Jamie is an amazingly kind and intelligent mechanic. He figured out the problem when none of the other mechanics in Lincolnton or McCormick or Greenwood could figure out why our track on/off and engine light came on. He will also leave money in your wallet

1 civic oil change drove then splash guard fell off $1200
2 Kia same and the lug nuts put back on stripped so had to have cut off

The prior owner of the place was great. He always did a good job and cared about his customers. Unfortunately, the new owner does not seem to have those values. I dropped off the car last week because my engine light was on. It was a holiday week so I was told they would not be able to do the diagnosis until this week. No response on Monday so I called and asked about the car and I was told they would get back to me later that day.
No update was provided. Called again on Tuesday. They put me on hold and then hung up on me. Got a call a few minutes later and was told they had not looked at it yet. I picked up the car and will Never go there again. You will be disappointed if you are use the customer service that the prior owner provided. God only knows if they can actually diagnose and fix cars.
Update: The owner responded and said he diagnosed my car on Tuesday Morning. However, I called Tuesday afternoon and was told he had not diagnosed the car, which is why I went to the shop and picked up my car. If he did diagnosis the car then again it shows poor customer communication and service or he is making stuff up. I have already shared my experience with at least 15 people and will warn others about this new owner.
My Volvo wagon tire had a nail in it.....Jamie got me right in fixed it for an excellent price. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. Fast, friendly and reasonable prices!

The place looks distressed! It's an old gas station. But they have some excellent mechanics. They all have that hillbilly look but they know what they're doing. I had my oil changed. Brought my own oil and filter. Cost me $15. I've had brakes done here and several sets of tires.
Excellent service from owner R. White. 4 new tires ordered 1 day and put on our vehicle the next day. We also have both our cars serviced for oil changes, wipers , and a new battery. We like supporting a local owned business with local staff members. Keeping our dollars here in town.
Customer service is great! If you're looking for old school mechanics whip can do more than just read a computer output to diagnose problems and fair prices, and don't need a 1st class cabin waiting room, you should try White's.
Whites is an honest car shop. I needed my oil changed and I called some other companys to see the price. I already bought my filter and oil. But other places "jiffylube" it was over 50 dollars! So I called whites and it was only 10 dollars. So I went and they did it in no time! Very happy with there costumer service
