Sarks auto motive has been taken care of of my truck since got it and has done amazing job. There staff it polite and tentative to my need and take the time to explain what going on with my truck and fix and get my out the door and on the way thanks yall
The mechanic I've used for decades moved out-of-state and recommended Sarks Automotive. I've visited them twice for oil changes and a brake replacement. They have fair prices, and I know I can trust them! It's hard to find an honest mechanic. So I'm glad that I can count on the folks at Sarks!
I went to sarke automotive to get some work done on my car and the people there were so nice and knowledgeable the customer service was AAA+ the owner of the shop is a awesome guy and his staff is as well I trust them with all my car needs
The best shop in the upstate! You make family here they will check in on repairs a few weeks after it’s done and contact you when your next maintenances are due, the techs treat your car like their own and a clean up after themselves!
Staff always treats you kindly and will answer any questions you have especially if you’re not educated in the car field. Also has the best waiting room I’ve ever seen for a shop!!
I have had work done on my vehicles over the years even after the shop put my family in danger with a bad diagnosis. Today I sent my 18 year old daughter with her car to get an oil change with a coupon that I saw online last night )”(1/8/2026) for an oil change for $34.99 and she expressed to me that some woman told her that their was no $35.00 oil change. I just checked and the same special is still listed today (1/9/2026). My daughter was not asked if she still needs the service and given no pricing. My daughter is very kind hearted and called me upset as this was her first time doing her oil change on her own. My daughter went to the awesome guys at Take 5 in Mauldin and was taken care of for $60(price as listed, Sarks should take notes). Shame on that woman that spoke with her. Simply unprofessional. Way to not serve the community or maybe just not serve people of color. My name is as listed on my account with you guys for reference of my loyalty and years of having my vehicles worked on.
Left the car for wheels balancing. they said everything was done, when I got the car back, the wheels were still out of balance. Then I went to the shop across the street and they balanced everything half the price. Why do you guys lie? I payed you real money and you scammed me. Money come and go but reputation remains forever.
They are amazing!! I’ve done my last few oil changes with them and it’s definitely a lot better than these other places. They are very patient kind and understanding. They are very very professional as well. They will try to fix your needs in a timely manner but they will also take the time necessary to make sure they get it right so you don’t have any further issues down the line. I highly recommend them
Service was extremely pleasing. The technicians were precise and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and kept me updated on the service that was being performed. We would highly recommend them.
We have been exclusively using Sarks for all of our vehicles for the past 10 years, referred people to them too as they always did a good job. We have only had one small issue with payment and it was resolved by the owner with utmost kindness.
I usually use sarks and even had my mom take her 2012 ford edge there because I felt they were trustworthy. Today I got burned. After getting my car aligned, my wife asked if I paid 60, I said no, it was $100. My wife then told me that they had a sign out front that alignments are $60. When I called up there and asked why I was charged $100, they told me I did the refer to the "special". I told her the sign is literally out front!! She said I needed to refer to the special. Honestly, I feel like I was taken advantage of. Seems kinda ridiculous to me. I've been there many times and referred them many people. It just feels wrong.
Update on 12-18. Sarks called me today "management" and admitted they should have refunded the money. Im so happy they did! Not so much of me needing the money but that I've always thought of this as one of the very few garages that are honorable. So so glad I can change this back to a positive experience!

Went through my warranty with them, just want to give Regina a great 5 star her customer service was great. That I will be a returning customer. To my vehicle for a timing chain replacement, Regina kept me updated on the whole process, only took two days to fix. The tec did a great job on my car sound better than ever.
I found Sarks thru my CarMax warranty and they were awesome! They made sure everything was done correctly and Katelyn was especially helpful as this was my first time dealing with a warranty issue. I would give 6 stars if possible!
