Words can not express my appreciation for Hunter. Driving our brand-new camper van off the lot to our final destination we ended up stranded for 16 hours in a gas station bay. We were unfamiliar with the area and were extremely exhausted dealing with warranty and insurance roadside dispatch to have multiple service companies cancel after realizing it was a specialty tow. Hunter called after receiving our claim from dispatch, talked with my husband, and showed up anyway to see if he could help troubleshoot or help us come up with a plan- he was very knowledgeable (all at 11:00 pm on a Saturday). Although we had to sleep at the gas station, he made us feel comfortable with the area, made an excellent referral to another local company, and followed up with us the next day. Hunter went above and beyond and was the only person in this ordeal who cared about us as a customer. Character matters and I highly recommend their services and confident you will be treated with the utmost respect.
My husband I were stranded at work and they came to the rescue very prompt and courteous. The tow truck driver even gave a great recommendation since we are new to town on where to have our vehicle serviced! I cannot recommend them enough they really saved the day!
On the night of September 8th around 2AM I was driving from Charlotte, NC to Knoxville, TN when somebody trying to race and being reckless wouldn’t let me take my exit and ended up making me drive over a ditch which resulted me to be on the side of the road near Asheville with 2 flat tires. As a woman being in that situation alone in the middle of the night can be really scary so when I called the company Hunter was really helpful and reassured me that everything would be ok. He explained to me what I should do and that he was already on his way. He found me really quickly and reassured me again that everything would be ok. He towed my car to a Firestone and dropped me off at the closest hotel. He could tell I was anxious and scared so he distracted me during the whole drive talking about Asheville, touristic places to go etc. Hunter was absolutely amazing and definitely knew how to make a terrible and scary situation feel like a “ok, could be worse, I am safe”. Thank you Hunter for being so respectful, kind and patient because even though you are used to situations like that you knew that it was a huge deal for me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for being so professional and kind!
