I was leaving to go back home from vacation and my engine stalled so I coasted into their parking lot not blocking anything at 2am and found I had a ignition coil went bad so I was waiting till they opened or a near by parts store opened up so I could buy the coil I’m guessing the owner or manager came up said you can’t stay here move it now I was like it’s not running I can’t push it he said he didn’t care if I didn’t move it he would have it moved luckily advance auto opened and brought me the part and I was gone I would never buy anything from this place ever very rude and I hope the place shuts down people like that deserve nothing and if he ever gets a brake down hopefully nobody will help him and are hatful just like he was
Went to get a used donut spare tire for my 2017 Dodge Caravan. Person at counter said I would have to go look at the cars way in the back and also stated that the tire would be in the back of the car. He couldn't say if they had my year car or the spare tire. . They charged me $ 2.00 and I walked to the area I was shown on their map. No Caravans there. I went back and a nicer person said I wasn't in the right place and took me on a long walk to the furthest part of the lot. There were no 2017 Caravans there and the older ones there ( which I was told by them that the donut spare was the same) had the spare tires still attached to the underside of the vehicle, not already removed and sitting in the back as I was led to believe. The guy that took me back there said I had to remove it myself. I had no tools and I am 73 years old. They offered no help, kept my $2.00 and didn't care, or even try to help. They have no idea about their inventory. Very shoddy business.
Went there to find three parts, after hour and a half of pushing a wheelbarrow around the field. I was able to locate and remove one of them. Wound up paying more than I could have ordered comparable part for online. Big waste of time.
Used Grand Strand Pick and Pull to pick up an older vehicle. They were super patient when the VIN wasn’t exactly right because the car was older, and were very expedient in getting it picked up! Great experience.
This place is great. The manager is beyond helpful, I had a car back into mine in the parking lot and he pulled it up on camera. One of the employees came out to make sure that I was calm, because when it first happened I was definitely upset but they did everything that they could. I highly recommend this business and the people that stand behind it. Thank you "Jeep doctors"

Most women love to go to the mall, as for me, I love going to the pick and Pull. The Conway location is by far my favorite. Great yard, but the people there have always treated me like family, down south that is still important .I have been a Garage owner for many years and Conway Pick and Pull has been a large part of my life. Darrell, John, Shane, Travis, James ,Ever,, And Angel have always been great to us at VM Automotive Services. That group sets them apart from any other pick and pull, and I have been to MANY, they are by far the best
Great place to find use parts. Their inventory told me online they had multiple trucks like mine. Darrel and his team took excellent care of me. Everyone was more than friendly and everyone seemed happy. Overall it was a great experience and i look forward to going back next time.
They need to update their inventory list more often. Sucks when you waste time looking for vehicles that aren't there in rows that don't exist! There is no JDM row. Get it off of your list!
Tried to charge me 96.00 dollars for 2 used headlights. I showed the check out guy I could buy them brand new for 59.46. Only then did he lower the price.
I went to this place in the morning and everyone helped me, I really appreciate the attention they gave me I didn't ask for their names but everyone was nice to me, they even helped me put the tire on my civic 10/10, hay una chica que habla español y es genial
Had a great selection of the parts I needed. Don't agree with their environmental fees that they charge you on EVERYTHING. Especially on parts that have nothing to do with the environment.
First time visitor, but very helpful staff got me to the right place to look for the parts I needed. Wheelbarrows for customers make hauling tools and parts easy. Low cover charge and reasonable parts prices. Definitely coming back!
You can always find some bad parts but for the most part you'll get good ones as well. There is usually someone there that'll work a good deal but the prices are more steep than a few years ago.
Highly recommend. Very fair prices well organized. Wanted to make sure the gauge cluster was the same one I had since their were two types. They texted me a picture. Had it ready when I got there. I inquired about some parts for another vehicle and knew if they had it and what the price was right away. Very organized very clean and really nice staff.

Call and get the name of puller that will get your part if they have it. Charge to pull reasonable. Great feature pick and pull has at their location. He is independent. Made my trip fast and much less than ebay or time consuming for me
Absolutely love this place! They've got a literal bit of anything and everything you could want or need. Just be sure to remember to bring your own tools, and no open toed shoes! Staff is always friendly and helpful as well!
In the parking lot 13 minutes after five need one rubber hose. They lock the doors, mop the floors and tell me they close at 5:30 and will not let me in. Store hours say till 530 I will just go by new parts if they don’t need my money
A man who works there let me in after they already just closed a few minutes after because I had an emergency blow out and needed a tire immediately. or I would have been stuck walking. This Salvage yard has the best customer service I've seen 5 stars!!!
I called these guys at around 4pm and had to drive from Myrtle Beach to their location to get there just in time to get a few pigtails for a 2012 Toyota Camry. It could be a little more organized with tires and sizes. I finally found the size I needed after lifting and moving alot of them, I'm a small person and not very strong, not real young anymore either lol. I just think putting same sizes together and at least someone to help you with it would be a bit more helpful in the customer service department . Just my thoughts
Found what we were looking for and the price was right, friendly staff, was a little muddy after the rain the day before but managed. Would recommend them to anyone.
Huge place if you're looking for a part you just go in and get a ticket and they tell you where to walk to for you to get the part yourself.
The part I needed there was supposed to be available on two vehicles, but only one was found... but I was able to get the part I needed! And it was very reasonably priced as well!
