Whenever I need a vehicle towed, I can always depend on Howard's body shop to come to my rescue in a timely manner. They are friendly, courteous and reasonable. This means a lot to me because it is frustrating enough to need to have a vehicle towed and then have to wait for some time for a wrecker to get to the location.
Car was damaged in a collision and expected to take at least 15 days or more. Howard's shop got it done in a week and with high quality work. I'm glad I took it to this shop.
I had a wreck two weeks ago and Was in need of a local body shop that could get to my car quickly. I Googled body shops and Howard’s popped up. I read their reviews and decided to go with them. They were very nice and courteous on the phone and kept me updated on the process of my vehicle. They did an excellent job on my Altima. It turned out perfect. Will be using them again. :)
From beginning to end our experience was exceptional. After an accident we had our truck both towed and fixed by Howard’s. They did a wonderful job at a reasonable price while also making a frustrating situation much more pleasant. Brian is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The world could use more people like him.
I have never had any work done by Harold's or left a review for a business I've never patronized, but when I thought I would have to send my car to a body shop Harold's customer service was unparalleled. Everything the man I spoke to said, particularly about insurance companies and body shops, made sense and he was very on top of it. I e-mailed my instructions for a repair estimate to them and when I followed up with them they knew who I was almost immediately. He asked a lot of questions and made suggestions that I thought were helpful, a lot of trouble for someone who was only looking for a repair estimate. They said they would do their very best to work me in and prepare a spot for me and couldn't have been nicer when I informed them that insurance was going to scrap my car after all.
Needed a friend's Hummer towed ASAP, called them & within 15-20 mins, it was loaded up, moved, unloaded & sitting in the parking spot at the condo. Very impressed & happy with their service. He also gave me advice how to fix the mechanical issue. Thank you very much!!
They tried to hand off a paint job with contaminants all over the car. Had to take it back several times for rework to get rid of most of them. Then I found more imperfections, which apparently they saw before and weaseled their way out of fixing. Although the owner is nice and willing to have his team fix most issues, they shouldn't have tried to hand off the initial paint job as "roadworthy". I advise AGAINST taking your ride here.
Brian did great work on my 2013 charger. I got into a fight with a concrete pole and the pole won. He fixed my car. Got it better than before. He also installed my spoiler and window gaurds. I will let him repaint when I get the money. He works in a timely manner kept in touch about the repairs and was very friendly!! Highly recommend.
When i was in an accident he fixed my car and he did a very good job in a timely manner. He has worked on my car since then for a mechanical issue and he gave me a really good deal. He is very nice and is willing to help people anyway he can!
