Not necessarily good or bad. The narrative of the vehicle was very misleading stating "drive home". I sent my son with a trailer just in case, my son arrived after a 400 mile drive to find that the vehicles steering column was so severely damaged it could not be shifted into gear, no tailights or turn signals at all on the vehicle and some form of engine damage. It was unable to even be driven onto a trailer.
I know and accept that as repairable vehicles these type of issues are common, however, making false claims on the description is just uncalled for. Full disclosure of obvious known issues would have saved us both alot of hassle.
Im not upset about the deposit nor about the 800 mile wasted trip, I just feel cheated because I gave you every opportunity for you to tell me what you knew and you chose to not tell me the truth.

Im sure there are many good buying opportunities at this dealership, but understand that you will not be given full disclosure and NEVER assume you can actually drive it home.
These guys are con artists. They had me put down a deposit for an 2011 avalanche. I waited for over a month to wait for them to get a starter or so they said. After calling numerous times to find out what was going on with it. He kept saying they sent the wrong starter. My sister went up there to see and parts were laying under the truck. Of course after she showed me pics and 34 days later I decided it wasn't for me. Of course they kept my deposit like a con would...DONT PUT MONEY DOWN. WHY DO YOU THINK THEY WANT YOU TO PUT MONEY DOWN... ITS THE EAST WAY OF TAKING YOUR DEPOSIT

I bought a car Juliet 21th 2025 and they to delivery August 07th 2025 after 3 weeks the day about the car. They told me that you want receive after two days and also 3 of tires is flat and one of rim broke , Jeef is who is the owner every day when I call him with respectfully he just lying to me .
He didn’t do any change but he told me he want to fix the AXLE and rest of damage , when I receive the car have a lot of damage. The oil for the brake was leaking And also whatever he promised me he didn’t do anything.
I call him as soon as I receive the car and I explain everything. He just hang up to me the phone I was not happy with them very bad experience …
So far so good. Went there looking at a pickup. Ended up buying another car as well while we were there. Jeff was very helpful and willing to consider negotiation. And even had some recommendations for affordable framework and so forth. Hoping the story ends well, so far so good, definitely some things to fix and they were definitely willing to be flexible on the pricing in light of that.
My 15 year old daughter will not be able to get a car for her birthday because the car that I got as running car with some small cosmetic issues had a blown gasket and will not be able to be fixed due to cost ,
I hope that the owner has daughter to understand my frustration,

I told them I was on my way and coming from far away and absolutely needed the car to be drivable. He told me it definitely was. Of course when I get there it wasn't, and he knew it wasn't. I was so infuriated I had to just leave (what good would it do to complain to a guy like that?). I wasted a lot of time and money (that I don't have) making that long drive - for nothing.
It's not that there are "no guarantees", it's the flat out lie and his not giving a ____. I bought from them before, but never again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased a car for my dad with promises of minimal work needed, but the reality was far from it. The car ended up costing us significantly more to fix, and it took an unreasonable amount of time.
To add insult to injury, when I reached out to request a temporary plate extension while we sorted out the salvage title, the response was shockingly dismissive. The representative, a particularly rude individual, hung up on me with the callous remark that it was "our problem" and they wouldn't assist us further.
In summary, the misleading sales tactics coupled with the appalling customer service make it clear that this dealership is one to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your automotive needs.
I wish I had listened when I saw a lady crying at they lobby. She bought a car for $10,000, but it broke down right after she left the lot, When she asked for help, one lady there was really mean and said it was her problem.
I ended up in the same situation. I spent $11,000 on a car there, and it broke down after just three days. It took over a month to fix. When I asked for help, the same mean lady hung up the phone on me and made fun of my accent, saying I couldn't speak English. I asked her to speak to the manager she told me “I am the manager” Then she hung up the phone on me.
Stay away from this place! They don't care about customers and don't help when things go wrong. Find a better dealership where they treat you right.
Bought a automobile sight unseen off Autotrader for a backup for my automobile for parts and had it shipped to Kansas City very impressed with it I could make a drivable automobile was surprised that started up AC worked I think I got my money's worth plus some thank you! Going to put a good word in with the Lord for you guys.
I purchased an suv in June of 2022 from here. I asked if the seat air bags were blown because it wasn't obvious in the pictures. I was told they were not blown but they were. Ok so not the worst thing however when I arrived to pick up the vehicle the condition of the vehicle didn't match the photos on their website.
The entire front bumper, radiator, and core support were gone. Along with this all the needed little things like sensors, wiring harnesses and even the simple radiator fasteners and screws were gone. I questioned this to the manager and he blew me off and just said pictures were wrong. No question that you can possibly get a decent deal on a repairable here but be very careful to ask for up to date pictures before you finish the deal.

