Took my truck there a few times to get my oil changed. Never had a problem until the last time I went & they had some new guy (junkie vibe) change it & now my oil light comes on when I tap my breaks. Found out he didn't put enough oil in my truck. He eventually got fired & When I went back to address the issue many times the lady working at the desk caught an attitude with me because I told her he messed my truck up. ( POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE) The guy is gone now but I will definitely not be going back there simply because of her nasty attitude.... Now I have to come out of my pocket to get the issue their worker caused resolved somewhere else.. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
I talked to a man on the day of Monday June 17th 2024 at 12:53am and he was extremely rude . I’ve been patient with this whole experience waiting on my car to get fixed and from the very start of the conversation he was ready to get off the phone and sounded openly irritated with me asking him a few questions and it wasn’t too many questions for him to be treating me this way .
I was 45 min into a 9 hour car ride when my tire pressure light came on. It was showing that all 4 tires had low pressure which caused panic as I had a long journey ahead of me. I stopped here where they were able to check the pressure on all 4 tires, add air, and charged me nothing. They are good people who are willing to help and ensured my safe travels. I would recommend anyone use them for any car issues.
Took my car here two weeks ago for sum censors told him my car was doing the same thing he said he put it on the diagnostics here I am a two weeks later engine gone call no call back I want take my bike here to put my chain on
This place does excellent work but the jem of Holly Hill Motor is Michelle this lady made me feel like we were related I was more than happy to have work done on my car because of Michelle She explained what would happen and it happened just as she said She put me in the schedule right away and my car is running so much better so if you are ever in South Carolina Holly Hill please stop by and see Michelle and tell her Sheila her fellow EAGLES fan said this is the place to have work done on your car 🚗
Terrible customer service. Even worse communication. I dropped my jeep off there to be serviced. Took a while to even get them to answer the phone to begin working on it. After 2 days of no communication and them not answering the phone I finally got to speak with someone and they only thing they said is we can't fix it and will have to bring it to a dealer mechanic. 80$ to tell me they can't fix it which was understandable but they close at 4 and like most people I'm off at 5. I called and told them it would be next Friday before I could get up there to get it. I had my girlfriend go up Thrusday and they proceeded to charge another 80$ "holding fee" since my jeep was there a week. Didn't call. Didn't communicate. Paid them 160$ for them to not do any
work and occupy a parking space... Would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle there. Rude and unprofessional. Unless you have no other options, have your vehicle brought somewhere else.
Holly Hill Motors is the best auto repair shop i have ever used. The honest reasonable service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I will not take my car any wherever other than Holly Hill motors.
We have used Holly Hill Motor Co and love the services they provide. Michelle is always happy to assist clients and a pleasure to talk to while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Gil is an amazing mechanic and always working hard to keep everyone safe in their vehicle.
My family and I have used HH Auto Co. for many years. They are timely and efficient with their work and honest about when they can get something done. Never had an issue and will continue to use their services for years to come.
Absolutely love this place Michelle is a delight to sit and chat with while your car is being serviced and Gil is an awesome mechanic with certification to back that up would highly recommend
They are the most honest and reliable company to take your car. Even if I’m out of town I’ll call to get their opinion since places aren’t as trustworthy. I’ve never had a bad experience and appreciate the time they take to make sure it’s done right!
I paid these people over 300 dollars and my car is still doing the same thing. They were no help what so ever with my car. If you don't know how to fix cars then tell people instead of taking there money.
I had a vehicle dropped off here in May and as of mid August they still have not even touched it, no one even called to follow up on it. They told me their workload was the same as it was in May so they are obviously not very efficient while working if they have accomplished nothing since my car was dropped off 3 1/2 months ago. When I called to ask about it the front office lady was extremely rude and even hung up on me. Would not recommend that anyone uses this facility. If I could give zero stars, I would.
