Absolutely amazing service and company! In this day and age it’s hard to come by people willing to help you and with a fair price attached to it. I’m a single mom that was stranded on the side of the road with no way of getting my car to the shop and Tadd’s towing dropped everything to help me. I will forever recommend Tadd’s towing to anyone in need. They're respectable and reliable. Thank you guys so much for everything you’ve done for me!
My tire blew out today due to a chunk of black ice on the road. I have a roadside assistance program(RAP) that can be difficult to work with due to their glitchy app and inability to reach a live person. Justin from Tadd’s Towing service responded quickly to my call. He had a direct number to my RAP, updated the information with them & texted me updates. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, careful with my car and took all the safety precautions which helped to put me at ease after a stressful morning.
Made a roadside assistant claim and they caught these guys at Tadd’s towing. Josh came out and tried to help the best he could he’s super nice, but when he didn’t have a way to help they already had another guy on the way, by the way both response times were great. Justin then came and he helped us out and stuck with us the entire time to make sure we made it out safely he even pulled us out twice, he’s wonderful and did an amazing job tonight. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.
Broke down on the side of the road this morning and Tadd’s Towing was there in 30 mins! Super friendly and helpful and quick!

We had a great experience with Tadd's Towing and would highly recommend. We had engine troubles a LONG way from home & Tadd's was to the rescue. They answered the call and had help on the way promptly. Jonathan couldn't have been more professional or kind, especially considering he was called to work on his weekend off due to the volume of calls they were experiencing. He was very personable and made an unpleasant event as positive as it could have been! Thanks again, Tadd's!
Each and every time and I called Tadd and Tadd‘s towing, he answers the phone immediately. Jimmy Glenn the tow truck driver is always kind and courteous and amazing. This company company goes above and beyond for their customers. They’re such a great towing company, reasonably priced outgoing, people gracious and he loved their customers. They really take care of their customers they treat you like family I always call Tadd and his company for all my toes with all my fleet vehicles and his family and Jimmy Glenn and his guys they’re all amazing.
Very nice people,. Although I was delivering their groceries. So I didn't receive any services. But, I will keep them in mind for when I do. Just from their demeaned, politeness.

Had to use this company twice through insurance and road side assistance the first time was great I wish I remembered the guys name but he drove 45 minutes to me with 2 gal of gas which i paid for at 5.40 plain and simple. Just now the owner tadd was dispatched to me and he asked how much gas I needed I said I had 10 so 10 in gas he said sure we'll he gets there and starts putting in the gas after I paid him 10 for the gas I see he's only got a 2 gal jugg so I ask if he has another one or what I paid for 10 in gas and 2 gals ain't 10 dollars. He told me no it was 7 something but he couldn't do no less than a 10 transaction. Well obviously be just lied because 2 gallons of gas still ain't 7 dollars and the other guy accepted my 5 dollars to pay for the 2 gals so needless to say this man just took advantage of me thinking since I'm a female i wouldn't be smart enough to know that he only brought me 2 gallons hate to know how much more money he's stolen from females he thinks are stupid
Tow truck operator Jimmy was exceptional: on time, professional & exceedingly patient upon arrival & confronted with a challenging situation. He definitely went over & above 2 b as helpful as possible. Highly recommend!
Life360 sent out Tadd's Towing when my son's car wouldn't start and needed to be towed back home and they were very prompt and courteous. The driver called me to let me know when he expected to be there and he was on time and kind and helpful. I would use them again if I needed towing.
Called my insurance provider because I have roadside coverage and needed to have my vehicle towed because it was overheating. By the time I got off the phone with my insurance company, Ethan was calling to make sure he was heading to the right place! Friendly, fast, safe and professional. Tadd was SUPER HELPFUL!! My car was broken down at the Spinx and Tadd was there towing a FEDEX truck. I had someone coming through my insurance company but they couldn’t be there for another 1hr & 30min! He helped jump my car, super quick & easy!! THANK YOU so much!!

I'm very happy to recommend Todd's Towing. The driver went beyond what he should have to do because of confusion with the rental car company directions. He patiently waited while I worked out the issues and never complained about the driving around the airport looking for the right place. He didn't even complain about talking his ear off during our long drive.

If u ever have your car or motorcycle towed by the police do not let them send out tadds towing they are mean and will try to make it where u can't afford to get vehicle back if it's still in good shape. I was in hospital made appointment to meet there guy there at 10 didn't show up till over a hour later then told me I couldn't pay with my card had to be cash but waited until it was loaded to say something cause they never had card but his own website said they take card and even names the ones they take so yea guy is really rude and will try to screw u over has no compassion for the ones that are on the other end of the repo.
Houston was professional, courteous, and careful. My father's Porsche Boxster broke down and I was already nervous about have to get it towed. Houston was quick to arrive, was very thoughtful while towing the car, and even tried to avoid any railroads to forgo any damage. I truly appreciate Houston and Tadd's Towing. I highly recommend them!

Tadd’s Towing was beyond exceptional with wenching our 40ft diesel pusher RV out of the mud! He came with equipment that was ready to task the job! He was knowledgeable with where to hook so that no damages would occur, he was responsive and respectful when spoken to on the phone and he kept me informed with his ETA for arrival. He completed the job in less than 20 mins & we would highly recommend him to ANYONE! Thanks Tadd’s Towing for your help, you completed a job that others were afraid to do!
Jimmy was awesome! Kind, efficient, polite, speedy, and considerate. I was surprised how quickly he arrived with it being the day before Thanksgiving, but he accommodated very nicely, which was greatly appreciated considering I had my 6 month old and two dogs in the car with me. Highly recommend!
