Had what I needed at a reasonable price.

This store has the most poorest customer service followed by disrespectful. Kimberly and jonathan were very disrespectful to my father and refuse to help for over 20 years we get our parts from O’Reilly for our mechanic shop from different locations, however this location was closer at this time, he got treated really bad. I don’t appreciate this behavior from an employee and the store manager. One start it’s way too much for those two.

Amazing experience at this location. My car said ""low engine coolant shut off engine" and I stopped in to get some coolant. The employee at the time told me I needed to wait 10-15 minutes until I could add the coolant. Then the employee himself filled my car up with the coolant. The tank overflowed because he couldn't see when it was getting full so he then got a pump from their inventory and insisted I not pay for it and removed the excess coolant. This location has my business for sure from now on for all my auto parts needs. Give everyone working here a raise, especially Tanner.

They always have just what I’m looking for great customer service

My truck started leaking antifreeze from a cracked plug. O'Reilly's help me find it on the Shelf in a variety pack that was open and missing some of the larger sizes that I did not need. As such they offered me a discount to take the open package which I was happy to receive. Then they were able to offer me some hand tools so that I could do the repair in the parking lot and stop losing antifreeze. Even let me a funnel to pour in additional antifreeze. I consider this service above and beyond. Thank you O'Reilly's

Had the privilege of Kimberly helping me today to put in a new battery after so many issues with my car! She was friendly and even joked a bit with me, well shoutout to her cause that’s one less headache for me!! And man did my car give us a hard time too but we got it thanks to her patience!! Thank yall again for my 2/2 great experiences with needing car stuff!

Five starts for Jeff! Needed coolant for my Land Rover and Jeff helped me identify and add it. Above and beyond service.

Didn't have the part I needed in stock, but got it in a few hours from another store. Great personal service!

Other employees were great. However “John the manager” was dressed like a child. He had on a backwards hat and his pants were hanging down!! If it weren’t for the other elderly men that work there I wouldn’t come back. I believe it just doesn’t look professional as a manager.

They offer to turn your rotors, but won't do it due to understaffing. I would try another place for this service.

The young man who just helped me install a new battery was awesome. Very courteous and professional.

Ron was the best! He help me figure out whether my volvo had a oil dip stick or not and showed me where to put the oil in my car. Very friendly and kind. Thank you Ron!

My headlights went out close to 8:30 at night. I went to Autozone first and waited forever and no help!! I called and spoke to Dave at oreilly who was willing to help me. Dave solved my problem for me in no time. Dave was really professional and courteous. Stated he wouldn’t want me to drive home with no lights! Dave is the best!!

Unwilling to look for the part "that was in the back it would take to long to find it " told me the store in Clover had it . Went out of my way so your employee wouldn't have to gas at 4.50 a gallon why not. Clover store was super just inconvenient for me will go out of my way to go there before ever going back to Lake wylie store .

Store associates are very helpful. I came in for a battery about 15 mins before closing and was able to purchase and have it installed. It was a difficult one to install, but the associate was super knowledgeable and still able to help me quickly, and be even showed me how to access the battery for next time. Highly recommend!

O'Reilly should be Oh Really? If I could give a 0, that's zero rating, I'd do it. Customer service was a zero.

Go to place when in South Carolina. Cane home from vacation to a dead battery. Called NTB and was told they could get to it the middle of next week. Autozone only had one employee working and could not help. Oreillys was last stop(should of been first). Lance was great and installed it in my Cadillac Escalade in about 20 minutes. Got a customer for life!!!!!! Thanks Lance

I have used O'Reilly auto parts for a while now always impressed with the expertise and customer service from the Lake Wylie location which has helped me find many parts for my 21 Year old Grand Marquis to the recent restore of my F150. Plus they read engine codes for you.

Lance, Williams and Ron have a great customer service. They always take care of me anytime i visit the store.

You can order almost anything online but it's nice to have a place like this to actuality go in and talk to someone to make sure you get the right part you need . You can trust Amazon usually to deliver your years supply of toothpaste or the 7 iPad chargers because your son keeps losing his but not to get the right oil filter that you are changing at 730 at night before you realize they of course sent the wrong one. There is a reason Amazon doesn't have a catchy car part store commercial jingle.

Would have given them 5 cuz they were great and helpful but thanks to them I no longer have a radio or a clock in my car.

First visit, very nice, clean store, need an oil filter manual than contains fram filter codes. Current book does not list fram filter codes.

My apologies I had to update this review I had the two O'Reilly's mixed up as I was not happy running around.. This particular O'Reilly was very helpful they called the store in Rock Hill SC and verified that the part was there and told them to pull it and hold it that we were coming, we paid for it. So we drove to Rock Hill they pulled the part and had it waiting but meanwhile someone put it on the truck?? When we got there they had us to wait told us the driver would bring the part back which did not happen so we drove back to this O'Reilly's and pick the part up spend all day chasing one part took 10 minutes to put it on the truck and have her running again.

Oriellys in lake wylie called the police on me for horseplaying with an employee even though weve been doing this for over a year. I think some of them have mental problems. Probably shop at autozone even if corporate corrects the situation. The new store manager is over compensating for his physically inferior body and brain. Theyre just kids and have a lot to learn. Last time i had a problem there it was mainly for bringing my service dog in.

Graham showed excellent customer service and knowledgeability today! He ran a full battery test, replaced my battery for me and had me in and out in a timely manner. If you go to this store ask for Graham!

So I came in this store to return some O2 sensors I brought from another store in Charlotte ( I had my receipt ) and this the younger cashiers didn't know how to refund store credit so they asked for the senior in charge he proceeded to come look at my receipt and tell me I have to go back to the store in got them from. I told him that makes no sense he keeps repeating that I have to go back to the store I got them from with no explanation as to why. Real ass hole this guy was.