My navigator broke down and was towed in, I told them I thought it was the alternator, they had it one month before doing the diagnostics. For the first week of that it was because there was an issue with the dealership, and the warranty. After they came to an agreement it was 3 weeks before they did the diagnostic, I would call everyday or two, and was told there were two cars in front of me for over a week. After doing the diagnostic they said it was the alternator, but my battery terminal clamp was also bad and I needed to replace it. The alternator falls under the warranty so I wouldn't have to pay for that however I would have to pay over $70 to replace the battery terminal clamp. The battery terminal clamp was under $5 at O'Reilly, I told the receptionist I could come in loosen the two bolts that hold the terminal clamp on, put the new one on in under 10 minutes, she said that's fine. A few hours later they call back and tell me that I cannot do it, and they will not repair the alternator unless I pay to have the terminal clamp fixed. I see another review on here that says something similar, do not fall for this. Obviously to do the diagnostic they had to have power going to the car, therefore they could change the alternator without changing the terminal clamp out.
I went there to get an estimate on a noise being generated in my steering. Once they saw that my car has some other damage they concluded because of the damage, that I will need to fix that before they would look at it.
I am missing most of the left front wheel- well. So as I drive the loose part of the wheel-well rubs and leaves a dark spot. That was the entire estimate. “You have a rub” I was told. They said that I was “Saving $20” and they would look it at it no further.
I also tried to explain the visual damage on my car and the issue I wanted them to investigate weren’t intertwined. At that point she said “I’m not gonna argue with you”. Once again I was told “You’re saving $20”.
There aren’t many places to go here in the big city of Holly Hill...

It is wonderful that we have this car repair shop in Holly Hill! The owner, mechanics and the receptionist are all kind and helpful. When I have had troubles with my car, they have worked me in to their busy schedule. I am thankful for this business!
Everyone was super friendly. The service was excellent, the price was good. There were no negatives. I will be going to them again and would gladly reccommend them!
This review is a little over due. We were driving down I-95 south on Christmas Eve eve 2016 when we heard some not so great noises coming from under the hood of our 2003 Dodge Durango. We pulled off the highway at the closest gas station to take a look. My fiance had a good idea of what the issue was. I called the closest auto parts store - NAPA across the street from Holly Hill Motor Co. to see of they had the part that we thought that we needed. Long story short we didnt have tools to install the part and the gentleman at NAPA said we likely would not have been able to have removed the part ourselves anyway. We asked if he knew of anywhere local that could fix our truck. HHMC was across the street and were still open despite it being a holiday weekend. He said to ask for Miss Michelle. We called and spoke to her. She was SO sweet! We explained our situation - we were midway through our trip of moving family (including 2 parents, 3 cats and towing a U-Haul trailer!!) from NYC to FL. She was very accommodating and said come right in and they would stop the engine pull that they were working on at that moment - it was mid-afternoon the day before Christmas Eve. We drove the 15-20 minutes to get there and they took us right away as promised. They got the needed part from down the street, installed it and had us out the door and back on the road in under an hour and under $200 (a very reasonable price)!!!! What a Christmas present this was to us! Thank you for your kind and quick service.
I went to this establishment and had the worst experience ever. The guy was rude, he acted as if he didnt want my business. The customer service was awful he was the owner nevertheless he needs customer experience training. I was recommended to this place, but this place would be the last place i would ever send anyone. Im from out of town, and i ne er been treated so poorly in all of my years. When i asked him could he come and take a look at what was goin on he said "i dont do that, thats what the people in the back get paid to do.....its between 9 and 10am but he said know one can look at it until after lunch which would be after 1pm.....seriously dude 1pm.......if i was _ _ _ _ _ he probably would have came to look at it..... but i guess my money isnt green sad and shame on this place. My money must be purple. I even told him what need to be fixed, because i new exactly what was wrong with it but he didnt care, he just didnt want to help me, but that was fine i will just do a review of the experience that i encountered there.
