I would give no stars but you can't my husband went in to the store the other day to buy 2 light bulbs for $67.00 for two I checked and they sell them for $29.00 for 2 so I called and asked the man said yes $29.00 for 2 they tolk advantage of my husband and when I said something to the man he hung up on me that's what kind of business they are running people don't go there this is not the first time something like this has happened at this store we will never go back and if you're smart neither will anyone else

I purchased a battery for a friend. I had the product pictured on my phone. The cashier pulled it up, along with using my friend's phone number to see if the battery was still under warranty. She placed the battery in a cart, had suggested some connection protectors to add to my purchase, which she had right there with the appropriate battery--- and explained how to get the deposit back, making sure to bring my credit card to get the deposit put back on the card. It was so nice how the service provider carted the battery out to my vehicle. This was an easy transaction and I felt grateful for the awesome customer service. There were 2 employees ( one was probably the manager ) helping me on a Wednesday night.

I came here to buy parts to fix my hitch strut and Bryan was the BEST help EVER!!! He was beyond kind, so professional, and overall treated me like family. He helped me find my part and made the process so simple. ❤️ Great service loved it!

Hi there, I get, unfortunately, that we as a society have lost all sense of customer service, but for me, that doesn't have to be the case. I literally walked in your store today, was obviously looking for a product, walked around about 5-10 mins, could not locate the product. However, was never greeted, was never asked if there was something they can do to help me, nothing. you offer thousands of products and in this world where people order online, you have a customer walk in the door and need assistance, you fail to seize the opportunity. disappointing to say the least! Not a single word spoken. sitting a counter on computers? 2 employees. SMH

Chris Luzzi went above and beyond to help me find a battery for my car.. he even helped me price check different stores around us to make sure I was getting my battery for a fair price... and he explain so many little details to me about other parts on my car that I had questions about he was the BEST 👍👍👍‼️‼️ Statesboro GA..

I ordered a part online, went in to get it, and he told me that it was out of stock which online said otherwise. I went to leave and my car wouldn't start so I went in and asked them if they could help and look at battery cables etc and they told me no that they couldn't help. So my husband had to come all the way to town to help me and the so call manager that was there was being very unprofessional towards him. We will not be back there. Been happening alot lately with both outcomes.

The worst staffing store I ever been in. Three customers were here. Rude to all of them. When my time just to ask a simple question before I spend MY Money just nasty to me. I will never ever go back there again. And will tell all my friends the same.

Went to get battery charged, was listening to the managers conversation concerning the difference in batteries and the best for its use in any vehicle according to power and use of vehicle. I was wowed by Bill whom was very informative as I respectful asked the question; would you intentionally sell me a battery knowing the battery is not compatible in amps. He stated point blankly, I was just telling him that we would never sell a customer a product they don't want and/or Need! I'm impressed by Advanced AUTO Parts professional level of care in their customer services. Thank you (Hampton South Carolina) Advance Auto Parts.

Poor customer service 😠. I wait to get service. Was patient til cashier got off phone. When he did. He asked me what i needed. I told him. He pull it up my information on car. Phone rang he answer phone as if I wasnt standing there. Started talking to who ever on phone. Taking their order and im standing there for 15min still on phone waiting for him to help me. I walk off and search for what i want. I made it known to other to workers I felt that was disrespectful. No kind of customer service. He never apologised never said could you please wait a minute or anything. Will not shop here again.

I'm sure we all have dealt with this place for good and bad. Some parts just aren't the best from this place and you take risks with some purchases. Overall you take a chance to be honest.

Excellent customer service. Even with rain coming down they helped with a battery installation and a diagnostic test. Very appreciative of the customer service received.

Very helpful and friendly. Even said manager was training to be mechanic and helped diagnose some other issues I was having on vehicle. Went above and beyond to help. Will be back for future automotive needs.
