  This company is horrible. My insurance company called this establishment to provide me with an jump start but never showed up to assist me and my 4 year old son. I tried calling them several times from 2 different numbers and no one answered for me or my insurance.

  I’m not normally one to stew over spilled milk, but yesterday (Sunday) my family and I were headed out to meet our oldest son for his 20th birthday. On the way there we blew two tires on our trailer, so we were stuck on the side of the interstate. Unfortunately I did not have two spares, or a way to get my trailer off the ground high enough with both tires being flat. I reached out for help and spoke with a gentlemen at this establishment. I requested a quote for a new wheel/tire, which he stated they had, or would get for me, and how much the service would cost. I had a return call within 5 minutes to provide the quote, and I gave approval to get someone headed our way. I questioned how long it would be before someone arrived and was told he would get back with me, because they normally didn’t work on Sunday’s, but that it shouldn’t be an issue. Mind you, their website states 24 hour service. After roughly 45 minutes I tried to call the number I had been called back from to follow up. Two rings and the call was rejected. 15 minutes later I tried again, calling both the office and the other number. Both were immediately rejected as if my number was blocked. Thirty minutes later one of our friends called and the gentlemen answered. When she told him what was going on he assured her someone was headed to the shop to get a wheel/tire, but could not answer who it was or when they would arrive. 30 minutes later she tried to call back. She now had been blocked as well. I tried again with the same result, no answer. From 10:15am until almost 5pm we were stuck on the side of a busy interstate, with multiple children, in almost 100 degree weather. If you aren’t willing or able to help someone you could at least have the decency to let people know before they wait for hours before they realize you and your company are a joke. Keep it up like this and you won’t have to worry about customers that need you. All you had to do was tell us you couldn’t help. We ended up missing our son’s birthday and couldn’t be more disappointed with your company’s inconsiderate behavior. We were finally able to get back on the road to head home, no thanks to you.

  My insurance provider called this company to tow my car home. after waiting for over 2 hours I call my provider to ask for an update. Someone from the tow company named Robert claimed I contacted him and would meet him in 20 minutes but I never showed. Well Robert I never contacted you nor did I ever leave my car which is still on the side of 178.

  I Had called one time in the morning... I had asked to have my vehicle towed to an auto shop. The driver said I was next in line and he would come get it soon. 2 hours pass and no response so I decided to give a call back. I was very respectful and asked if they were still coming to get my vehicle and they responded with the same answer. It is now 8:07 and I have yet to get my car towed and or receive a call AMAZING SERVICE FELLAS! (Sarcasm)

  So much going on in the world today. While socially distancing myself at home, I decided to back my RV out of my driveway to do some maintenance . We got stuck in the mud in the mud, really STUCK.
