When I returned the next day, Rudy, the General Manager, went above and beyond—not only installing my battery but also taking the time to explain what might have caused the issue in the first place. Purchased several batteries here. Always treated well. Usually deal with Rick. You can also have your battery tested just in case you have another issue like a bad alternator not charging. Good folks good price, also refurbished batteries.
I am grateful to have recently visited this store and had the fortunate opportunity to meet the store manager, Kevin. I have a GMC 2500 Duramax that I believed had two faulty batteries. Kevin remained after store hours to assist me. He provided me with two known-good batteries to test in my truck and elucidated that the issue I was experiencing was not related to the batteries. Upon testing, he proved correct in all aspects. Few managers possess the extensive expertise that Kevin does, and even fewer would go above and beyond to help a customer, even if it does not result in a sale.
Individuals with such high levels of integrity are often overlooked for the exceptional customer service they provide. I cannot recommend Interstate Batteries in Mauldin highly enough and will become a loyal customer from now on.
Call to purchase on a price to purchase a battery. When I go to pick it up price was 20 dollars more than quoted and looking at receipt I didn’t recieve my core charge. Last time using this place an would not recommend

Been coming here for probably 5 years and have gotten multiple batteries from them for my vehicles. Service is always exceptional and their pricing is even better. It is always at least $100 cheaper than the dealership. Their battery warranty is only 30 months but I find that sufficient as batteries would fail earlier if it was going to fail anyways.

Running a group 31 deep cycle to power my 3 units on my bass boat, great for about 9 months
Now after being fully charged the voltage will be down to 10.5 after 4 hours. All my units will alarm for low voltage. Had them check the battery, charged for over 24 hours and lost tested, tell me it's good. Also said they could not pull amperage like I do, but it's good. So basically no warranty for a bad battery. Getting ready to order a replacement for my battery that's under warranty. Have 4 interstate batteries in my boat, 2 over 4 years old with no issues. Time to find a company that backs their products.
I called Fairway Ford, and they would have to keep my car for God knows how long just for a battery. I would have had to pay for a rental. I get frustrated with them there, too, because there's one girl in customer service who is consistently rude. I priced a battery at Ford for pick up. Then I came across this place, the price was lower, AND included labor. The staff was amazing and sweet , and in less than 10 minutes , I was on my way back on the road... warranty was great for a new battery. If you need used... they have great affordable prices for that, too.

Just had a new battery installed here. Had a great experience with the tech/mechanic Justin, who had my old battery out and new one installed in a matter of minutes. Very friendly too. And the battery itself came with a good warranty. Had to initially wait a few minutes before being helped, but that was understandable, as they were fairly busy at the time. Overall, very pleased with my experience.
I had my battery replaced yesterday and am extremely satisfied with the service I received. We have your pretty cheap on your prices reasonable compared to what's going on you can't be too many of them they give you back your money when you give him a battery so lot better than it has been

I have been here several times for myself and friends. I recommend interstate battery to everyone I run into. They have used and new batteries that wont break the bank. They will also install it. I've been to all the auto parts stores in the area and they always will try to tell you your battery is bad when it possibly might be ok. Also they will charge you an arm and a leg for a new 1. Let me tell you about the Less then poor service that I received when a purchase a battery on This past Monday.1/16/18(MLKDay) which was my day off.I went to pick up a battery for my truck could not drive it there due to the battery in it was dead so I Told one of the staff person the make and model of my truck. I was given a battery that would fit my truck "so I thought" I had a mechanic come to my house to take out the old battery and install the new one. At that time the mechanic told me the battery do not fit my truck..it was to big.So I called interstate battery. Spoke with Bryan who after I unexplained what had happened he then told me he would come by my home and change out the wrong battery and install the new one if weather conditions permits. Well the next day which was on a Wednesday snowed so no show. I called the store on Thursday and asked about when they wood come.At that time I was told by the Manager Kevin that they don't do house calls I then explained the situation he the asked who I spoke to...He then said that no one told me that...little did he know that I was at my job when I made the call in my office and had it on speaker the whole time and was being recorded...So he told me that was never told to me. At that I asked for Corp. # call there and explained the story over again to someone name Kayla...she said she would call me back ...when she did she was no help either. I asked her title she was customer service supervisor. Now I'm asking to be refund and given the correct battery. Kayla tells me there is nothing she can do she suggest I call the store manager Kevin back and ask him for the same .....Now I already know he will not do anything , they couldn't sell me the correct battery from the beginning so what on God's earth would make him do anything correct....I was told that the stores are independently owned ,And the owner's name is Mike. Which was told to me by Kevin the (Manager)who also gave me a phone number for and I have called and left a message...But the way it looks I most likely won't get a call back...I was sold the wrong battery on Monday here it is going to Friday with my truck unoperational....I was told to bring my truck in,,Question? how can I when the battery was dead...Which was the purpose of my purchase to begin with....I have never been treated so poorly. I work in a customer service business And this was my first time doing business here...and I was referred by a friend...This is the last time I will ever come here and I am tell all my friends and people I speak with to never waste time with Interstates battery.This place Lies and still yet to offer customer service..
This place is awesome,they got great deals on new and used battery's.was there about 1pm 10-4-16 the guy there was very helpful.the cheapest battery I found was 169.00 I saved 120.00 it cost 10 bucks to install remanufactured battery. With a year warranty interstate battery mind you. Highly recommended got any kind u need lawn mower,boat,golfcart, I can't say enough about this place,I will never buy from anywhere else...thank you!
