I needed to purchase a battery for my son's jeep. Mckenzie addressed me as soon as I entered the store, she was very knowledgeable, pleasant and had patience with me. It was actually an enjoyable experience.
Took a Orileys purchased battery here last night to be check if it needed to be replaced under warranty, it's almost lunch time the next day and I still don't have the answer because it was not charged the night before, just another day for me without a car because of lack of training or caring.
Don't Go to this store. They'll make you carry a battery out. They won't help you. They asked other employees if they know how to charge batteries. I went up there to replace a battery not even a year old and they said they had to leave it up there on charge. It was on nine bolts. It only took 30 minutes for it to charge. They said it was going to take up to 4 hours to charge. I took it to the one in Simpsonville. They swapped it right out for me. No questions asked
James is the man! This place became my go to store yesterday. I can't say enough about how helpful, kind and good this young man was. Restored my faith in customer service.
Had a hard to find light bulb for my truck. The bulb did fog lights and turn signal. They were very helpful figuring out where I could get them. They took time to help me and I greatly appreciate it.
I had two gentlemen helping me and I can’t remember the other person’s name, but he and Brady went well out of their way to help me. They were both so kind and took lots of extra time and energy that they didn’t have to, (on a cold/misty afternoon) to get my car’s issue resolved. I am beyond thankful for their kindness and expertise!

I buy all the stock replacement parts I need for my car projects here. They always have friendly, and most importantly competent, helpful people working. This orielly store in Mauldin in particular is always a great experience. In my experience, they do what’s right for the customer if there’s any sort of part mixup or anything like that.

I just had the best experience of my life at an auto parts store! I carried in two batteries and Javier meet me at the door grabbed one of the battery’s and brought me straight to the counter. This young man is Knowledgeable and skilled at his job! Obviously well trained however his ability to communicate and willingness to help shows great character! My truck has had some issues coming up and it turned off in front of the store and the manager, Steven, was really cool and let me use some tools to fix it.
they didn't have what I was looking for which was a key chain that pulled out so you don't have to take it off of your purse or your belt you can unlock the door you never have to look for your keys you know what where they're at but it was still a nice store I like O'Reilly's
Stopped in for replacement bulbs for the tag light . Also to see what options they had for my headlights. Very knowledgeable on the different options for my truck.
