Dropped my pickup off 2 weeks ago for ONE SPARK PLUG to be replaced. BART tells me when I drop it off that it needs to sit overnight so it can cool and they would install it. 2 weeks later, I call them and they still haven't even pulled it in the shop. Poor business practices. Bart, you're an absolute joke and a tool in the worst sense of the word.

It took me 4 days to FINALLY stump them with a request for an item they didn't have in stock! The staff and owners are very helpful and professional. They strive to stock as many items as possible, a tremendous service to the community. They have saved me, and countless other customers, 80+ mile round trips out of the area for parts or merchandise. The store is a tremendous asset to the community and a rare find in a town the size of Timber Lake. I have great confidence I can find whatever I need at the business.

Was inquiring on a clutch job, was told the amount of the parts, but could not het the labor cost amount, waited all day for a call and was told more less they didn't want to do it piss poor business if you ask me!
