Very helpful staff. Went in to have them check my alternator as my car wouldn't start to hold a charge. Ended up being the new battery I had purchased at another store.
Was in town working and my battery died. Came to this O’relliy’s after I got a jump and got a battery. Kenneth went above and beyond to help me out with installing it(it was 100% him and it was raining)It was in a 2018 Silverado and it looked like it wasn’t an easy install. We need more Kenneth’s in the world!
They are very help especially when you have a rough time with weather conditions. I would definitely tell my friends to go there. They helped calm me from the fuss of a dead battery. Thank you keep up the good job Rose
These guys are great! ✨ Every time that I've gone in there, they take their time to explain things. Brian has helped me a couple of times as well as other staff members and their customer service keeps me coming back to their store.

I had an excellent experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Kenneth. My car battery was located in a difficult spot which was under the spare tire and I was worried it would be a big hassle. Kenneth spent a full 45 minutes patiently working through the problem and never once made it feel inconvenient.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and that I left completely satisfied.
It's rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers, and Kenneth absolutely delivered. I really appreciate his hard work and professionalism. I left a very happy customer!

I.recently needed a battery for my 2019 rav 4. After looking around for good prices I went to O'Reilly and found 2 young men, Kenneth and Steven, who were both very friendly and ready to help. They went into action and i was out of there withing 20 min.
It seemed they really liked what they were doing and were very knowledgeable about their products. I will be going there again in the future if I need trusting and great service!! Thanks guys!!

Today was rough — my car battery died, and it was pouring down rain. I also needed a new windshield wiper, and I thought I’d have to order one and wait. But when I called, Kenneth let me know he had exactly what I needed in the store.
When I arrived, he was ready for me and installed both the battery and the wipers in the pouring rain, all with a smile.

I was in town on a girls trip and my car's battery died. After going to another parts store that basically said they would sell me a battery, but they wouldn't help install it, I ended up at O'Reilly's where Kenneth took care of everything. O'Reilly's was quick and had everything I needed. Kenneth was super friendly and helpful. I will stick to O'Reilly's from now on.

Steven was a massive help with our Toyota Camry! He throughly tested our battery and used his own truck to super charge it to make sure that was not the problem. He totally went above and beyond. We’ve definitely found our auto parts store in N Myrtle Beach.

Kenneth went above and beyond to help me find a difficult part for my 1992 Pontiac Sunbird. The whole team stepped in to make sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I am Auto mechanic illiterate... I went to O'Reilly to get a new low beam bulb. Lee was the associate who helped me. He went above and beyond and went out of his way to install it for me!! His kindness meant a lot and in turn saved me a lot of money by not havingto go to a mechanic!! Thank you O'Reilly and Lee for having awesome employees!! Highly recommend!!
Kenneth was super helpful with getting me the right battery to replace in my car since mine was totally dead and I couldn’t drive it up to get it replaced. He helped me out with the tools I needed to replace it as well. Super friendly and would highly recommend!
On Sunday had my battery to fail. Got a jump and call north Myrtle o Riley’s talk to Chay he said they had two batteries that would fit my truck also O Riley on 501 had five that would fit. He said they installed which ever was closest to me. Call 501 store and got a lame excuse that they may not be able to install. Call back to north Myrtle a got chay again told him 501 store was not wanting to install my batteries. Chay said you come here and I will install for you. Bought two batteries he installed. Very impressed with him what a delightful attitude and work ethic. You don’t run across great people very often thanks again Chay
I can’t remember the young man’s name, but I went there with my work truck to get a battery replaced. They were fast courteous, and it was quite a struggle to change the battery in my truck. It’s a newer truck so they had all kinds of stuff on top and around it but the patients they had to make sure that they got the old one out and the new one in and not getting upset about it. Hard to find good service like that 20 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.
The store manager, Brian, and his team members gave me excellent help with my battery needs. My old battery was having issues and still under warranty. Brian replaced the battery at no charge, plus tested the starter and alternator to make sure for my peace of mind that those components were operating properly. Great, fast service. I’m extremely impressed by the respectful and kind service that is provided at this store.
Wanted to put out a big thank you to Ken who helped me order my rain guards for my 2025 CRV. I paid for him and went back on Saturday. He was kind enough to take and put them on for me. Also, I sure do appreciate it and he done an awesome job
