The worker who was suppose to tow our vehicle pulled off and did not provide the tow. They lied to the supervisor claiming the shop was closed, but they drove off without checking with the shop. The shop worker was there on site. They told me they would come back and tow it later once the shop was opened. He told his supervisor he waited 15 minutes and told the insurance company he waited 30 mins. Therefore, the worker appears to be dishonest and did not provide the towing request.
Out standing experience! Couldn't of asked god himself for a better experience! They was a true blessing, friendly, honest and just a pleasure to have had after such a rough week! One thing after another they was a light in a dark place! Can't thank you enough!

I had a great experience with this company. I had a van towed from Cross Hill to gwd. The guy was nice easy to talk to. He had it taken care of within a few hours of first speaking. The price was very fair I believe. I will use them again if, God forbid, I should ever need another tow. Thanks
My husband was involved in an accident in which he was not at fault. The police called Greenwood Wrecker service (who was next on their call list) to tow my husband’s truck. The service driver demanded $350 cash from my husband before he would move the vehicle, even though my husband was not at fault…. Everyone doesn’t carry that much cash around with them!!!! My husband couldn’t leave the scene of the accident, so our daughter had to get cash from a nearby ATM and bring to satisfy the service driver. The driver said the other person’s insurance should pay us most of that money back. Looks like a reputable wrecker service would work with accident victims and auto insurances better than the way my husband was treated today… Very frustrated in the manner this was all handled.
Great place fast service assisted us Saturday around 5pm with a lockout we unfortunately locked our keys in our car and they quickly responded and opened our vehicle for us
I locked my keys in my car while we were in greenwood and they were quick to get there and made sure that I got my receipt to be able to be reimbursed through my insurance company! Highly recommend!

Towed our car after we hit a deer not even a mile from them and they charged us $300 plus $40 a day. They had the car 2/3 days before we even found out how much they were charging us. They are truly scammers. I see how they got all those cars out front. I’ll never refer them to my family and friends. They think they gone keep my car fix it and sell but NOT!
Update:. Greenwood wrecker sent a friend of his and he ended up changing our tire for us. I hope they pay this kid for helping us. The driver ignored our calls though when we tried to contact him back. He stopped when this kid was changing out tire then took off again.
have been sitting along side the road for now 3 hours due to a flat tire. Geico contacted them about a tire change. The man got here, said he didn't have a jack and had to go get one. He then called 30 minutes later and said he would contact his company to get someone else out here. Why would you go to a tire change and NOT HAVE THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT?? I had knee surgery a week ago, so I can't do it myself. My Fiance does dialysis and couldn't do it either since he had dialysis this morning. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend!!!
i got my car towed with this service over a dead battery while i was at work. they towed my car and turns out they messed the transmission up. they kept putting it off saying they will call us back and this and that, and then a few weeks ago they told us we have to get video footage.. when they have on record that they in fact did tow my car. now i don’t have a car and can’t get another one because they are foolish and can’t own up to their mistakes..
Roadside assistance had got this company to come to tow my 2008 Ford Fusion. The Ford fusion had a dead battery. However this tow company drags my car from behind and tears up my transmission. My transmission cost $7500. This company refused to pay for my transmission. The insurance company state farm that sent them out also refused to pay for the transmission. I cannot afford to pay for a transmission they tore up. Commonsense says you cannot drag a front wheel drive car from behind. Do not use this wrecker company they do not take liability for anything that they do. And unless you have a video or pictures of them towing there is nothing you can do. It literally took the guy 10 times to get the car into my driveway. They have tore up my 16-year-old daughters car. My daughter cried her eyes out because they tore her car up and I cannot afford to buy another one. This was her first car and over a battery the car is ruined. So please be aware. The guy told me it was his first day working but that’s not a excuse and that does not fix my car.
They were supposed to tow my car back to my house and kept giving me the run around all day. Kept telling me they were on their way and never came. Wasted my time. That's completely unprofessional.
We broke down right outside of greenwood sc and they picked up our truck took it to the shop brought us a van to rent because there were 5 of us and a dog got us repaired and on the road the next day.
This company had my car sitting on the side of Hwy 178-4 miles from Greenwood for HOURS (with the windows down-which I also told them)! We called and first the guy was nasty over the phone, but because we are good people, ignored the rudeness received on the other end of the phone. We waited hours in the dark- I finally left my car so I could do what I needed to in Anderson, came back through around 930 pm and saw my car still sitting there!!!! We called back and the guys said someone was finishing super and would be on the way and that we did not have to stay and wait with the car. I do not know what time they arrived, but it was too late. This is terrible service, I am highly upset and I expect to talk to someone today about the matter. Until then, I would not recommend this company.
My friend was on her way to Florida when she got a flat. She called greenwood wrecker to change out her tire, they put her spare on but it was flat. They never bothered checking the air pressure, just saw that the rim was on the ground and left her on the side of 385. I really hope that jerk has a daughter and someone does the same to her that he did to my friend. Shame on you, Greenwood Wrecker.
Please don’t use these people are scammers.. Had my tire changed after waiting over 2 plus hours only to have my credit card charged a week later way more than I was told, when I called to find out why they claimed they were unaware of them charging my card; yet told me they remember me calling but told my husband they didn’t recall me. Scamming to get more money from people . Really I giv them a 0
