Our experience with Jolley Towing and Recovery was AWESOME. After another Spartanburg County towing service left us stranded, our roadside assistance service contracted with Jolley.
They responded promptly. Due to the size of our RV, two trucks were dispatched. The drivers were professional, friendly, and highly skilled. Safety was always their first concern.
We simply can't say enough good things about Jolley Towing and Recovery.
Towed car in now cannot get hold of anyone to get my car they do not answer service no good do not know where the car is no one ever answers the phone sorry service your line are never answered unless the highway patrol calls so where is your
Boiling springs yard located the car you got was wrecked on i85 you will not answer and tell ever the car is so the ins can pay for it and you probably charger daily which you will not get sorry company greedy

They need to move their business OFF of Belcher Road which is a residential area & a tight windy road.
I & my CHILDREN have been driven off the of the road due to their huge trucks driving up & do this road extremely fast!
Also had to run off of the road right before the BRIDGE!!! Because an 18 wheeler comes down our road to deliver to his house/business. Have also seen cars almost run into these 18 wheelers because the drivers have to turn around in the middle of Belcher Rd. & there is a blind curve before the drive way that they turn around it.
Their business needs to move!!!
It is bad when you get cut off by a Swift truck and it's not Swift's fault. Swift has a bad enough reputation, these guys don't help. Would not recommend if you value your equipment, unless you want it replaced when they wreck it worse
They suck turn trucks over and not answer phones the next day doesn't take responsibility for their screw ups they need to shut the doors they give tow truck drivers a bad name
I have used them twice and have been very pleased with the service providers. Those answering the phone have taken a minute to get their act together but did.
I called for an update on my car that Jolley towed. The collision center said they did not have my keys. When I called and spoke to Corey at Jolley, he gave me some story about state farm agent having to pay and pick up keys. After the claims agent called me back, she said the tower forgot to drop off my keys! This Corey lied to my face, wasted a day and half of my time. I'm a single mom of a 3 year old, two jobs, I do not have time to just sit around and wait. If I hadn't of called who knows how long I could of waited for Jolley to get it together.
The driver carrying the carats 4 on August 2 on West 26 is an fool. Driving in no truck lane. Driving over 75 mph., And so close in passing lane in an emergency I would have been dead. In Indiana hiway 70 Illinois line to Indy is death highway. This driver is right there with them.
