The kind woman who answered the phone helped me to stay calm and sent Alvin out immediately to assist me. My car was stuck on ice. Alvin arrived quickly and helped move my car to a safe location. He was very kind! Wonderful people and wonderful service!
Called these guys at 6:30 am on a Saturday to come pull our motorcycle trailer out of a ditch. They gave me the best quote and said 20 minutes. The truck showed up in 15. By that time we had already managed to get the trailer mostly dislodged, and no longer needed help. In stead of being pissed off, the guy blocked traffic for us, and didn't even charge a service fee. A great mix of integrity and promptness. I will recommend to everyone. Thank you guys!
Lady needs to learn how to talk to customers, and the tone of voice she talks to people in, is not it. Only leaving one star because it wouldn’t let me leave zero.
