Responsive, well-priced, professional. They took the extra step of labeling my key and placing it in the drop box for the mechanic. It’s the little things that go a longways.
I cannot recommend this company high enough, these guys are the absolute best in the area. They unfortunately didn't show up when I first searched for local tow companies, but the shop I go to recommended them and really glad I did. They were amazing, towed my car from my house to the shop, then after I was quoted $15k by my local shop to fix a $13k car they came and towed it back to my house later in the week. Shawn even recommended a mechanic that might be able to do some of the smaller things on the car to get it in a condition to sell which the shop wouldn't. I have had some terrible experiences with tow companies in the past. Even if you asked what they could've done slightly better, I'd have no notes. Now I just need to find a mechanic shop like these guys and I'll be set! Seriously, don't use anyone else, you won't find anywhere that is even close to as good as them.
They helped us out after an accident, and being from michigan, they were really nice and comforting and they helped us figure everything out WHILE they were taking us back.
Had to end up getting my car towed on a Sunday morning. They had great communication for the whole process and were super honest. Getting your car towed is not a fun thing but they made the experience so much better. If I know anyone who needs a tow I will definitely be recommending them! I want to thank Shawn Bargeron, Jonathan and Bailey Carrion they went above and beyond for me yesterday. I went to Zaxby’s in front of their business on Fairview Rd in Simpsonville, SC. I had to pull around the front to wait for my order and while waiting, I turned off my car and heard a kitten meowing. I searched the inside of my car, there was no kitten. I got back in my car and could still hear it. So I opened my hood and sure enough it was in my engine. I couldn’t reach it nor would this baby come out on its own. I tried for almost 3 hours crawling underneath my car, trying to coax it with can cat food. That baby wasn’t coming out. It was so scared. The Zaxby’s manager called animal control and all the non emergency numbers. Nobody would come out to help assist me. So I called Bargeron towing. Shawn was wonderful he came to help. He towed my car to his shop. We didn’t want the kitten to run out into Fairview Road. So his shop would be the safest place to try and remove him. This is where I met Jonathan and Bailey the owners of Collision Veterans Accident Repair. Super nice people. Shawn tried spraying with the water hose. Jonathan and Bailey tried coaxing the kitten, still would not come out. So they had an employee come out and remove the panel underneath my engine. The kitten would find other places within the engine to hide. So their employee took the air hose and started spraying air and sure enough the sound scared him out. Unfortunately the kitten was so frightened it took off running. We all was hoping it would stay close within the fencing but it found its way under the fence. Hopefully it will come back and they can have a shop kitty. I know that’s what Bailey is hoping for. if it wasn’t for them I would have had to camp out in Zaxby’s parking lot. I was not starting my car with that baby stuck in there. These wonderful people went above and beyond to not only help me but the sweet lil kitten. David was absolutely wonderful! Very prompt and honest. I would definitely recommend Bargeron Towing. Very professional and timely. I called 3 other companies that didn't have a truck available. I will definitely call David again if needed.

My car was towed here after an accident. I went to clear out the car, but no one was there. Luckily the business that shares an office let me in. I should have called ahead evidently. They did cooperate with my insurance company to get the car picked up.
My car got towed by Simpsonville police and the tow truck drivers were so kind to me, while already going thru a difficult time. I found out they are a family owned and operated company as well as the first towing company in SIMPSONVILLE! I highly recommend their services. Prices were fair and it definitely made my bad day a lot better
Today I found myself in a very stressful situation and my biggest problem was my car was not parked where it was supposed to be and I was completely unable to get it moved no matter what I tried. It got stuck halfway backing out of a parking space. It was stuck undoubtedly because of something wrong with the tire. Well my husband called and explained and Shawn didn't hesitate come over to my rescuse even though I had to leave my car he said I didn't have to stress myself to walk back he'll head out there and park it for me! So grateful there is still amazingly kind people in this world!

Stranded at the gas station is NOT how I wanted to spend my Saturday night. Shawn may not wear a cape or have snazzy intro music, but he sure saved the day! Incredibly fast response and highly professional handling of my 4000lb paperweight, I highly recommend giving them a call if you're in need of a tow. I hope I don't ever have to call again, but if I'm keeping his card in case I need a superhero.
