The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. The repair was completed on time, priced great, and my truck now drives smooth and quiet like it should. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. These guys are great! I went there to have my brake pads replaced, they informed me my brakes were fine and made some minor repairs. Their honesty and integrity in dealing with the customers is why I recommend these guys!!
My 2018 Chevy Trax developed a serious oil leak call them they said bring it by. I dropped it off . An hour or two later call me told me how much and it was fixed the next afternoon fair prices. I will be taking my cars there from now on, and they are very courteous
I bought a clunker of a truck and Chris tried everything he could to fix my transmission. It was unfortunate that it had to be replaced but they got it done in less than two weeks and charged me a very reasonable price. When I came to pick it up I was pleasantly surprised that they had it washed for me.
These mechanics are awesome! I have been using them for about 1.5 yrs and they never dissapoint. I consider myself slightly knowledgeable when it comes to auto repair and I 100% trust this shop. They have never steered me wrong and have actually predicted when I would have issues accurately. These technicians really know vehicles! Do not let anyone else work on your car if you can help it. Last night, I received a call from a friend whose husband is deployed. She’s a busy mom managing four kids, and unfortunately, her car wouldn’t start. She was really in a tough spot.
I have an old SUV that had been sitting at Chris's shop for about a month while I figured out what to do with it. I reached out to Chris and asked if he could get my SUV up and running so my friend could borrow it until her own car was fixed.
Chris sprang into action right away. He replaced the battery, inspected everything on the vehicle, and made it ready for her use. He even delivered it straight to her doorstep! Within 24 hours, she was back on the road with her four wonderful kids.
It’s important to note that Chris and Beau, the owners of Master Auto Group, are incredibly busy growing their business. Yet, despite their full schedules, Chris took the time to assist a military family in need.
Both Chris and Beau are retired from the USAF, and they truly exemplify the spirit of humility and service. I’m so proud to call them my friends!
Masters Auto Group went above and beyond for me as a first time customer. I had chosen their shop to have repairs done on my vehicle because they're veteran owned, they had well over 20+ word of mouth recommendations from a community Facebook group suggesting their shop to me and they were cost efficient. During my cars repairs, a completely separate part that had been replaced barely a year ago by some place else had malfunctioned due to no fault of their own and they opted to replace it completely free of part and labor charges to "ensure proper repair and long-term reliability." Their words, not mine. Masters Auto Group was a fantastic shop to work with and they've gained a repeat customer in me even for regular maintenance. Thank you guys again!
I have done a good bit of repeat business with these guys at the Masters Auto Group. I had an ecodiesel with issues that no one else could figure out, they got the truck running great! I have since then had them work on my wife's Honda Pilot and our Subaru. I have received nothing but professionalism from these guys. I would recommend them to anyone that is seeking an honest shop that will fix your vehicle the right way!

I’ve used Masters for everything from oil changes to diagnosing issues with my transmission. Always great to work with and you can trust them to take care of you. It’s nice to have a honest place that won’t try to sell you a bunch of extra stuff you don’t need.
I was referred to Masters by a friend I've had difficulty with my vehicle spent a great deal of money at different repair shops to no avail just threw away money. Masters looked at the vehicle they found the issue and fixed it I'm extremely satisfied they are extremely honest and have great work ethic and knowledgeable. I will give you an example I went to another repair shop with the same issue they quoted me $400 for the repair most of that was Labor. Masters got a quality part and installed it, parts and $148. Masters has earned my business and I will refer everybody I know who needs vehicle repair to Masters. Thanks guys for your exceptional service

Amazing! Whatever you need done they can and will do it, no matter how big or small the job is! I took my Cadillac Escalade to a Cadillac dealership to have my suspension replaced, and Truck lowered and the dealership could only do one job at a time which would’ve made the labor that much harder but Masters said bring it in and within a week time both jobs were done and we are loving the look and the ride. These guys Beau and Chris are truly awesome!
They were able to give me a quote right away and fix it the next day in about an hour. They even serviced my tires for me. I had to get my catalytic converter changed and they were able to give me the aftermarket price. I highly recommend them. They are prior military and they showed me what was wrong and explained it to me. Will definitely go back.
I was honored with a free oil change through their "Salute to Service" program in which veterans & Active Duty get a free oil change in the month of November 2024. I had shown up earlier than my scheduled appointment time and they were able to get me taken care of immediately and fast.
I had an absolute amazing experience my oil change was quick, waiting area is nice, owners are super friendly and honest and try to work with you on what you need!
10 out of 10 would recommend anyone going here they did an oil change on my vehicle and it was quick, very reasonable priced and they did a detailed assessment of all my other fluids. The staff was extremely friendly as soon as I stepped out of the vehicle.
Chris and Beau did an awesome job in a short time. They replaced the rear Main seal on my 5.3L equipped 2007 Impala SS while I was away for the weekend. I will be back for future service. You can also get all your Amsoil supplies from them.
We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We found their name online as a referral on Facebook. Took my chances since we were in a crunch and needed brakes quickly. Not only did they beat the price of any other quotes we were given, they completed the work so fast, did a complete inspection of my car, and some things that I thought were wrong, they assured me were no big deal. They have given me lists of necessary and unnecessary work, prioritized in order of urgency and I’ve never once felt pressured to have anything done. And they work so fast!
We’ve since brought all of our personal and work vehicles in for whatever work has been needed and for inspections. We refer anyone we can. It’s the only place I trust now.

I recently took my Ford Explorer to Master Auto group because my dash lights went on and I have to say that the service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, They were friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and provided me with a clear explanation of what they were going to be doing to figure out the issues as well as what needed to be done to fix the problem.
What impressed me the most was the thoroughness of their testing. Chris went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, and kept me informed every step of the way. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed now, as well as what would need to be fixed in the future along with costs to keep my car running smoothly.
The repairs were done faster than I expected and the mechanics did an excellent job in fixing the problem. When I picked up my car, it was running great and no more dash light! Tried to buy a vehicle gave them my info also told Chris I would be there that week or weekend when I recieved my return ..I went to find the listing it was gone and reposted with different set of miles on it I reached out to Chris again only to be ignored I call the next day to try and set up coming to purchase it ..Bo told me it was sold. Chris's unprofessionalism lost a sale and potential repeat customer. Be careful
