I got stuck again leaving out of the driveway and called back and the driver came right back and helped me out again. I appreciated the prompt response and will call them again with no hesitation. There are still some good people left in the world.

My truck got towed around 3 PM Jan. 30 from thé DMV on Park Rd. I called the 31 st and told them someone is pickíng it up! I was told $20 a day but chargéd $25 a day and totalled $240 for 24 hours! From 3 PM TO 3 PM IS ONE DAY BUT GOT CHARGÉD FOR 2 FULL DÀYS! FIND SOME OTHER WAY TÓ MOVE YOUR VEHICLE¡

Accidents can and are mostly "fortuitous" situations in, when and how in happening. This is why I'm thankful for the guys at Freedom, because there quite the opposite there from being "fortuitous". Freedom towing was sent to my home by my insurance company for road side assistance. I was at work and my wife and kids greeted the driver in the driveway. He was great with my kids, allowing them to help him which they got a kick out of, and he was great with my truck. He worked quickly to get it safely loaded, and took it to Lugoff dodge for me as that is my trusted service department even though it’s not as close to home as some others. He did a great job, and we really appreciate the great experience. Thank you for taking good care of us and my truck, we will definitely recommend this company to friends and family going forward. My son was in an accident as we left our family vacation in Myrtle Beach heading back to Georgia... Since we had to spend several hours at the hospital, we weren't able to retrieve his belongings from the car until the next morning... When we arrived, his wallet, with all of his money, a couple hundred dollars was still there... Along with his PS5 gaming system and other expensive items... If this were Atlanta, he never would've seen that stuff again... I wish I could remember the man's name that assisted us at the tow yard... He was truly wonderful, very helpful, and professional... Since we were coming from vacation, my car had a bunch of stuff in it, as well as my son's but, he helped us fit everything from my son's car into mine... I would definitely recommend them...

Back in 2020 when we needed. One of the cars brought to the house because it died in the Walmart parking lot. They helped us out and getting it back to the car and back to the house at a reasonable price. I would definitely use these people for the next time. I need to get a toe because it? Seems. Do you teach your drivers to move out of the way for emergency vehicles? I just watched an ambulance try to get around one of your trucks on the interstate for five minutes. Someone whose profession revolves around driving should know to frequently check their mirrors. Confirmed to be this business based on the logo design. This was on Friday, 3 Jun 2022 on I-26W between 11:20 and 11:40AM. I would urge you to also check his speed at that time while towing two cars in the left most lane.
The operator was very nice and polite. So very helpful. The price was good. I thought it was gonna cost over a 100 but it only cost 84.00. The tow driving was so very friendly we had a good conversation. Very perfessional. I will definitely use them in the future along with recommending them to others. While trying to recover Son's Stolen Truck the Two Companies Together "Freedom Towing and Lexington Wrecker" NEVER contacted the Registered Owner of the Towed Vehicle, When asking for a copy of the Towed Order ALL Professionalism went out the window. We were treated like Criminals and Lied to and Screamed at, Hung up on and Changed the amount owed (in the same day) for the Tow when we went to pick it up. Please think twice before dealing with a company in Business to line their own pockets and NOT care about their Community their doing Business in... Definitely reporting to BBB!!!
Prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, good price. I would recommend them.The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is he came onto my property without a Covid mask. I let it go and didn’t mention it since we were outdoors and distancing, but it’s good business practice to arrive at somebody’s home with PPE during a pandemic. I don’t know if he intentionally meant disrespect or simply forgot. It wasn’t a big deal, but just knocked him to a 4. Otherwise everything went very well and I will likely use their services again.
First time I had to get a tow in 20 years. They arrived fast, in the rain, and put my vehicle in my garage. Driver had skill, and was fast. I will definitely keep their number handy.
Freedom Towing is phenomenal. We got into a major wreck on 26 while pulling our camper. They got there quick, managed the scene efficiently, and then got our vehicles off the highway without issue. Since we had a total loss, we went back to their lot to remove our personal belongings from our camper. They were friendly, accommodating, and even offered to help.
I hope you are never in a position to need a wrecker, but if you are - definitely call these guys!
Worst experience of my life. My mother was hospitalized after an accident. I am the only one my mother has to help her and I was treated like a criminal. I was threatened my job because I needed to take pictures of the vehicle for the lawyer. I was cursed at and belittled like a scammer or thief. I would highly recommend Associate Asset Recovery (AAR) before going to Freedom towing. The only (Freedom) at Freedom Towing is the headache and problems these people give you. Please research other companies before using Freedom Towing. (Edit)

