They were awesome. I needed a alternator, they couldn't find a new one but were able to get a refurbished one. They were able to do the work that same day. Will definitely use them again.
The manger tht answer the phone was so rude for no reason .she hung up the phone in my face for no reason in told me I can take my car somewhere else just because I asked her how long it will take .she wouldnโt let me speak to nobody else to make my complaint so I put it in the reviews hopefully the owners see this .
I am amazed this company gets such high reviews. I ordered a part and immediately called them to cancel it which they said not a problem and they would contact me with a credit in 24 hours instead of doing the credit I got an email That said your part has shipped. I asked why when I was told it could be canceled immediately and then I was told sorry your order could not be canceled. The other side of the story is itโs a $12 part that theyโre trying to sell it for $200. Thatโs a problem!
