Outstanding customer service, extremely kind and understanding. We hit a nasty pothole near Lancaster late at night, blew a tire. My car broke down on the side of the highway and I was waiting for 3 hours for AAA before I decided to call All American and he came out to get me in 30 minutes. It was a pleasant drive and Mr Hall was very professional. I had to ask for a receipt to give to AAA after the fact and I received it the next day in a very timely and professional manner. Highly recommend. Will be calling if I ever need towing again.
Sorry, I'm late in reviewing. This guy is the best I've hired. Really personable, great rate, and professional, and Veterans he is one of our own so let's show him support when you can. Family owned and ran business as well. He doesn't keep you waiting either. He did have an emergency call before our appointment but his dispatcher (wife) (sweet lady) called and informed me, he had been called out to a wreck so no problem there, got to get that road clear so others are safe.

Mr. Hall was very quick and knowledgeable of how to extract my truck as well as a reasonable rate for the work. Definitely will suggest to others. Wish I could give a sixth star for this company. Very professional and helpful.
We needed a building moved everyone we contacted told us they couldn’t move it because of the size. We were given the contact information for All American Towing. They came out and looked at where we wanted it and he told us it wouldn’t be a problem. It was moved the next day. Very professional, quick, very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. It was our first time using them and we highly recommended giving them a call.
First time using All American Towing, gave them a call when my lifted F250 4 door diesel blew up and Eddie had no problem hauling it. He left immediately and showed up in the time it took to make the drive. Service was fast and professional and we had a good chat on the way to drop the truck off at my house. He gave recommendations from his personal experience with diesel shops to help get my truck fixed and was a great guy. They are also one of the only companies around who can haul heavier trucks (see picture of my truck for reference). Price was unbeatable as well, I was surprised! If you need towing in the area give them a call and they will definitely go above and beyond to get you taken care of!! I will reccomend them to everyone now!
I dealt with tons of tow companies around the east coast but Mr Eddie with all american towing knows how to take care of his customers. Super respectful, knowledgeable and patient. I had to deal with a tow company near all american that was full of clowns (wont say who but its 10 min away) to pickup a vehicle for my company. I contacted all american and his dispatch er instantly answered and said he was on the way with the assistance i needed to get a car out of a lot. I highly recommend this company! We only have one car right now and that is our Kia Sportage. The car had to be towed and was in the lot for a few hours. When I spoke to Donnie from All American Towing, he was accommodating and cordial. He understood our circumstances of needing the car right away. He told us the price if it stayed overnight or if we get the car right away. Donnie answered the phone every time when I called him with any questions I had. I was not available to pick up the car at the time and had to ask my cousin in law to get the car. Donnie came out to meet him, he gave him his proper identification and mine, and the insurance information, and funds. He called me on video so he can see who I was on my identification. My cousin in law got the car out and we were happy in how everything was handled flawlessly to get our car out the lot. Thank you Donnie from All American Towing!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. The owner took his personal time to help me take out my personal items from my vehicle after an awful accident I had Friday. He as well took time on his day off he helped me take things out of my vehicle (stroller,personal items,etc) and was just so much help in this awful experience I was having. Very professional as well as sincere! Will absolutely recommend for anyone who needs their services to call ASAP they went above and beyond for me!
My Daddy, who is 80 yrs old, came to visit me yesterday and his vehicle broke down at my house. He lives about 1 hr 15 min away and wanted to get home with his vehicle before dark! Eddie, at All American Towing was amazing! Very professional and so kind! He came and picked up my Daddy and his vehicle and delivered them both home safe and sound. Unfortunately I needed my truck towed to the shop, he responded quick, the price was by far the best reasonable price I received and done a great job. Definitely would recommend them if anyone needing a tow.

My battery was dead and I needed a jump to get to the parts store to get a battery. Called a few people and all were too busy to deal with a little job like jumping my car. All American Towing came out quickly and got my car started. Very helpful and friendly.