If could give a -0 I would! This company is by far the most unprofessional towing company I've ever dealt with! Freedom Towing & Recovery can benefit from attending several customer service classes ASAP due to the fact that being courteous and personable is not in their DNA. Cami Jones (Owner's wife) has the nastiest attitude. I first called to verify my car was at their lot. I went on to inquire about my car that I just purchased for my son a few weeks ago and wanted to know if the Title, car insurance, and bill of sale (all notarized from the bank) would be sufficient to pick up the car. Unprofessional Cami Jones couldn't handle the simple questions and quickly got infuriated and began yelling "IT HAS TO HAVE A PLATE ON IT!" She then slammed the phone down saying "I'm not talking to her, I'm not dealing with that, I don't have time for this!" She's an absolute gross disservice to customers and their company!! I have zero tolerance for anyone yelling at me for any reason let alone just for asking, questions only her and whoever works there would know so that I can be prepared with the proper paperwork to retrieve my vehicle. After the phone was slammed down, Chris Jones (The Owner/husband) gets on the phone and of course I have to explain it all over again and ask him the SAME questions then he proceeded to raise his voice at me as well. At this point, my blood pressure is through the roof and I stated I don't know what the heck is wrong with either one of them but I am trying to get the correct info about how to get my car without all the extra ignorance and rudeness. Just a PSA for Cami and Chris: You run a "business," so act like it. You don't know what kind of day I was having and I could've easily exploded right back on both of you but I chose to wait to say what I needed to say to your face, calmly! I wouldn't recommend your company to pick up road kill! Your company is beyond unprofessional, both of you are gross, your attitudes are disgusting and I hope that you are put out of business sooner rather than later because it's what you deserve! I will be contacting the BBB to report your company to them. After reading all these horrible and negative reviews about your company one would think you would make a change for the better. Just to be VERY clear, the common denominator is the two of you, remember that!

Had a long distance tow on a holiday weekend, Chris didn't hesitate to take the call and had someone on the way in a matter of minutes. Didnt catch the drivers name but he was very nice and professional also. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow!
These guys are terrific! We had a blown tire on our boat trailer on I-26, with 2 young kids in the car, coming back from vacation. Chris was awesome. He brought us a spare tire to try changing it. It ended up not fitting the hub so Chris towed the boat and trailer home for us. I couldn't have been happier with the service!
Got my vehicle towed and they stole everything out my car. Speaker, interior lighta, tools, shoes, sunshade, and even my prescription glasses. Do not trust these people. I got it towed at night it stayed in their lot till the next morning when my insurance company came and picked it up to be assessed for damage and pictures were taken when it got picked up and it was all missing. These people do not care I've tried to contacted them and they have no answers for my missing property. Dont trust these scumbags.
I have had the worst experience ever in my entire life with this company and the worker Jeremy. This towing service was beyond racist and rude. I initially picked up on his racist persona and attitude over the telephone and wanted to call my insurance company to have someone else tow my car. My insurance company quoted me a different quote and he quoted me another, which I had no problem paying, I just wanted to verify it with my insurance company. As I was doing so, he threatened and did impounded my car, stating that I had 5 minutes to contact the insurance company before he impounds my car. I had to call the police and I am even afraid that he may return, he was so hostile. Anyway, Jeremy of Freedom Towing and Recovery was so hostile in the first 3 minutes of meeting, I am afraid to be around or near him. In the end, my insurance company had someone to remove my car from their property, which took a while because no one wanted to deal with them. My insurance covered everything and all of the mishap. I am glad that a major insurance company will be pulling their business from them!!! He was even hostile and rude toward the insurance company! Never had a more upsetting day. I am beyond disgusted.
