Excellent customer service at this Advanced Auto Parts store. My Duralast battery finally died in this cold. Jess W. did an excellent job of checking the starter, battery, etc. and replaced the battery to get me out of there quickly so I could get into work. This location always has good customer service, but I wrote the review because she was helpful and efficient.

Tonight I stopped at Advanced Auto parts and was helped by Eddie. Praise God for your outstanding employee who went out of his way to help me and my son with tire pressure issue. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts and Eddie. Today my husband’s car broke down and we needed a new battery and once again we stopped at advanced auto parts tega cay and we were helped by Alex and got 5 star treatment.

I ordered a oil bundle online ,when I picked it up the counter person said the filter you ordered is not in stock ,so he substituted ,he said the filter was a higher quality one but it was really lower ,a little disappointed

Best auto parts store and service around - I've got lots of older vehicles and equipment and try to maintain everything myself. Advance Auto of Fort Mill / Tega Cay is always there to help. Eddie in particular is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Whatever your vehicle issue is, Eddie is genuinely interested in solving the problem - not just trying to sell product that may not address the root cause. Thanks Eddie and Advance Auto!

Called the store and they answered. Told me they needed me to hold which I said was fine. After about 5 minutes they hung up on me and when I tried to call back no one answered even after calling multiple times.

I went in this morning for help with a headlight being out 12/29/24 between 9-10am . I walked in , believe I was the only customer in the store . Went directly to the gentleman behind the counter and asked for help with a bulb for a headlight that had gone out in my 2008 Chevy Suburban. He immediately said he could not help me replace . I had hoped that he would but said I understood.. especially because it was raining out . He asked if the suburban was a 1500. I was honestly not sure and said that , he annoyingly walked over to the window to look, it was not . He asked if it was my low or high beam was out . I said I wasn’t sure ( because I had not tested the high beam). He then said in an extremely rude tone “then you should hand over your license because you shouldn’t be driving”. I was so taken aback by this man’s attitude towards me at the desk. I have never written a review on anything but this has been on my mind all day . Super disappointed by his customer service and making me feel like I was a complete idiot . I hope he doesn’t typically treat women customers like this, I would be completely embarrassed if he represented a store for me , like this .

They're always nice to try and help find the right part for a fair price. I'm already signed up with their rewards program.

Kudos to Angel and the folks working today! I was doing break job and they were great at making sure I had what I needed! Yeah...I might have had to stop in 3 times....but that was all in me...and each time they were as helpful as the first!!! Great customer support is why I always come back to this location vs any others in Charlotte area!!

These guys were amazing! My alternator went out as I pulled into their lot they tested it let me know what was going on and then while I waited for AAA they brought me a chair to sit in and some water to drink very friendly folks. especially John helped me a lot Highly recommended.

The man who helped me with wiper blades was very helpful in selecting what I needed and giving me choices. Then he put them on my car. Great service and friendliness!

Because of a bad experience with B+B I thought it best to call first and make sure they had the battery I wanted and would install. The guy on the phone was super helpful saying of course they would install and they had a few of the batteries I needed. "Come on in we'll take care of ya." When I got there the parking lot was almost full, with Advance team members going back and forth helping people. I went inside and walked straight up to the counter and the guy quickly retrieved the battery. As he was installing another employee walked by saying "hey we just talked, glad you came in." Such a friendly and professional group. Thank you.

Thought car battery might be bad. Pulled in, Jeff immediately came out, checked battery. Yep, battery definitely bad. Bought Die Hard Platinum w/4 year warranty. Price was reasonable. Free install. Will be coming here for my automotive needs from now on. Thanks.

This is close to where I live . Great customer service. It happened to me once to wait longer than ussual but understandably they were busy and the counter person saw me several day back and mentioned that they were busy and sort that they were not able to help. Had to order parts several times they are helpfully with locating and getting delivered to their store. With all the shortage of people and not enough staff I think they are doing well.

Top notch customer service! Eddie drove to my house to help me determine if my battery was dead or if there was a bigger issue. Unbelievable that he went out of his way to help. Truly the best neighborhood auto parts store!

I was in here over the weekend, needed a new headlight for my truck. Had issues trying to replace it myself. There was a guy there named Eddie, who was more than helpful. He stopped what he was doing and helped me replace both headlight bulbs without question, while explaining everything to me while we did it. The service here was far beyond what I would expect from a chain auto parts store. I will be back here for sure for whatever I need in the future. I would normally just buy parts online, but I think now I will go here to get what I need. Sometimes you just need to find someone who is willing to help. You just earned a new customer.... thank you Eddie!

Super friendly staff. I just wish I can remember the name of the nice guy who helped me pick the right engine oil and pour it in right before closing. My Kia Rio and myself were so grateful🙏🏾 My go-to place.

Excellent customer service! I know it will always depend on how busy they may be, but it was fairly busy and the attendant (Eddie) double checked the items I found to make sure they were for the right vehicle (I had one wrong item and was grateful for the double check as it saved me an additional trip) He offered to help install one of items. He was friendly and extremely helpful to not just me but the numerous customers in the store. It was by far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time...anywhere.

Staff really helped me out with deciding on the parts I needed. Also they were very knowledgeable and friendly. People down south are friendly unlike back home up north. I'm still getting used to people waving, speaking and helping out instead of people mean mugging all the time. It's like you've known these people for a long time. It's different but I'm liking it.

Eddie and Jeff are always super helpful and go above and beyond the call of duty. They both deserve a raise! They are very knowledgeable and always look out for the best interest of the customer. One must be patient, especially if they are taking care of another customer prior to taking care of you. They deserve the attention that you want as well! Great job guys!

I was in the store on Saturday April 22 and Sunday April 23 and I have never experienced better customer service. The staff was extremely courteous , knowledgeable, and helpful. They spent what I consider an inordinate amount of time trying to help me resolve a problem with a part that I was having difficulty locating. I would highly recommend this location for all auto needs and they will be my #1 goto from now on. Tommy Hawkins
