I live about an hour away, so 90% of my interaction with Raheel was on the phone. He was courteous, and more than helpful to make sure all the paperwork was in order. His service was truly above and beyond, I felt respected as a person and a buyer, there was zero pressure. I would absolutely buy my next car from him.
Years ago (2017 believe) my mom bought me a 2005 BMW SUV from this place for my graduation present. The sellers talked up the vehicle galore, but within a week of owning it sensors were going off left and right. I’d bring it in (5 separate times) and it would need a new hose somewhere, something in the wiring was off, or it was driving weird. Every time they “did what they could”. A day later the sensor would go back off. I think they were just resetting the system to get me out of there 100%. I came to them multiple times prior to this and tried to get them to help and all they could offer me was $4K back for a vehicle that was bought for $7.8K. Little did I know I should’ve taken that $4K and ran because a few weeks into the 4th month of owning it the entire head gasket blew. I’d never recommend this place to anyone and hope they never make another sale with being that level of negligent.

Raheel is amazing to work with. We shopped online and found a car we really liked. My husband called him, he answered our questions. We talked it over, called him again with more questions….he was so patient and kind. He did a walk around video, made us feel very comfortable buying without seeing in person. We’re kind of old and not use to this new way of buying, we’re use to inspecting and test driving. But Raheel made it so easy for us. He agreed to a trade, agreed to deliver for an extremely fair price (we live over three hours) and even delivered two days earlier than scheduled.
It was a pleasure meeting him (and his precious family) and a pleasure doing business with him.
During the transactions we were on the phone with his bank, the lady told me I had nothing to worry about, that he was a great guy……my husband and I totally agree!

Earlier today I had purchased a vehicle from AutoQ and had worked with Raheel & his team who was excellent to work with and made the entire process very smooth. If you're looking for a clean vehicle that is inspected before being put up for sale, I'd highly recommend AutoQ as your first place to shop.
After looking for an ML350 for over a month and finding non responsive sellers and dirty scratched overpriced cars, I finally ended up at AutoQ and spoke to Raheel. He has very fairly priced high end vehicles. We looked at one on a Saturday afternoon, and it was in fantastic condition and super clean (every car we looked inside was spotlessly clean). When we came back on Monday to purchase it, Raheel already had the paperwork completed for me to sign and the car cleaned up. It took no more than 10-15 minutes before we were headed on our way with my sons first car. Thanks Raheel, we'll be back for the next kids first car (just not the G63). I forgot to add, there were none of those sneaky dealer fees that make a $14,000 car turn into a $16,000 car when you walk out the door. Just an honest car dealer.

It’s been a little over six months since I bought my car from them, but I did just want to take a second to go back and brag about how great they were. Right before I bought my vehicle from them I had a lot of issues with Carmax. That experience was not easy, trustworthy, or quick. Both the guys I talk to an Auto Q were so easy to talk to, so upfront about everything they knew with the vehicle, and when I decided to buy the car was out the door within 30 minutes. When the time comes to have to buy another vehicle they’re going to be the first one I go to.
I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Q. Currently looking at a 2017 GMC sierra Denali. Salesman are not pushy whatsoever. They answer your questions and they allow you to browse. They put the really nice stuff in the show room but that is not to say that anything on their lot is below standard. Everything is quality. They have financing partners available and also encourage you to shop rates with your own bank. I will be a forever customer.

Just for context, this is the first time I've ever left a review for ANY product or service, and I'm doing so because purchasing a vehicle from Raheel and AutoQ on 4-9-22 was absolutely THE BEST experience ever! I had searched on-line for a couple weeks and found the vehicle I was looking for at AutoQ. I called and spoke to Raheel and lined up a test drive a couple days later. The vehicle was in great shape and had been professionally detailed to a like-new condition, and drove like new, as well. There was NO pressure during the purchase discussion that followed, and Raheel was professional, courteous and more knowledgeable than any new-vehicle dealer I've ever spoken with. I live 5 hours away from the dealership but they made the experience extremely professional and honest. They sent me photos and videos of everything I asked for. I couldn’t make the drive until Sunday and Raheel the owner actually met with me that Sunday morning. I felt like that was pretty above and beyond on customer service. The truck was just as I had hoped as well. He had all the paperwork ready and I was in and out within 45 minutes. The communication was amazing! Will be doing business with again in the future!
