Item did not fit, this is not for a 2013-2016, it is for a newer truck. Had to return , and Sparten said that i took off parts and replaced them with my parts which there is no way because the housing nor the water pump fits my truck. They clearly just dont want to send me my refund. I had to buy a water pump from Amazon just to get my truck up and running. Item is not as decried,and the shipping was good but what they charged was not what FedEx charges for shipping, poorly packaged.... in the photo u can clearly see the 2 water pumps are not the same...
Horrible experience purchasing from this shop on ebay; Sold us a damaged column on a Chevrolet Silverado. If I could leave zero stars I would based on the Customer Service I received.

I’m a repair shop out of Milwaukee Wisconsin. We purchased a BMW motor from this company on September 26 That was listed On eBay after I called them, he told me he will sell it to me direct not through eBay my first mistake for $5850 plus $250 for shipping. I should’ve walked away when he asked me to send him a wire instead of a credit card been in business for 25 years very rarely we have anybody ask us for a wire Anyway, I needed the motor. I went ahead with the purchase received the motor on October 6. Unfortunately I need a couple of parts for. It I had to ordered from Bmw. One of those parts was on back order took about three weeks to get. Schedule the vehicle to get service the motor will not start heard some abnormal noises coming from the bottom of the motor drop the oil pan found a bunch of metal pieces on the bottom of the oil pan piston arm ring, and some piston pieces after I called him right around November 15. He went ahead and told me That their warranty is only 30 days I do understand that but what I don’t understand that he told me that motor was tested and it ran perfect. That’s a lie. He’s been pushing me off for the past couple weeks told me that his manager been off and he will get back to me never heard back, be careful purchasing anything from this company and send them a wire. Use your credit card. At least you will have some protection against them. I’m also in the process of suing them locally in Wisconsin if I could’ve gave them zero stars,I would’ve I will be posting more pictures once I have the motor fully dismantle and open
They sell me a rear diff for semi trailer, I send my driver pick up and there send wrong part , I send to return it and there said it's no available so there charge restock fee $540 dollars and it's his fault. I won't recommend this place really bad costumer service. Won't buy from this guys
Sold me a bad part didn’t want to refund me. Have to disputed through my credit card company. terrible Customer Service. hiring a lawyer to collect the rest of the money stay away.

They're expensive that's for sure. Only use Kyle he treated me fair and worked with me on price. I got what I needed and they got what they wanted my money. This ultimately is a junk yard so buyer beware. I've used them in the past and will use them again but do your homework.

Staff was professional, communicative, and timely. I thought I needed a computer for a Chevy but the staff helped me with the diagnostic over the phone and it turned out I was able to fix the car by just tightening a nut. Very cool!
I ordered transmission for a 2020 Hyundai Kona and this is what was delivered They've sold me a broke transmission. And would not refund stay far away from this company.

I explained to them that as soon I place the order I fix my address and if they did not take so long to see my message, I will not have that problem ., there respond was ! That is my problem etc.... and I can't report whatever I want. . Ok this is my report . For whoever took my message and talk to me like that., please be more Profesional especially with customer that always buy parts to you guys .

My experience was absolutely 100%! I spent a lot of money on a new power stroke engine and it was shipped to northern maine with no issues. Motor is now installed and runs like a top. I highly recommend these guys for any parts or motor needs.
Alex was very helpful on the initial part ordering. He was very kind and has a sense of humor. He even offered to walk me through the VERY basic removal/installation. It was as easy as he said it was. Saved myself $700 going this route. I will do it again.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! We bought a BMW here and the owner said, “it does have problems but they will be easy and cheap to fix”. He is a total liar and very deceptive in his business practices! The bmw had a water leak in the back that soaks the battery and shorts the whole electrical system out! The fix is gonna be several thousand dollars and they knew that but did not divulge this to us when buying the car! This type of business needs to go out of business and I hope everybody stays clear of this fraudulent place!! It’s a shame people can’t be honest! Also, I contacted the owner and explained the situation to him and his response was, “you should have done your homework before buying the car”! Wow, this guy is a real piece of work! Do yourself a huge favor and keep shopping and avoid this place!
Update: just spoke with a BMW specialist and he told me that the vehicle sold to me should have never been sold so yes, we were lied to and in a very deceitful way so this is how Spartan Auto Parts does business! STAY AWAY!!!
Went to get a jeep patriot wheel, and got my money's worth.. also had a great looking tire on the rim.. definitely have a permanent customer and recommend them to any one, ask for Alex or the owner and you'll be amazed at the great customer service you'll recieve
This is the best place to get used parts for your vehicle. Friendly staff and everything is organized even tho they just opened not to long ago. Lots of new inventory.
