This place has the nasty customer service around by all means avoid dealing with Taylor and forget the other guy name if you can buy from somewhere else please do because they’re customer service skills is truly awful
Shafted me out my money gave them the yesr of my car they gave me a newer year than my car telling me I'm wrong and there right when I'm right my car is 06 sold me part for 09 because they didn't have a 06 so took my money and would not give it back this is a dirty company with trained salesmen to shaft u in anyway they can DO NOT BUY FROM there are so many junkyard that are honest and less money
I bought a set of rims for my Durango. Set was reasonable priced at $500. Upon getting them to the tire shop we found that 2 of the rims were warped and 1 was out of round. After talking to.the service tech I was informed I was a shister and was trying to get over on them and would not be helped further. They didn't even ask me to bring them.back so they could have a look for themselves. Very unprofessional. I guess 500 bucks is a small price to pay to know the value of a business. Im glad to have killed 2 birds with one stone on this business. My first and last trip. Good luck to this business and I hope that they come to realize that honor and integrity is all we have in this life and start treating customers as they would want to be treated. Please be careful if you decide to use them for parts. With that said... I guess it's my fault for trusting that they cared about anything other than money.
If I could give this no stars at all I’d deifnitly do it . Customer service is complete trash. Spoke with a gentleman on the 20th of march about buying a 6.0 vortex max motor he gave me a 6.0 standard on march 21st after telling me it would work on the vehicle it indeed did not and continued to tell me once calling to return motor. that a vortex max is just a name on a motor which in fact is incorrect and any business selling a motor or a parts business at that would know the valves and such are different so the motor was completely wrong. Charged a 20% restock fee because they decided to flip the script and stated it was my fault because the gentlemen told me it would work in a vehicle that has a vortex max. spoke to caleb and he stated " the only option is to pay the 20% restock fee get a lawyer or keep the motor". For one these motors are sold out of a wrecked vehicle unknown if they run to begin with. beware as they will turn everything around to be your fault if something goes wrong ! 1720 spent and they get to keep $350 on a restock fee because of there fault is completely insane. Also when asking about mileage on the vehicle they can’t provide mileage for you to know when purchasing a motor. By the reviews posted below wish I would have looked at them first and went with another company .
Do not trust this man. We called looking for a transmission he said he had a rebuilt one we could get for $500. My husband drove 2 hours to get there for the man Taylor to say oh no I have a transmission u can rebuild.my husband tells him we don't need one to to rebuild and was told we can get one already rebuilt for $500. The man literally laughed in my husband face and tells 1100. This man is not trustworthy and waste people's time
I just picked up a used transmission from case for my Miata. I Miss Stephanie behind the counter was wonderful to work with. She even discounted my core charge because I was from out of state and she knew it would be difficult for me to come back here.
The only reason this review is a four and not a 5 is because the transmission is not yet installed so I do not know about the functionality what's on my customer service standpoint I could not be happier.
Good environment, all front counter personnel is very professional and helpful, I enjoy working with Case used parts for over 10 years. Great knowledge of parts and procedures. Parts prices are reasonable and a lot of items that are hard to find are usually at this location. For faster turnaround on parts call in your order before you arrive, the salvage yard is massive!!
I've been buying parts from this place for over 35 years and never had any problems now. I've gotten a couple bad engines over the years but there was never a problem getting it replaced with another one when Kim and a couple others were there but when this new crew came in everything has changed, they're using everything they can to make it your fault that the part failed from changing every seal which nobody is actually going to do to the ASE certified tech bs. We were told years ago not to worry about that because back then it never mattered which see certificate is bs anyway if you know what it's about. They want you certified but they aren't, there's ASE certification for counter people to but I'm sure they ignore that. I bought for 4 different shops but if they'd rather loose costumers that's fine with me. I say shop elsewhere or get screwed!

Situation: Randall sold me the item and I was assured that they tested the item and it was in great conditions. It is a bad part. The transmission shutters and shakes very bad. He lied to get a sale and was very rude and disrespectful. He even denied me the opportunity to speak with the owner, who had just transferred me to him. I cannot trust them and will not do business with them again. I just want a full refund and have requested to return the bad transmission and Randall hangs up the phone.
I was having a hard time finding a part locally for my mother-in-law's car. I was recommended to Case by a local salvage yard. Stephanie was so helpful over the phone. Not only did they have the part, they let me pay for it to hold it for me for the 5 days it was going to be before I was going to be able to get there. I drove almost two hours and the service was spectacular. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been buying engines and transmissions from these guys for over 10 years. Case has always been fair with me so I keep coming back. The employees are great at finding what I need to get my customers cars back on the road.
