Quality work and excellent customer service. I just had some painting done on my 2011 Honda and the car looks like new. They matched the paint so well that you would have a hard time identifying the repaired part. On top of all they did, upon completion, they drove my car a mile down the road to have it detailed the following day, thus saving me an extra trip. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL!!! Just wanted to give Brookshire a huge shout out! I made an appointment to get my daughter's loose front bumper fixed before she headed back to college. They took it in the shop and had it back out in about 20 minutes and said there was zero charge for securing it. That is how you build loyalty!

I had a tree branch take out my windshield in a recent storm. State Farm sent me to Brookshire Collision for a replacement. I was told it would take about two hours to replace. When I showed back up the truck wasn't ready. The technician explained that the previous person who replaced the windshield last time scraped the sealant and removed the paint underneath. He discovered significant rust under my windshield. The truck was not ready because he removed the rust and applied a primer to prevent further damage. He could have easily just slapped it together and I never would have known. I am so thankful he did a quality job. Highly recommend!
They were awesome! My car had broken down in the middle of the road in heavy traffic. They arrived a few minutes after I called them. He even took me to Kelletts in Mauldin to get my car repaired. Greatly appreciated his help!! Also a shout out to Kellets! They always take care of their customers!
Disappointed. I've used these guys in the past and never had an issue. This time they replaced a door and after me asking 2 additional times it still isn't on straight. Also, I had to return it to have the paint blended, which should have been done in the first place. Instead of blending it they had their detail person put some wax on it and then told me it was finished painting in less than a day. Obviously they wax was still visible in the creases. I wont be using this place again. Shotty work and bold face lies is bad business.
I stopped by today and asked about possibly getting my car painted. The first thing the guy told me was WE ARE EXPENSIVE. I then asked if they do estimates, he then replied yes by appointment only. I then asked if he charge for estimates and he said yes $65! I got much better treatment at Maaco and FREE estimate upon arrival!!!
I got a costumer car impound for 2 days,I call them asking for what's the total to get the car out of the yard and THEY CHARGE ME ALMOST $500 TO GET THE CAR BACK AT MY BUSSINES,THEY EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THE FUEL THEY USE ON THE THE TOW TRUCK $65,CINDY TOLD ME HOW I THINK THE TRUCK RUN,IF I THINK THEY RUN WITHOUT FUEL,BE CAREFUL DOING BUSSINES WITH THIS PPL,NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
This place was highley recommended. When I went to pick up my car, the hood wasn't painted that was supposed to be painted. Then after getting home and going through my car several things were missing. Won't be going back. I called and let them know, but nothing came of it.
Brookshire was great. I had a fender bender and had minor damage on the rear end of my car. Worked with Geico, who at first sent be to Gerber. Gerber refused to work on my car because of previous damage. I called Brookshire, they had me in for an initial estimate same day. Beamer was great. He explained process and scheduled me for the following week so they had time to get in parts. All in all took less than 2 weeks. There was some miscommunication about a minor repair unrelated to the collision, but they quickly addressed that as well. Car was returned to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. Brookshire is great and I would def recommend them!
I took my vehicle to Brookshire Collision at a friend’s recommendation. I’m pretty easy going and let them do their thing. I ended up paying about $300 dollars more than the estimate for body work and paint but I understand that things can change. I noticed that the chrome window trim hadn’t been fit back into the rubber but I thought that I could do it at home. The reason I give three stars is because the paint started to buckle and crack after 3 month and has now become an open crack after a year. I wouldn’t use them again.
WORST SHOP IVE EVER VISITED. The woman "Cindy" at the desk was very professional. A man named Radar ruined the entirety of my experience there. He insisted that I owe the entire 750$ deductible when the work and parts provided was less than 300$. After an hour long arguement of trying to get him to understand, I was told to pay or leave.
The next day after the insurance adjuster spent an hour on the phone trying to explain the same thing, to no avail. He finally said he had to replace my steering column which is complete NONSENSE, after charging me an extra $150+. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE.
They did a great job fixing a problem with the front end. Looks like a new car. Very pleased with their work. Beamer was great to work with. I received a great paint job plus a much needed education on what to look for in a paint or repair job.

After a recent car accident, I took my vehicle here based on the recommendation of my insurance agent. It was a great recommendation! Beamer took wonderful care of me and my car. After the initial estimate, I was given a date to bring my car in, and I called the other driver's insurer to set things in motion. After the bumper was removed, additional damage was found. Beamer took care of the next steps necessary to get the additional funding. My car ready in a very timely manner, and she looks great! I can't recommend Brookshire highly enough for their excellent customer service, and collision repair. Most importantly, they are very reputable, and they treat you as if you are their most important customer. Thank you, Brookshire and Beamer!
Fixed my vehicle up as efficiently as possible. When I ran into drama with the other individual's insurance company and the rental company, Beemer took care of it himself. Great customer service
I wish zero stars was an option for this company. Absolute worst towing company ever. For starters this company allowed someone other than the registered owner to access the vehicle while it was in their possession. Kathy at the front desk did not ask the individual for their name, check an ID or even have them sign anything before allowing the access. Which is against the law in the state of SC. She allowed this unknown individual to take cash from the vehicle and use that cash towards the towing cost due. She then allowed this (again) unknown individual to leave with the vehicle. Never checked to see if the person even had a valid drivers license (she does NOT), never asked for a name or address and certainly never required any type of authorization from the registered owner. After driving the vehicle for one day after it being (illegally) picked up- the car stopped running. $1,700 in repairs later the car is now operable again. All of this could have been avoided if this company chose to follow the laws in the state they operate. Scary point to add- this is the towing company the Mauldin Police department uses. So just know if this company has your vehicle- anyone and everyone will be allowed to obtain anything from your vehicle and the first person that offers up $300 can drive off in your vehicle with no questions asked. For over one month I have waited for an Owner to call me back. I will continue to let everyone I come in contact with know about this horrible experience and will be reaching out to Mauldin City to make sure that the company they use in the future is a company that will obide by our laws instead of this worthless excuse of a company. The after hours tow truck driver that I spoke to was very polite, showed concern and appeared to realize the mistake that Kathy made was HUGE but, that is where the concern ended. Kathy didn't care that she had just released a vehicle illegally and obviously the Owners & Managers are not concerned either. No worries though- Mauldin Police, City Hall and Mayor will be fully aware of the situation because I will be writing or visiting with each of them.
Very nice people. Replaced 2 door skins and never put the 2500 HD emblem back on, very poor paint job with multiple bubbles. New skin has a chip on it from the install and window trim needs to be adddressed because the clips are damaged and keeps coming off. I'm not one to complain but my new truck was treated as the run of the mill. Poor quality is one thing but not putting the emblem back on is unacceptable. Business is established for sure and the people where great.
I had been to or called SEVERAL other collision repair places with no hope of getting a timely repair done on a rather small issue. The people at Brookshire were polite, friendly, and worked hard to accommodate my needs of getting a repair done before vacation. I would recommend them highly and definitely go back to them in the future!!!
