On Saturday arriving to the store, to purchase an electrical part, my truck ball joint fell out in front of store, which was totally unexpected. While I was trying to figure out at the moment what had gone wrong, a young employee came out of store name Josh and from that point I cannot say enough about this gentleman. Josh assisted me in every way possible that you can imagine. Josh called several people he knew that might would be able to come and tow or assist me, with no prevail. I am not a mechanic, but decided to try to fix it myself on the spot, not knowing what else to do other than leave it. The store did not have the ball joint part I needed, but found one at the store in Georgetown. Josh ask is GM Mark, if he could go pick up the part. Thanks to Mark for allowing his employee to go far and beyond his line of duty. Josh arrived back and stayed longer than he was scheduled to make sure I got it installed and was on my way. Without the staff of this store, especially Josh, I am not sure what I would have done! They made it less painful for me, then it all ready was. From my experience in the world we live in today, this kind of experience is very far and few between. Thank you Mark and Liz, but a very special thank you to Josh!!! I will past this experience every chance I get to others! I would give more stars if review allow so. THANK YOU JOSH!!!

They found my problem right away. It was simple and not at all expensive. And I'm so happy that the car's working right again. Thank you so much.

Friendly and competent service.

The last couple of times I’ve been here have been great. The first time was to get a battery replacement. Regrettably, I don’t remember their names, but the lady and young man that assisted me were extremely kind. Process was a breeze. And during my most recent visit, Lisa G. was awesome. I came in for key fob batteries. She was very patient with me, and assisted me in changing each one (they were hard to open) with such kindness. Great customer service at this location!

Staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Some are sweet very helpful when they wait on you.

I went here the other day and there was a guy in front of me waiting while the worker was on the phone with a customer......well after listening to his 20 minute phone call they gut in front couldn't take anymore and left...I was trying so hard to be patient then another walked in the worker hung up and asked the new guy if he could help him....I about flipped my lid....I could feel the heat run through my body......I just walked out....I'll never go back...we have Napa and O'Reilly here in town....and that's where I'll be going from now one.....

parts is most the time there when I need something but the parts must be use before because the ac compressor has never work right an there like 45 dollars each an I had to buy them again an this other part store in town was same cost but has a life time warren on them

Needed help, asked a couple of employees just standing talking to each other, and would not even come over to help. Only a couple of their people ask if you need anything; the rest could care less. This is just about every time I go in here. (Mario)

They are some really friendly people and helpful people. (Ask or get assistance from the older people in there the little boy will let his peers cut in front of you. Also is rude, as well as lazy (asked if he had a item as in fix flat he straight told me no)) the rest are really good at their job.

I knew the man working ,he was very helpful.

Good place always friendly like a guy named sebastian he was very helpful finding what I needed and helped me put my wind shield wipers on and they were rusty took 10 minutes to get them off he was very nice about it.

I came back from out of town and my check engine light came on so i stop the white gentleman with glasses going ask me what i did to my car he wants to stay dry..... he was rude how I suppose to know what I did that why i came for help never again i will come there

Good place to pickup your parts with good service.

I was treated well and didn't even have to get out. They knew I was coming and came out to check my engine when they saw me pull up. What a nice treat to not have to get out with 2 toddlers. Thanks!

Twice now I have been in this store and had other customers walk up to the counter while I waited in line to be helped. Both times these people were helped before I was. There will not be the opportunity for a third time. I will take my business elsewhere.
