Professionalism is not there. If you say you open at a certain time, someone should be there. We’ve waited about 30 minutes and still no one. The number isn’t good. It is frustrating.
Sam in the office is amazing! She kept me up to date with everything going on. Bill is great too! He was very thorough with the estimate and did a great job!

Friendly & helpful people concerning wreck damage. We had our Honda Odyssey damage repaired by this shop. The right side had severe damage caused by being sideswiped by another car. The right sliding door & passenger door were caved in. Geico was the paying insurance company and were very easy to work with. Bill at the body shop was very nice and stuck to his estimated repair time. When we picked up the car l could not see anything to indicate the damage was ever there. The paint matched perfectly and looked as nice as factory. I highly recommend Mauldin Paint & Body Shop.
The lady that answered the phone is RUDE. She is upset that they have a 2 week wait i advised I didn't mind she SCREAMED HUNNIE I AINT GOT TIME AND HUNG UP. I was referred to them & will never ever ever call again. NO STARTS GET A BETTER RECEPTIONIST . - 1 STAR

I love this place. I will never use another body shop. They are friendly and professional. You can’t find this kind of old school solid dependable service anymore. This place is one of a kind and if I could give them 100 stars I absolutely would.
What a pleasure to do business here. My vehicle was scraped up in a store parking lot. Mauldin Paint and Body was on the list of places recommended by my insurance company. They gave me an estimate, told me when they would be able to get to my car, stuck to their word, helped me coordinate with the rental car company, and the repairs look great.
I can’t say enough about Mauldin Paint & Body. I took my vehicle to them after a collision but also got some other body work fixed at my own expense. I used them bc they were a preferred vendor of my insurance provider.
The work was outstanding and timely. My final bill was more than $400 less than the quote. I brought this to their attention and learned they were able to cut some costs and save me money. They could have easily taken me for the extra money and I never would have thought twice.
I am several months removed from the work and am still extremely pleased. I truly hope I never need body work, but if I do I wont hesitate to use them again.

I hope that you never have body damage to your vehicle, but if you do, you should definitely go to Mauldin Paint & Body. They fixed my car so beautifully, you cannot tell where it was damaged. In fact, my son said it looks like a new car. My car was ready on the date promised. It was sparkling clean and the tires had even been armoralled. Although the repair estimate was the lowest of the three I got, the final bill was even less. Bill said he was able to work things out and save me money. He's the best! He even fixed a small dent that was not part of the accident damage. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would.
They are amazing and this is the place to go to first. Their prices were alot better than the comp and they are professional experienced body shop not just parts swap and paint shop. They actually repair when there is a chance to and thus save you money. This is a truly old school place and that is a good thing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
So I went there yesterday afternoon to make arrangements to have my car repaired. This shop was recommended by my insurance company. I walked in and there were two older gentlemen working on trying to get something unfastened from a car door. I explained why I was there and got an "okay" but they kept right on working on the door. I stood there for 15 minutes watching them work on the door, get different tools, etc.. Finally I walked out the door, got in my car and drove away. If that's as much as they care about or want my business, they won't be getting it. And I'll make sure to let my insurance company know too. I just hope that door was worth it.
Mauldin paint&body are experts at what they do and they do it well try them out if there any problems talk to Bill he's the Owner of the Business he'll make every thing good he loves his customers
Wonderful experience. Car repaired early and was washed when I picked it up. They handled everything professionally and beyond my expectations. They even coordinated my rental for me. I would recommend to everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
