customer service skills are the worst I’ve seen, not to mention they are crooks and want to rip you off! My best advice is to call another company, a different company will treat you better and pay you more. This dude is a crook!
I would rate -5 stars but that’s not an option DO NOT bring your cars to this man. He makes a living off ripping other people off from his front lawn. Shane is an absolute waste of your time. I towed my car to his place out of his own request and he offered me 25 Dollars.
If I could leave no stars I would ! He’s very unprofessional we agreed on 225 and we get there he try’s to say 180 we tell the child that the business is between two adults not a child he calls his dad and tells his dad then he calls and says something about the converter so we asked him to come take a look and he chose to be very rude and tells my husband 200 and he’s hanging up so he has a car with no title or key and when and if he chooses to get the title and key he can come to me and pick it up ! I do not recommend this person what so ever and it’s sad that Paul Kirby is related to this man !
I called Shane about selling my car he told me to go meet his son at the store in Lexington and he would buy it and bring me back home I drive all the way from Camden there doing 40mph with no AC and when I get there his son gives me 253$ I was asking 300 and said he had to go by the atm to get the rest and as we are filling out to title his girlfriend starts making a scene about him buying the car and makes me give the MONEY BACK and I had to drive all the way back home a hour and 20 mins with NO ac and my car only goes 40mph ALL this they knew b4 me coming! ~NOTHING BUT DRAMA AND A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!~
Said that they were going to be here at a certain time never showed up whenwhen I called to see what was going on they hung up on me creative called and said that they had something to do instead of having someone sitting home all day I have missed two appointments with my children today because of these people I would not advise anybody to go through them they stood me up it would have been okay if they would have called and said that they had something else to do play screening a phone and hanging some hanging up on someone is completely rude
