I dont know about repair facilities, but their towing service was good and satisfied!!! David arranged it,and Dennis towed it, had great experience!!! Now that was for longer distance price was great!!!,tried to get quote for short tow and that was much more expensive then competition...but definitely appreciate great job !!!
I brought my truck in for power lost. They charged me 280 to diagnose the problem and told me that it was a boost leak. They then charged me another 280 to fix the boost leak and to recheck. They charged me another 75 for the two clamps. That didn't fix the problem so they charged me a additional 280 to check the fuel system. That wasn't the problem neither. They then GAVE me a estimate saying That I need to change my fan clutch and belt, my thermostat, and I need to put 6 injectors in. Which came up to 10000 dollars. NOW THIS IS WHERE I TOLD THEM TO GIVE MY TRUCK BACK BECAUSE I JUST PAID THEM OVER 5000 TO PUT 6 NEW INJECTORS AND CUPS IN THIS SAME TRUCK NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS AGO!!. They told me that it will take a couple minutes to put my truck back together. Then they came out and told me that they couldn't put my belt back on the fan clutch that they took off which had nothing to do with what I brought my truck in for. They then charged me 100 for a belt and then CHARGED ME 140 TO PUT THE BELT ON!!! I TOLD THEM YALL HAD NO BUSSINESS TOUCHING MY FAN BELT. IF I DIDN'T PAY THE 240 THEY WAS GOING TO GIVE ME MY TRUCK BACK WITH OUT A BELT!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN..
Techs here are very knowledgeable! They can do anything from an oil change to a full engine rebuild. Not only do they work on semi trucks, they also repair dump trucks, RVs, tow trucks, concrete trucks. Basically anything and everything can be fixed here. If your truck needs major repairs that take longer than a day, Truck World has a contract with a nearby hotel that offers a free shuttle to and from the shop for only $70/night. They also provide collision repair, 24 hour road service, HD towing, AND a semi truck/ heavy duty equipment dealership; basically a ONE-STOP-SHOP, where everything can be done at one place with fair prices & top-notch superior service, I highly recommend their services to everyone!
Came here last October for def tank coolant lines that were leaking. They put them on backwards and my def system has been getting clogged from crystallization ever since. I’ve spent thousands on repairs since then because of this issue. I also remember them charging $800 to fix these 2 lines. I just found out today by the Mack shop that the lines were crossed. Truly at a loss for words

Hey guys, im not happy with your service, if you can call that a service. I took my truck for 2 things, they didn't fix them. Now they want me to pay labor again in order to check this problem. They assure me there work is not the problem it must be the piece they order that is bad. They want to put a clim for this pice but while that happens I have to paid again for this until the claim is approved and pay for labor agai, and than, they will reimburse my money. Because if this bad piece i damage a custtumer driveway and now I have to pay from my pocket for this, now is no one's fault. I already call and talk to them I will sue them if this issue is not fix. Worse service ever. Please don't take your truck's there this people are a joke.

Nice people. Fixed my semi but $5800 in labor i think was a bit too much. Not sure what the parts cost but boss said $10k. Clutch, clutch fan (not sure if that got fixed), compressor & air dryer. Truck still won't pull hills.
Brought a truck here for diagnostic. Communication with Sergio was terrible, they seem to talk down to there customers . Lady in the office knew zero English.They told me I need an engine rebuild . Quoted 34,000. Heck the dealer only wanted 28,000 for a NEW not rebuilt motor installed . I told them reassemble it I’ll be to get it. Took it to another guy turns out it only had a major oil leak from the air compressor. So a 38 dollar gasket they wanted to sell me a rebuild.Fixed oil leak, just to discover weeks later the oil pan they reinstalled was missing half the bolts , and bolts were hand tight . Low quality work. Also heard they want stand behind there work either . Seems the foreigners are offering crappy work , seems this place is a $ laundering scheme or something illegal , to nice of a shop for low grade work
Came in with vibration issues under the floor and adaptive cruise control not working and also check engine light on. They said adaptive cruise control has to be take to the dealer and they just cleared the check engine light from computer and charged me $280 saying it took them 2 hrs of labor. They told me vibration issues coming from drag link and replaced it. $210 for diagnostics and $438 for drag link replacement. Vibration didn’t go away even a bit. Check engine light came back on after 2 hours of driving. Spent $928 and a whole day for nothing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
They done a great job and they were there within 30 minutes. And there price was half of what another wrecker service wanted. I definitely recommend them !!!.
Needed repairs that I called in last minute about and needed it done with in 34 hours. It was electrical work and welding on my Conestoga. They had me drop the truck and trailer off Friday evening and had the repairs done by noon on Saturday. So Fast and Professional! I will forever recommend having service done here over the big names like TA and Loves. It’s in a great area right off I-85.

Great group of mechanics! Maria was very responsive even on a Sunday! Had a coolant leak on my truck and had to get to Florida that day. They were able to get me back on the road in a couple hours. Highly recommend
Be three times more careful if you come to this service, the prices are inflated very much. The office will never tell you how much the work will cost. For example, to swap wheels, they charge $50 per wheel - this is without disassembling. While in other services this work costs $15 per wheel. They removed the engine cover, took 3 photos - they charged $450, as for three hours of work. Also, computer diagnostics costs $240. Be especially careful with Yaroslav. He has been caught cheating more than once. He will try to deceive you - do not fall for it, but ask in other services how much the service costs. Avoid this lying service.
These guys are awesome and my heroes! My neighbors and I were stranded for 2 days because 7 large trees were down because of the Hurricane. We broke down late Sunday night and not only did they open their gates for us after hours to get towed there they worked tirelessly to fix my truck, gave us a ride to the hotel and offered to take us to get food. I have a 07 pete 379. I had the transmission start making a LOT of noise. So i found these guy and I got my truck in without a tow. That was on a Wednesday morning . I ended up needing a transmission and while that was out i went ahead and had a clutch put in and the rear main seal replace, a carrier bearing replaced and a u-joint replaced. They were kind enought to give me a ride to a hotel Wednesday afternoon and came and picked me up Thursday morning. There ended up being a little problem with my bell housing fitting on the new transmission but they ended up getting it all figured out but it did delay 1 day. So they gave me another ride back to the hotel Thursday night and came and picked me up Friday morning. Because this job was so big they lower their hourly rate down to $95.00 a hour. This job was expensive due to the replacement of the transmission. But the costumer service and the keeping me informed of exactly what was going on and showing me everything they were doing was absolutely wonderful. Especially since i am also a mechanic. But could not tackle this job 2800 mile from home which really sucked. But their service was absolutely great. I would MOST DEFINITELY go back if ever needed.. 5 STAR all day..
The work was done fine. But I was charged $250 for $100 part, and I was charged double the amount of hours of labor that the person worked on the truck. I’ve called three times trying to get my receipt. My past experiences with Truck world were good. But this time it’s been nothing but a tragic disappointment.
We have struggled to find a quality mechanic to maintain our fleet of company vehicles for over 2 years. Truck World did a fantastic job servicing our vehicles! Problems that even the big dealers in town couldn’t fix were fixed in less than a week by Serge and Yarl! They have gained a customer for life. Great work, fair prices and top notch service by a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I've used this place 2 times and both times were very pleasant and very accommodating. I have spoken with Victor on both occasions and he's very knowledgeable and more than will to help explain the problem even showing me the parts taken off and the problem which existed. I will forever be a customer from here fwd. Can't ask for better service. Even though you pay for it, I didn't mind writing the check at all.
