I had a transmission for a 1999 Honda shipped to me in North Carolina from Willow Creek Transmission. My mechanic installed the transmission and my car seemed to skip at about 30mph. He had no idea what the issue was. I contacted Willow Creek Transmission and was told if I could get the car to their shop they would take a look and see what they could do to correct the problem. I drove the car to their shop. Within a few hours my Honda was road ready and I was headed back home. That was 10 years ago and my son continues to drive that Honda to this day! We have never had any issues with the transmission since my visit to Willow Creek Transmission!

I took my 2004 Honda accord here which I thought needed a transmission. I also took a donor vehicle that he would be pulling the transmission out of. My car never needed a transmission and I’m sure he saw that upon scanning it. He then proceeded to switch transmissions just so he could still get paid when all my car needed was a throttle body. After I picked my car up my check engine light came back on after supposedly everything being fixed for a O2 sensor which goes with the catalytic converter. This shop removed not only the converter off my car but also my donor vehicle on top of being paid $1200 to switch transmissions. Please do not take your cars here unless you would like to be scammed. My car also had NO transmission fluid whatsoever !!!

I am from Charlotte. I had my transmission go out on my Ford transit connect. I reached out to a couple of transmission shops here in Charlotte, but none seemed interested or too high of a price. I found Willow Creek Transmission. I am pleased with the job they did and recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable price and a job well done.

2 months after installing my rebuilt transmission in my 2005 odyssey the thing blew up on the highway at 75mph. I paid a lot for this thing and it left me and my family stranded pretty far from home. The van Hans been sitting in my backyard for 5 years now with a bad transmission and I decided to leave a review because I finally found my receipt on where I got this junk from. Beware of all the fake reviews this place gets.

In April of this year, the transmission on my 2012 Nissan Altima went out. My husband and I called around to every shop within a 75 mile radius of us and no one would touch it. We couldn’t find a transmission with a warranty and we weren’t willing to gamble on a big purchase. We searched high and low and finally found Willow Creek Transmissions on EBay. My husband called them to get all the details and we decided to go ahead with the purchase. At the beginning of September, we rented a vehicle, booked a hotel, and took a trip from Ohio to South Carolina to pick up the new one and hand over the old. (We needed a vacation anyway.) When we got back, we installed the new one ourselves and got the car back in working order. She cranked right over, went in and out of every gear smoothly, and moved! We’ve been daily driving it ever since without an issue. The warranty is spectacular, Sylvian and his guys were very helpful. They unloaded the old one and put the new one in the van for us. With about 1,500 miles in the books, we are hoping for many more. If we come across an issue, we will update. As of now, we are incredibly please and happy that we made the journey. Thanks again!

These folks went above and beyond to get my Pathfinder up and going like new after a pretty overall terrible situation from another installer. Sylvain and his team are spot-on if you are looking for a good quality Overhauled transmission coupled with professional service. First, I am a technician and I have a 2012 Jeep Patriot CVT that has given me multiple problems. I installed an Overhauled CVT from Willow Creek transmission and I still had an issue. Sylvain asked me what it was doing and jumped to the valve body. He exchanged the one that was in the transmission at no cost to me (I performed the swap) and that fixed the issues. He reported they found debris in the flow control valve. My Jeep now runs great, I am very pleased with the service I have received from these guys, these CVT's are finicky and WCT understands that. Just had my remanufactured transmission installed by my shop here in the northeast, the transmission is so smooth now. This transmission is for my daughters car. The dealer wanted to put in a junkyard transmission, but I agreed to pay the difference for the Willow Creek transmission with the 2 year warranty and the upgraded parts. Time will tell how well it holds up, but for now I am very happy with my Willow creek experience.

Wow, that was really easy! I found Willow Creek Transmission through eBay. I called them and spoke with Slavain. I told him I had a 2000 Acura TL with major transmission problems. He was very knowledgeable with my exact transmission. He explained to me why and how things went wrong with the factory trans with such low miles. When I told him I was on the other side of the United States.....Washington state he said “no problem”. I got off the phone and did a bunch of research on reviews and I couldn't find nothing bad about this company on the Internet . I called him back the next day and ordered the transmissions. It was shipped and here here in a little over a week!! My mechanic had the transmission in it and one day! I called Willow Creek transmission back and asked about returning the core. He sent me an email with the information With the packing slip and it was picked up the next day. Not to mention the transmission shifts perfect and had zero issues installing the transmission. Purchased a remanufactured transaxle for a '03 Acura TL Type S over 4 years ago. It was installed according the warranty recommendations and it has gone over 60,000 miles without a problem. It has been absolutely rock solid and still feels brand new.

1999 Acura 3.2 TL Great folks, I purchased a transmission and it was shifting really hard , after many phone calls and many solenoid changes that would not resolve the issue, I drove the car to them and they replaced the whole transmission for free. If I ever need another transmission , I will be contacting these folks. Thanks for everything, especially being honest.