When I brought my car there I was worried. It’s a 2018 Sentra and the transmission was blown at 78,000 miles. I had bought the Nissan Sentra in February at carmax. It only had 77,000 miles. Needless to say I was angry. But folks at Sarks were wonderful. They dealt with my warranty company - I never had to talk to them. And Sarks kept me up to date with conversations. They managed to get a new transmission. Between finding a new one and putting it in only took a week! A week! It’s was not only fast but they kept me updated. They were so nice about everything. And so far the car runs as good as new. And they checked in to see how it was going. I’d highly recommend Sarks. They told me what was wrong and gave me a good price. No nonsense. If you own a German car, do not go to Sarks! I had my oil pan replaced on my BMW after Take 5 stripped the oil pan threads. After receiving my car back with a new oil pan and oil change, it had lost a liter of oil in just under a week. (It has never leaked oil before) I took my car back to Sarks and was told I was SOL and was quoted 2k for an upper gasket leak and a timing cover gasket leak. After speaking with Crystal she stated "Its a BMW its going to leak oil and once you replace one thing the leak will move to another" lol. After getting it towed to another shop the other shop stated that it was an oil filter leak due to no O ring in the oil filter. The other shop replaced it and now my car doesn't leak oil at all. Moral of the story is Sarks does not know what they're doing when it comes to foreign cars even if it as simple as changing an oil filter. I'm also attaching my invoice to show what work they did so they cannot deny their mistake. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
!!!!!I’ve been going to sarks for years, and I’m not the guy to leave reviews!!!. I got my ac recharged here and they over loaded my system with 2.88 pounds when my ac calls for 1.8. It then blew my compressor and created a leak. I mentioned this and sarks auto completely ignored me for weeks on end. I’m so disappointed in Jeremy and the crew. They did not pressure test my system or vacuum I assume because they sent me home and said “let us know if you see the dye leak” but if they preformed a vacuum and pressure test you would know if it was leaking. I waited for weeks and sent several messages and got no reply. Complete disrespect on there end. AVOID getting your ac done here. I’ve had good service with other things but the 1 star is for me pointing out they messed up and they Ignored me.
Sarks got our car in quickly, provided a quick, fair estimate and completely the work on the same day. Regina at the check in desk is extremely friendly and competent. She had everything organized and was on top of her game. Jeremy did a next day follow up to make sure everything was fixed to our liking & that we were happy. This is a top notch company that I will definitely recommend. We are extremely impressed by everyone we encountered!!
These folks are the best in town! I’ve been going since 2017 and won’t go anywhere else. I’m not sure if it’s the customer service the great techs in the back or the food Marie feeds me. I love them!! Hands down!
U-Haul is a good company, but Sarks charged me for 6 gallons of gas even though I filled the truck up COMPLETELY before returning. I gave them an extra 1/8th of a tank. Not only that, but my final receipt even shows that I only drove 17 miles. The truck was returned 3 in hours only used to haul off some furniture. I had initially paid for 40 miles, so maybe they just didn't want to refund or maybe someone stole the gas from the tank. Either way, if they are this shading on a simple rental, I definitely wouldn't want them working on my car! LOL U-Haul refunded half of the disputed charge.
Have gone here several times in the past. Can’t speak of price in comparison to other places because to be honest I’ve never called around. But they are very timely and quick to get services done. The staff is also very friendly. Only reason I give 4 stars is because prices for some services seem pricey to me but then again I haven’t called around to compare. For partial break pad replacement and half of my rotors it was $611 total.
I was impressed with this location. I called to book an oil change on a Friday, the earliest appointment spot they had was the following Tuesday, so the wait was not bad. I accidentally drove to their other location, as I am very new to moving to this area, I called, and he said to still head over. My wait time for oil and tire rotation was about an hour and a half. They did notice my tread on the tires were getting very low and added a quoted price right below on the final bill. I really appreciated their attentiveness and not being pushy at all to make a sale. It made me feel very comfortable to return to this location for more work. The only con would be the lack of TV or music in the wait room. Overall, these guys were great.
Amazing service! They went above and beyond to help me and take care of my car. I never anticipated or expected the amount of help they offered and gave. I came in to have my headlights replaced on my 2016 Rogue Nissan and they did a wonderful job and the headlights look and work great! I was also referred to Sarks after getting a very expensive maintenance service list from the dealership. I was really needing a second opinion and Sarks did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and saved me a lot of money. I value honesty and integrity so thank you!

Sarks Automotive is one of the last family run business in Greenville County. The reason they have lasted this long is because they specialize in impeccable service, and they welcome you into the family that cares about quality. In 2020 I brought a brand new F-150 truck and I took it to the dealership for service and they disrespected me. I never went back. I took my truck to Sarks and they have been servicing my trucks for over 10 years. I'm old school, and I grew up with good service, when people took pride in their good craftsmanship. This place is great. They fit me in last minute for an oil change. Great service. Quick and easy. The waiting area is comfortable. My kids enjoyed fresh popcorn. There is also a table to play cars on for them. I made used of their kuerig and had a cup of donut shop coffee.
