I called and got the call center, lady on the phone, seem to busy trying to fill out the form, rather than have a conversation. This made the communication very difficult, especially when someone is not actively listening. Just got tired of repeating myself.

I was made a good offer on the vehicle I was trying to sell/recycle and was taken care of and had a set pickup time within 30min or less of starting the process. I took off a day of work so they can pick up my car and the representative at the lot did not even put in my order for pickup and was extremely rude I think her name was Joanne I had to wait till the next day till 9:00 p.m. for them to come pick up my car the only good thing was the representative Rakeem Richardson who quoted me a good price customer service needs a bit working on but other than that I'm content with my sell and the tow truck driver was nice

I sold my car yesterday but the bank notified me they are holding the check til the 15th because they don't think it will clear. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a person and they said wait til the 15 th

Coparts were great the towing company, country towing were not so good took 3 days to pick car up. They told us each day they were coming between 1 and 5 pm but never showed. The drive that did come today was great but the company he works for not so much. Thanks and i will definitely use y'all again if i have a need.

Perseverance. That's what it took to deal with this business. I called CoPart and was connected to Aamir, at Cash for Cars. He was friendly, kind, thorough and took care of getting me in touch with the right people to schedule a pick up time.. Although the end result was satisfactory, the weak link was the wrecking truck that was to pick up my vehicle from an auto repair shop. The driver didn't follow the instructions to call me and showed up at the repair shop in the morning instead of the scheduled afternoon window. I was told by the repair shop that the driver wanted to tow my vehicle that morning even though I hadn't been called, I wasn't there, he didn't have the title, and I hadn't paid the repair shop yet. My mechanic looked at his order and it clearly stated "pick up between 1:00 and 5:00 that afternoon. I showed up during the 1:00-5:00 window and had to spend another 40 minutes on the phone, being transferred to Dispatch, only to be told that they couldn't pick up my vehicle until the next morning. This was a hardship for me, but in the end, this driver was friendly and polite, showed up during the designated time, had my check and was able to tow the vehicle.

Quick and easy. Similar experience with others. Reaponsive, free pickup, check in hand. It was gone in a day. Much easier process then Vroom. If you have a wrecked car, coparts is a great option

Experience was professional and courteous, everything was as explained concerning selling vehicle for junk. Only issue was tow company had to come back for vehicle the day after expected pick up due to their mixup of type of tow needed.

They wanted me to send a picture of a signed title before they would pick up the vehicle. I’m sorry I’m not going to do that. That sounds like a scam to me!
