Company towed vehicles in my apartment complex so they could paint the concrete and tow driver completely destroyed my front bumper lip . When confronted just as the other review said, the driver had a ridiculously foul mouth and denied causing the damage . Said he would return to asses the situation and never did , and I could not get in touch with the owners despite them saying they would call . Will take legal actions if this can’t be resolved accordingly .
We needed a tow at 1:00am after the roadside assistance assigned wrecker service bailed. Thompsons arrived within 15 minutes and was a class act, professional and friendly. Thank you Thompsons!
The driver of this town truck opened his door and the smell of weed smoke bellows out. It's not the first time I've had contact with this tow truck smelling like that. It's irresponsible as hell.
Apparently this same guy is driving a new tow truck but still has the same bad habit of smoking weed while driving a row truck with a customer's car on the back of it. DOT#1839913. This is the 5th time I've smelled weed coming from that truck when he opened his door. Thompsons wrecker service is either aware of this and they are allowing it or they are completely oblivious and irresponsible. There's no way that the owners are not aware of this. Shame on you Thompsons wrecker service.
We are a moving company, that hired Thomson to pull the car out of the sea container, they are amazing, always answer the phone, and we had a problem today, the truck driver was late 4 hours, I called Thomson to reschedule the time and they did it for me, basically saving everyone today, everything depended on them, can’t thank enough!

Unfortunately a tow guy that was sent prior to Caitlyn didn’t have much knowledge on a Tesla. Thank God we didn’t take some of his suggestions.

My daughter had a car accident today and I called Thompson because I had used them in the past years ago without any issues so a young lady showed up to pick up the car she was very nice and I asked her how much she said she would have to ask the boss but she never told me the price until she got the car to my house which was 5 miles or less and local here in Lyman she said $175.00 which I thought was ridiculous I will never in my lifetime use Thompson as this left a very bad taste in my mouth
My car broke down and needed towing to a mechanic I called and they were there around 15 minutes or 20 minutes maybe less.The young man was very friendly professional and this service was very affordable.. When your car breaks down you know you already have problems and it's so much better when the tow company doesn't make matters worse.I highly recommend this company.
When I had my accident they called me that evening just let me know that picked up my car and it would be at their location. I went today to pick up my tag and release the car to my insurance company. Very friendly and accommodating.. I'll definitely be using them next time I need towing service.
I’ve never had to have my car towed before until tonight. My friend and I called and they were there within 25 minutes to help us. Not only that but it was super affordable. If I ever need a tow again I know who to call!
