Heading to the beach and ran over something on the interstate, busted the radiator. Just me and my 11 yr old daughter at 9pm at night. They came, picked us up took us to the rental location to get a car and then dropped mine at the dealership. Highly recommend!!! Very considerate and affordable.
Shuler Towing is a breath of fresh air in a world full of greed. My service truck came upon a downpour out of nowhere; I couldn’t see anything. It was dark, and the rain was so hard that when I tried to pull over, I went into a steep ditch on busy Hwy 6. Remembering Mr. Shuler had given me a business card a while back, I called him. It was after midnight, and they came right out and winched me out of the ditch. Being in a business that calls towing companies all the time for my customers, I was amazed at how quick they were there and was expecting to pay over $1,000. When the bill was only $200 to come in the middle of the night and to pull me out in the rain and only charge me $200 was amazing. They are very nice people; give them a call if you need a tow.
Call for towing. The guy said he was coming and never showed. Stop answering the phone when I call back for an ETA. I'm highly disappointed. I've used them before and was pleased.

My daughter and son-in-law and three grandchildren were on the way back from Virginia and broke down on side of the road. I called them. They were there within 20 - 25 minutes. They got a car and take my grandkids and daughter to a hotel. Great people you need them they’ll be there for you.
Broke down at night way out of town, they were quick to respond and took great care with our truck. Will keep the number handy in case we need another tow in the future. Great people and awesome service.
