These guys are absolutely awesome! Very fairly priced. They completed the paint job on my car when they said it would be done. My car looks amazing. I’m so happy with the quality of work. Their customer service is also fantastic. They are very personable and treat you like an old friend. I cannot say enough good things about this treasure of a small family owned business. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jesse and a young man he has working with him while awaiting a tow truck offnof Jolly Streey Road. Jesse had driven by earlier that morning and upon his return from another pickup he drove past his shop to see if I still needed help and I am very thankful and grateful that he went out of his way to come back. They took care of me and had me back on the road in 5 mins...I was able to cancel my other tow truck svc which was still 40 mins away!! I offered to pay Jesse and the young man for their service and time and they both refused....we shook hands and went our separate ways. This act of kindness and selfless service is such a rarity these days. I will be utilizing JP Auto for my future needs and repairs as Jesse has gained my trust and business for sure.

Highly recommended. So glad I've found a mechanic that I can trust for the jobs that are over my head. I've used them for both my truck and my wife's SUV. My last visit, Jesse spent over 2 hours diagnosing a brake light code and didn't charge me a dime even when we decided not to address the cause at the time. Good people!

I was traveling on I26 and had car trouble. I used google and found this auto repair. Jesse and family couldn’t have been nicer. They took me to rent a car, called Hyundai to see if my engine was under warranty, and made sure I felt safe. I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone.

These are the best people. Our truck broke down and these people were so kind, helpful, and just courteous. They even took us to get a rental. Helped us find a hotel. So nice.

No other service will top the level of professionalism and service that I have ever experienced. They are wonderful people.

I took my car to JP Auto (the person that accidentally damaged my car referred him) I was impressed with his desire to only use factory parts on the vehicles he restores which is why I decided to have him do the job. However after discussing with him all that my car needed door, fender, bumper, and rim upon completion I noticed my rim was not fixed at all, and there were a few runs in my paint along with dirt trapped under the paint. When they called me the second time to pick up my car my side camera didn’t work…. Easy fix all they had to do is plug it back in. Third times a charm right? *This is why I’m giving them a 2 star review. They damaged my redline addition emblems on my passenger door, which could have been another easy fix. I took my car to be ceramic coated and the dealer noticed the damage, took pictures of where JP Auto gouged my emblem and taped around it. I called to let JP Auto know. The owner Jesse would not get on the phone with me or the owner of the ceramic shop. He yelled in the background saying “we didn’t do that, it’s not our fault!” His secretary (his mom) hung up on me, called me back with Jesse still yelling in the background stating just order the emblem from Loves and we’ll eat the $100 emblem and we’re never doing business with them again. He didn’t want to see the pictures, the ceramic shop owner got on the phone but Jesse still would not talk. The level of professionalism was not there. I had hope to leave a great review and originally had…. But I wouldn’t wish this poor service on anyone.

This place is so great!! Staffs are so friendly and they helped us to fix cigarette outlets for free. If you have problem with your car, you should definitely go here!!

After our son had a hit and run accident Jesse and his staff gave us a full quote and then worked with us to get the repairs we needed with the budget that we had. They went over multiple options with us to get the job done. Not our first time with them and if we're in need again we'll certainly be back. Highly recommend. They're all very easy to work with.

Jp Auto is the best! It may be a bit of a drive but it's worth it. I take all of my body work there and have never been disappointed. JP's does it all from body work to repairs and restoration. Honest mechanics who you can trust.

Had a terrible noise coming from my wheel a little while ago and even though they were very busy they took the time to quickly check it out and ease my mind. I really appreciated it, it was really nice of them, and they did a great job!

JP's repaired my 2015 Jeep Wrangler after I was broadsided by a deer. The deer damaged the entire drivers side, and front end of my Jeep. JP's did an outstanding job repairing it and in a timely matter. Connie in the office is great too. Always willing to answer questions and keep you up to date.

Jesse Pearson is a true gentleman and stands by his word. I hit a deer with my fairly new RV and had the misfortune of having GEICO for auto insurance. The adjuster wanted to use junk yard and after market parts on my RV but Jesse had promised he would not use junk yard parts and would make the estimate work. He fixed some other issues that apparently had nothing to do with the accident, and at no charge. The work was stellar. I defy anyone to tell the accident ever even occurred. Best mechanic and body shop around! Highly recommend! Reasonable prices! While my car was being repaired for being rear ended, they noticed my antifreeze was leaking. Everything was repaired here! Its definitely a 1 stop shop!
