Went to get a headlight put in at 8:50am .
To guys behind the counter, no customer just me. They told me that they don't put in headlights and went back to looking in his magazine.

I shouldn't even give a star we seen the bolt we needed and we said that was it but they looked at us like we were dumb and made fun of us and that's not cool especially when you have disabilities and we went up there three times and still did not get the right part last time we demanded our money back because every time we went they said that we keep owing them money how when we paid for our stuff and you didn't give us the right part the assistant manager David and the girl with the glasses skinny needs to get fired they're very rude and very unprofessional and impatient also when you're having to walk all the way across town is a little exhausting
During the Thanksgiving holiday my daughter's truck broke down . We were able to get it to store #1950 in Clinton SC.
There Michael ( I believe was his name )was able to help her with determining the issue.
She bought the parts needed to fix it.
But here's were the story begins
It was freezing cold and it was around 8pm
He gave her the tools nesassary to fix
He offered to help even though I was there
He checked on us twice to make sure we were ok
When we were done he even invited us to come inside to warm up . Employees like this are hard to come by .
These are the employees that make your company a success.
These are the employees that deserve a RAISE
( and not 3%) I mean a real RAISE .
I hope to not break down again but if so I hope I'm able to find another O'Reilly's like this

employees were nice and helpful, the parts i needed were cheaper here as well. only problem i had is once i opened the door to enter the building there was an overwhelming smell of weed in there. don't know if an employee was smoking it before i entered or if another shopper had did it.
I will NEVER shop here again! The “manager” called my husband a liar, and assumed that he was trying to get something over on them. When in reality, when an employee leaves, they don’t allow them to warranty products when they’re in need of it, and clearly are in date! Save yourself some hassle and drive on down to Napa and get some real help vs. this idiotic place!
Helpful staff! I wish I got the guy's name that helped me. He was very friendly and installed my new wipers for me with a smile. Will definitely shop here more.
We were traveling through Clinton from Columbia when our battery decided to give out. William did an exceptional job telling us the problem, taking his time installing the battery.
I needed a battery so I went to O'reillys for one. I went alone but my husband was en route to make sure I was good and taken care of. I spoke with one employee, Rusty, who discussed the battery options with me and told me they couldn't install it. That wasn't gonna do me any good. Once my husband got there, he was told the same thing but my husband responded "yes you can, yes you can because you put mine in about 2 weeks ago." Then we were told another employee, Jay could/would put it in. Jay was so courteous and HELPFUL and put my battery in with NO PROBLEM! You need more employees like Jay who value customer service. The other employees seemed lacking in what mattered....SERVICING THE CUSTOMER! I felt slighted at first because I'm a woman and a fabulous black woman at that. Don't be so anxious to make a sale and give lack luster service. I hope Jay gets a raise and good recognition. It's people like him who will keep a customer coming back, not sub-par service.
Went into the store to get a lightbulb for my car. Passed a worker out front talking with two customers. Stood at the counter for ten minutes while seeing another worker in the office talking on his cell phone twirling around and drinking a Dr. Pepper. I called out for assistance and walked towards the office but he still sat there. The other worker came in and walked to look at the batteries without ever saying a word. I left. I won’t go back there. No customer service.
I ordered a part I needed for my truck and found the part at another place so cancelled the order from O'Reilly and out of $30 they would only give me back $19. I will not go back into that store again.
Great help and fast. It's not like a lot of the other parts stores where they seem to be busy with other things when they're really not. They help you right away and even install alot of the parts. 5stars isn't enough for these guys.

I Reilly auto is a great store .What I like about them is they will help u all the way . It's a great place to go for anything for your car. They r wonderful ❣️
We had to go back 3 times before the right part was found. Not the workers fault. Someone before us didn't know what they were doing. The gentlemen that helped us each te was very patient and understanding!
O'Reilly's nearly always has what I need on hand. They get it quickly. Many times, same day and if not possible, 99% of time next day. Only once in 8 years have I had to wait over one full day! Great work to all different locations.
Lazy bunch. Tried to return a part but told me to go to Laurens. I’m not going to burn $20 of gas for a $15 dollar return. I live in Clinton but will drive across town next time.
