I had Trent replace the rotors and brake pads on my Toyota 4-runner. He called a few hours after I dropped it off to let me know it was complete. I will definitely use him again for all my service needs. Keep up the good work Trent!
Very good people to trust handling your property and the man that runs the business is very reasonable with the price for storage and hook up. I was very thankful that he towed my property.

I had a good experience with Trent & Redman towing. He arrived when he said he would, and went the extra mile double checking the issue with my Lug nuts, which was preventing the spare from being put on. He was very helpful and cordial. The wrecker was new and clean, and Trent was efficient in getting my car loaded up. I paid the extra charge for going beyond the 11 miles, directly to the roadside assistance folks contracted through State Farm. Trent also consulted with the Costco tire folks when he arrived with the car. Thanks!!
If I could leave a negative 3 star review I would. My classic car broke down unexpectedly while visiting Murrells Inlet. My insurance company, State Farm, contracts Redman towing to provide me with service. My insurance would cover the first 11 miles, then I would be responsible for a rate of $2 per mile afterwards. This should have been $74. Instead Redman Towing attempted to charge me $4 per mile or $150. I questioned this over charge and they defended their position and billing. I called State Farm again to confirm, they agreed that Redman s Towing should not be taking advantage of their customers in a time of need by overcharging twice the allowable rate. Actions such as this give towing companies a bad reputation. I would NOT recommend this company. I wish the outcome could have been better. I took me an extra hour, but customers should NEVER be taken advantage of. On a positive note, their ETA was only 10 minutes from my location... that would have been fantastic.
Extremely high prices for local towing and unprofessional customer service. DO NOT allow this company to take your vehicle from any accident scene, even if you have car insurance.
