from this auction for a while now, best experience so far compared to other IAA locations. Great staff and customer service, manager Wade Persson deals with issues in a professional manner and values his customers. Will do business with this auction with confidence.