Well I found out about Willow Creek Transmissions on ebay looking for a transmission for my sister's 2010 Nissan Altima with a Cvt transmission. I called them and they were so nice. I live in Alabama 8hrs away from Willow Creek transmissions and my sister lives 4 hours away from them in Georgia. So my sister went and picked up a transmission from them. My dad installed the transmission. It was his first cvt transmission install ever. He ran into problems after install. I guess he hadn't flushed the system out good enough, which is what the guy told me when I called them back for help. He said bring the car back to them and he said they would pull the engine back out and the trans and split the trans in have and flush it out really good. I asked how much it would be he said it's under warranty so it wouldn't cost any extra. So I recommend if yall have a Cvt to definitely take it to them. Anyway so I went to Georgia picked up the car and we took it to them at Willow Creek Transmissions. They fixed the car and when my sister went to pick the car up something else went wrong with the car, nothing to do with what they did. They trouble shot her car until they found out what was wrong with it. They fixed the new problem which was a Mass Air Flow sensor. They said take it to get home and when you get another one just send it back. I'm amazed at how friendly and how much they Cared about making sure my Sister and my three nieces made it home safely. I would recommend them to anybody. I'm a very grateful Brother and Uncle because I know how much they needed that car. So thank you so much Willow Creek Transmissions!!!

This is one the most HONEST repair shop! I ordered a transmission from Willow Creek. I had some issues with, but the guys there resolved every single one in a timely manor. It`s hard to find honest mechanic and honest people in general this days, but this guys goes above and beyond! If you need transmission repair don`t even think about - Go To Willow Creek Transmission!!!

AWESOME!! The folks are straight up HONEST! Very knowledgeable! My daughter needed a transmission for her Honda WILLOW CREEK knew exactly why. They knew of these transmissions and why so very many FAILED! Willow Creek remedied any future premature failures by correcting the manufacturers flaws in this particular transmission when they rebuild them, including a heavy duty torque converter, external cooler and some upscale internal components "I'm not familiar with". They shipped it directly to our local transmission shop promptly! They also took care of all return shipping arrangements!!!! AWESOME PRODUCT! AWESOME PRICE! AWESOME WARRANTY! AWESOME SERVICE!! I picked up my car Saturday from the shop after a transmission replacement and have no complaints what so ever. The car is shifting perfectly, Slavain and Amber both provided excellent customer service, and the 2 year warranty gives me reassurance that I can take it back to them in case I have any issues in the future.

The guys here are great! I drive up from Florida to pick up a transmission I bought off of eBay! The transmission is working better than the stock one! great people and they know what that are doing!

I have a 2004 Honda Accord. The guys here rebuilt the transmission a little over 2 years ago and 40k miles later it's still running good. When I contacted about fixing he said he would have to rebuild mine because he didn't have one on hand. Dropped off on a wed and picked up on Fri. Excellent service and was prob 700 bucks cheaper than the 2 local shops and you can't beat the 2yr warranty he offers!!!! Also I had to call recently after hitting something in road and putting a hole in transmission cooler. He was very helpful in giving me the correct part# and answering a few more questions I asked. I would definitely use again!!!!!

I ordered my transmission two weeks ago and still haven't received it. I ordered on a thursday and called the following wednsday after lunch and still had not been shipped even tho i was told ships out 24 to 48 hours after ordering. Its been an aditional week since then and it hasnt arrived. Making a total of two weeks. Price is great if u dont mind your vehicle being out of service for weeks. Who knows when it will even arrive!

I purchased a transmission from Willow Creek transmissions for my 2003 Acura TL type S. I installed the transmission myself, and I am very happy with the performance of the transmission. The dealer wanted $5100 installed, and a local garage wanted $4100 for a reman installed. Willow Creek charged me $1450 and 300 shipping.to NY. I highly recommend Willow Creek Transmissions!! We have a 2001 Honda Odyssey van which had the typical (according to the internet searching that we did) transmission failure codes. We took the van to Willow Creek Transmissions in Cades and are very satisfied with the decision. They completed replacing the transmission with a rebuilt unit in one day just like they advertise - they were done early. The 2.5hr drive was well worth every mile... they were - on average - about $1,200 less expensive with a better warranty than any of the local shops who quoted the work. They also provided a considerable amount of information which helped prevent us from being ripped off at a later time - we called them on a few occasions with questions and were helped with great speed and impressive knowledge. When they did the installation, they checked our engine and transmission mounts and verified that they did not require replacement (unlike the local Honda dealership and a national trasmission chain who also quoted on the transmission repair). When we had a knocking sound which was blamed on the same mounts by another shop, we called them for their thoughts - turned out that the mounts were still fine and the problem was a stabilizer link - that phone call, once again, saved us even more money. If you have any question about having your vehicle transmission worked on by these folks - set it aside; based on my experience, you will be in excellent hands.

We have a 2002 Honda Civic. We have owned it for three years and it had 112,000 miles when purchased. The transmission slipped in every gear. We had the fluid and filter changed with no results. We searched the internet for quality and price on a new re-built transmission. Willow Creek Transmissions in Cade South Carolina had the best prices and quality with very courteous service and very friendly and helpful staff. They always check the transmissions before they ship them to make sure everything is working. The shipping date was exactly the date I requested. I owned a 2002 Acura TL with notorious Transmission problems. No answers on line, or from Acura. Recall type. Found Willow through Ebay. Talked to them. Understandable information and answers and recommendations. Bought a reconditioned transmission, with the full explanation of the defect I had been dealing with. I installed the transmission myself. Every question I had I called and was answered immediately. That was 16 months and 20,000 miles ago. The transmission has performed flawlessly. It has been like having a new car. I would definitely return there with any transmission issues.