I had a very good experience with this place. Staff was great and did everything to assist that I got the right engine for my truck. The only thing I didn't like is you don't get no kind of paperwork showing the mileage of the new motor. Other than that I was very satisfied. They loaded the motor in my truck gave me a used tire for it to sit on and also offered a hand in strapping it down.
Was told it was going to take them 3 to 4 hours pull the part i need.. Someone that doesn't work there gave me that review of Case. When I got there, they were courteous and on top of that; Dustin had my part to me within 20 minutes... Shout out to Dustin!!!
Great place for used auto parts! First time using them and honestly have ZERO complaints! They were short staffed due to inclement weather and unable to pull the motor while I was on site, however Taylor went above and beyond to make things happen for us! He even called his competitors trying to find a comparable engine that I could take possession of immediately. We were able to come to a solution that benefited both of us. I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto parts and top notch customer service! They definitely gained my business for the future
Where do i start!!. The staff was very professional and kind every time i called. Which was every day lol for 3 weeks. I had gotten a lot of parts and Their prices are reasonable. The fact that they went above and beyond to ship the parts i needed from SC to NJ was a blessing. Donny was the gentleman that I specificity dealt with (which I think is 1 of the owners) was super sweet and humoris :) He took personal time out of his busy busy schedule just to help me get my car B k on the road. I purchased a hard to find California emissions engine. It was the easiest transaction I could ever ask for. The engine was shipped. It arrived clean and in excellent condition. So i have a 2000 eclipse the only place that had a manual transmission was these guys here..ive read some good reviews an some bad one's .. but from my personal experience dealing with case auto is a great one . I'm from Virginia an didn't have to wait long at all to get the transmission i needed it came on time like they promised . Think it was a guy named case i spoke with can't remember but his extension number was 10..as far as the customer service they was on point an very helpful.. the transmission i ordered from them was in great condition an have had no issues with it at all.. so I'm giving u guys 5 stars cause of this.. thank u all for y'all help .. sincerely Jameson McKee...
I bought an engine from Case Used Parts. I had it installed, turned the key, it cranked up immediately and runs like a champ! Engine and parts were exactly as described with no problems, no glitches, no hassle. The customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend Case Used Parts. Thanks to everyone involved in this process.
These people are disgusting. I ordered a part from them and they billed my credit card immediately, which is fine if you are going to ship the part within a reasonable amount of time. After four days the part still hadn't shipped and I spent the next three or four days calling multiple times per day trying to get an update on my order. My sales rep was Caleb. Caleb lied to me for three days and kept telling me he was going to check on get me an answer. He didn't call me back once. Finally after four days I just gave up. Caleb deserves to be on the unemployment line for his constant lies. I never did get an answer from Caleb and eventually, I just gave up. If you read the rest of the reviews on Google about this company, I'm sure you'll agree that your best course of action is to not even waste your time.
Beware of this crooked business! I ordered a part and they charged my card $648.00 which was the quoted price. I drove over six hours to pick it up and they said they did not charge me enough. I was told the price was hundreds more if I was going to get it. Then they acted like I was trying to pull a fast one on them! Very unprofessional. They did not even have the part pulled for me. They kept arguing that I should pay more than their first asking price. I have never had an experience with a business like this. I asked for a full refund! My $648.00 was refunded to my card in a few days thank goodness!
Nothing. If u read a review. READ THIS ONE!!! don't waste your time. Drove 3 hrs.doubled price!!! I was quoted a price on the phone, got here, it was DOUBLE the price, IF THEY HAD IT!! THEN he said he'd drop the tax, that was the lowest he could go, then proceeded to drop it another $100 if I'd pay cash!!! The price was still WAY OVER what I was quoted!!! They're scamming not only the customers but the owner too!!! Ignorant rednecks!!! Cool thing about place is its cool to smoke weed in the back !!
Called and asked about a transfer case they assured me they had it. I drove an hour and a half there paid 400.00 for the part on my card. Waited over an hour for part they could not find then they refunded my money on card. But forgot to tell me it will be 3 to 5 business days before it goes back on my card so I go to another place 3 hours from them and pay for it on my card. I am a single mom so I guess u know what happens here. I called to ask why they would do this to me after I was so cordial after all they put me through and they have me going straight to a recorded message. Very unprofessional and very wrong please beware of this place. They only care about the dollar signs. It is very hard to find reputable buisnesses.