My friend and I found a 2014 Chevy Traverse on their website. It had minor damage on the passenger side nothing that a body shop can’t fix. I flew there from Memphis,TN and when I got there, the truck was exactly as described. My only question was “does it drive?” Jeff said yes. It was a 12 hour drive and it gave me no problem. We will definitely be coming back for something else.
These guys don't claim to sell brand new vehicles. YOU need to get a closer look at the vehicle prior to buying (they only do visual inspections), but if you get somebody to take a closer look for you and the issues aren't anything major, you can get an amazing deal on a car that would normally be priced much higher! It is definitely worth the time to take a look at their inventory! I have had nothing but great experiences with them--I've purchased two cars from them!

This is a great place to buy a used vehicle, salvage title or not. The office workers are always very respectful and willing to help with any questions I may have. The salesman is very knowledgeable and willing to give rough estimates of cost and what needs to be fixed. Have bought a few cars from interstate auto center. Have always been very happy with the customer service.

Absolutely stay away! They are con artist! They sold me a jeep that says runs and drives and the jeep arrived with the serpentine belt tied in a knot to hold the front drivers side control arm up! It absolutely would not even start! So many more problems than stated or pictured and it never ran or drove I paid $13,000 for a jeep I was able to scrap out for about $3,000! I contacted them multiple times and kept getting dodged and a avoided! They are well aware of the laws in SD on salvaged vehicles and that once u buy it it’s your problem even if they did not disclose all information. The best thing I can’t say is take ur money elsewhere! Please be smart and beware
These guys live up to the stereotype of used car salesmen. They are deceitful and dishonest. DO NOT do business with them. They will say anything to make a sale, and they don't care. Once they have your money they won't even bother replying to you. For your own good, avoid these guys!
Had a great experience one small inconvenience which was that I made payments over a month and a half and when I made the final payment and went to pick it up they then notified me that the paper plates would be expired due to the fact that when I started making payments is when they considered the purchase date of the vehicle therefore the paper plates were no good and had to register vehicle immediately just wish would have notified me sooner other than that had an amazing experience and the staff is wonderful to work with I highly recommend going here for a vehicle
Deceiving photos, shipping cost was more than quoted, no mention of bad motor. Called back and they said there was nothing they could/would do. Paid top dollar for the car because I assumed I would get what I was paying for.
Place was nice, and front desk guy was friendly. Prices on some cars are little higher than expected. If you do your own work like body work and everything else you might save little bit of money fixing up some cars. If not you will end up paying the same price for clear title car. Overall fun experience on our visit and you can find some good cars or part cars.
It's ok I dlvr wreck but salvageable cars off the east coast if ur in market to buy a slightly damaged to a lot of damage but repairable iam sure u can find something I once saw a almost new challenger and a Camaro there folks seem nice I cant say about prices today they had a gorgeous almost new ford pickup
Overall, I think it's a great place to buy a repairable vehicle. They give you a good description of the damages and are fairly coapportive when additional information is requested. I bought a jeep recently, the car arrived with a cracked windshield which was not in description. So, I called them to tell them that on the website, it was noted that the windshield is not cracked. They said they will look into it and call me back. It's been over a week and half, I have yet to receive a call. Anyway, I did my own investigation and found out that this occurred while in transit. So, I'm not blaming them at all for the windshield. I'm still waiting on my title, but I understand that can take some time (update, my title has arrived, and it was well within the time frame they had specified.) Despite that little incident with the windshield, I will most likely buy from them again in the future.
sketchy people they jack cars up by a huge frontloader with fork which does damage to the cars, Ive purchased a car the photo showed all 4 wheels are whole and inflated and when I purchased it there was just 3 good wheels and a donut! stick to auctions guys a annual license is 100 bucks a year. and these guys get most of the cars that way. Ive vin checked some of their cars and there from auctions that can accessible to public. along with all this they jack the price up buy a car for 2 grand and sell for 3 to you thats just business but I wouldn't recommend them!
I have bought allot of cars from them and they have allways treated me right.
Jeff the salesman is very honest in describing the damage over the phone because it is a 4 hour drive for me and they have never failed me.
