Can anyone confirm if they are closed down? Been calling a couple months with no answer. Drove by and grass has taken over. I'd like to see if they have what I need. TIA
I was very pleased with this place I went on line to check for a part I needed and not only did they have the part but a perfect match and fit and the exact same color I needed and if that wasn’t enough it was so reasonably much lower then anywhere. Two for the price of one on line. I definitely will be doing my business with them from now on. Everyone there was super nice and very helpful.. thanks Ace Auto Salvage.
We needed parts for my daughters Honda, things that would have broke the bank for us but Ace had what we needed for the most reasonable price and they had them in our hand in no time. If you are facing an expensive repair, consider calling Ace before you head to the parts store.
I called for a paint code but he gave me the VIN when they brought the car part out the VIN number did not match wasted 3 hours and two of them waiting for the part to get pulled. Rediciulis service don't waist your time go somewhere else.

I ordered 4 seatbelts from these guy. On delivery found 2 where for a totally different car.
After calling, was told they didnt have any more correct seatbelts, to send the wrong parts back for a partial refund, and I’d have to pay shipping after I paid 75$ shipping in the first place

Called twice. Was told they had a good front bumper assembly for a mustang. Drove 225 miles round trip to find all they had was a cover that was damaged.
Bought engine from company have receipt. Worker said he would put engine in. Will not prove the engine in the truck is the one we bought, and there are a couple issues that had to be deliberately gore up to break. Others seem decent but never let Jason work on your vehicle.
Great place to get used Auto parts , love the down to earth people , awesome Customer service , they aim to please their customer any way possible.. Always been satisfied with them..
Rude and unprofessional. Called ahead and asked for a part. Said they had it and be ready in an hour. Upon arriving, they didnt have the complete part. The guy said "sorry, price is set but thanks for stopping by" and shut his office door. Was left standing there. They could have at least offered a substitute or other place that does have it. Dont waste your time or money here. Plenty of other salvage lots with similar and lower prices without the difficulty.
THESE GUYS HAVE A GREAT TEAM, QUALITY USED PARTS, AND WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PART YOU NEED WILL WORK BEFORE SELLING IT YOU. THEY'RE MY GO TO AUTO SALVAGE FACILITY IN THE UPSTATE.
