Super nice honest people! I was referred here by a friend. They took a look at my car, told me what the problem was, & fixed the problem. If I had any issues after, I just communicated with them & they checked it out for me no problem & gave me recommendations on things I needed & where I could find them for a decent price.
My mother spent 900 this week to have her car repaired, yall kept it for a month, lied and said it was working just for her to receive it yesterday Aug 29th 2025, and with no changes! But now she needs her spark plugs changed!? When that should have been done if it was an issue! And then had the nerve to change her tire without even communicating with her , and telling her before hand that her tire needed to be changed! Now her car is wobbling! My mother is disabled with one form of transportation! And she trust yall to fix her vehicle and it’s still stopping and jerking! And she needs to be accommodated! Cause this review is only the beginning!! I don’t know who I need to talk to ! But I’m expecting to hear something Monday morning thank you
Very nice people. I got 2 used tires from them and two days later one came off the rim. They came and picked me up and my car and put 2 matching tires on all free of charge!!! Thank you so much parts warehouse !!! Y’all are awesome
The guys here at parts warehouse went above and beyond in fixing my vehicle. Everybody was polite, professional, and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest and reliable shop.
Every time I bring my vehicle to parts warehouse, everyone is always really nice and knowledgeable. My questions get answered and I always leave happy and my vehicles issues always gets resolved. 10/10, I highly recommend them
I went to a major national store and the guy there recommended parts warehouse to me. I said over 100 bucks on one part alone the centerline carrier bearing everybody had it for about $180 they had it for less than $50. If you didn’t know about them, you do now you gotta get priced from them before you make your next repair.
Job took longer than expected. And their labor rate went up and they didn't tell me that in the beginning they did a good job but I won't be going back
Major rip off charging insane prices tell you they balance tires and they don’t after they put them on and you got a vibration all around your car and then charge you $25 a tire to mount an balance each tire which is insane ZERO STARS
They were awesome. I needed a alternator, they couldn't find a new one but were able to get a refurbished one. They were able to do the work that same day. Will definitely use them again.
The manger tht answer the phone was so rude for no reason .she hung up the phone in my face for no reason in told me I can take my car somewhere else just because I asked her how long it will take .she wouldn’t let me speak to nobody else to make my complaint so I put it in the reviews hopefully the owners see this .
I am amazed this company gets such high reviews. I ordered a part and immediately called them to cancel it which they said not a problem and they would contact me with a credit in 24 hours instead of doing the credit I got an email That said your part has shipped. I asked why when I was told it could be canceled immediately and then I was told sorry your order could not be canceled. The other side of the story is it’s a $12 part that they’re trying to sell it for $200. That’s a problem!
The past two times I've done business with them my wood grain was missing and caps off my escalade the second time my ball off the back to tow my trailer scums
Sorriest Service in Conway,I will give them one star. They called me to come get the car, and it wasn't even finished when I got there. The Air Conditioner wasn't fixed yet, and they got paid in Advance. I waited for an hour and one half,in the hot . She got in the car and left. And is making a complaint to the County Police.
Worst experience ever! Bought a used engine and was promised that it would run well. We've put hundreds and hundreds of dollars in parts into the motor and suffered loss of work because of it. Do not shop from these people. They are rude and they lie
Whoever you are and whatever your problem is , do not under any circumstances carry your car to Parts Warehouse , my personal experience is they do not have the tools to fix cars and do not have the knowledge to fix anything , kept my car for 3 and 1/2 months without fixing anything and it cost me almost $500 to receive my car back with the dash and most Parts laying in the floor and had to go to court to even retrieve my car so please if you value your car and your money carry it anywhere but there !
Good for getting parts you need. Bad, very very bad service. Guy tried to scam my auto repair insurance and me. Get the part, and have someone else do the work. Took over a week to change a computer
Very helpful people,tire prices aren't bad and the service is very good.As a former A.S.E certified master tech myself this is one of the FEW places I trust touching/servicing my vehicles. They stand behind what they sell and do,and they have never tried to sell me services or parts I don't need. Their shop may not be the cleanest or fanciest but they are honest and reliable
I called around 3PM and ask what time they would be opened and was told 5PM. I had purchased a part and wanted to get there before they closed, so I told the lady I would be there before 5. I pulled up at 4:30 PM to find the shop closed and nobody around. They new I was coming and better yet there sign states opened till 5PM. That’s just SORRY BUISNESS!!!!!!
Service is terrible took well over a month to get my vehicle back after they were paid in advance took there time doing everything not very reliable at given time table for when work will be done will never take my car back to this place again amd i would advise anyone not to get there car serviced at there garage
Parts Warehouse rocks! Had an issue at another tire place and they stripped some of my lug nuts. They didn't have the proper tool to take them off so I took it to Parts Warehouse. John, a great guy took them off for free and identified a slow leak in one of my tires. Came back a few weeks later and they performed another tire repair for free. How can you beat that? It's old fashioned customer service. Thanks again.
