I called AAA for a flat tire and they sent Southeast towing out to change the tire for me. I got a call from the driver Luis right away. He was friendly and very communicative which a I appreciate. Got the job done pretty quickly. I would recommend them.
I have had the pleasure of working with Southeastern 2 times this week. They were prompt, reasonable cost, and went above and beyond in my tows. Lately, service industry personnel seem to be so angry and frustrated. I get it, sometimes deliveries or uber drivering are not the easiest jobs, but the anger displayed is confusing to me. Southeastern made the transfer of my vehicle, easy, stress free, and as simple as possible. I didn't even mind paying the bill because of their service! Thank you for having a smile and helpful nature in a world often mired in frustration!!

I had a move scheduled recently, and my U-Haul broke down on me twice. After hours of dealing with the first provider that was sent out by roadside assistance, I requested a second provider and that’s when I met David. Once he got there, he had such a friendly disposition and it made me feel comfortable after sitting in a random parking lot for over three hours. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me that the car was not safe to drive and reassured me that he would not leave until the tow truck came. David, I told you in person but I just wanna say thank you so much after going through so many emotions being in the U-Haul by myself and not being believed that something was wrong with the vehicle you came and instantly made me feel safe. Thank you so much for being kind.
Terribly business model, predatory at best, taking cars for max profit, lying about putting a sticker on a car with 24 hour advance (for which I have kept receipts that I was not home 24 hours in advance)z I had to get a professional car detailer to get the sticker off my window. This tow was 400 cash. No proof as to where this money goes because this an INSANE price. I am sure that our corrupt HOA is getting a kick back. Also, this company did not report the tow to the county or city. I spoke with an officer who encouraged me to take them to court to get my money back.
I had a dead vehicle and they picked it up for me within 20 minutes of me calling. I tried calling multiple places and getting put on hold but here they were straight to the point about where I was located and where I needed to get my vehicle. A specialist arrived and had me all set up without any hassle!
If I could give more than five stars I would because they did such a great job and I called other places and no one would help us. We were in desperate need of long distance towing for our car that was stuck in the snow and southern recovery and towing came through for us, when not even triple A or our own car insurance did . Pricing was reasonable and even better than what our insurance charged us initially and Kyle was extremely kind and helpful when we were in desperate need! We will deff use them again for any future services and will recommend to friends and family!
Your response failed to mention the fact that nobody was there on a work day because you went on “vacation.” That’s a terrible look that you can’t accuse me of falsifying. Also, I called the cops in order to retrieve my truck from a tow company that nobody was working at. And, my couches were new as you towed my truck in the process of me moving and hours after I parked it. They were dumped bc the doors were locked by a separate key inside the truck so I went through the back window. You would have known this if you or anybody was ever present at the actual tow shop and didn’t go on vacation while charging me storage daily. Or if you just answered the phone.

Our 2013 Chevrolet SUV had a front end mechanical failure while visiting in Simpsonville, SC in August 2023. We needed a long distance tow all the way back to Wake County, North Carolina. Not only was Southeastern the friendliest, most responsive company we called for quotes they ended up being the least expensive to boot. Professional, courteous, respectful and turned an all around stressful disaster into a pleasant outcome. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would use again.

A few years back I was going through a horrible financial hardship where I had to voluntarily surrender my Camaro. COVID had me out of work. The loan company wasn’t happy, but you can’t get money where there ain’t any. They forwarded my information to this company to schedule a time to come pick up the car. I received a call from a very nice gentleman who was very sympathetic towards my situation, but was doing his job. We set a day and time, he came by, and picked it up. They are very professional and do the job well. This job, I’m sure, isn’t one that everyone can do. I lost my car, but the people picking it up are just doing their job and will be understanding if you work with them.
Super fast service. I called and they were there to help within 15 minutes. They were super nice and very professional. They even let me handle the bill on the spot! I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.
This company is very friendly, fast, and reliable and they are very easy to work with. They picked up the vehicle I assigned for pick up within 30 min of me doing that. I will definitely work with them again.
I had a very pleasant experience! I scheduled a tow on Saturday for Monday morning. They were on time and even with a little mishap with the E break they were still super nice and patient. They drove me to a car dealership for maintenance and the ride there was great and they made sure I was comfortable during the trip.
Super friendly staff. They came to our rescue within 15 minutes. They were the only towing business that picked up their phone when I called. The driver even knew exactly what was wrong with my husband’s truck and told him how to properly fix it which was reassuring. And the towing fee was a very reasonable price as well. How can I explain how reliable, reasonable, and right down just the best all around. He gave me the best deal ever after I had been just denied service a few times and quoted some people told me some crazy high prices. I saved his number and trust me he’s the guy I will call always

Southeastern towing was the only company I called of 3 that answered their phone. The other two stated 24/7 and never returned my message. The gentleman was respectful and gave an estimated time which he arrived at that time. The pickup and delivery were prompt. I would recommend this company to others.
Southeastern was less expensive than others, and had my vehicle picked up and on it’s way in less than 30 minutes! Excellent service and great people! I will definitely use them again!
My car died on me as I was parking at Lowe's and both my husband and I thought it was the alternator going out. I called this awesome towing company and they came out within a reasonable time. He asked me what was going on with it and suggested that we check the battery charge before towing it to the dealer. He pulled out a charger hooked it up and my car started right after. Then he suggested that we go to auto zone for a battery and that they would follow us to make sure we got thete safely. Autozone then installed the new battery I purchased there. This whole experience was top notch.They are a rare breed of caring about their customers. So instead shelling out for towing and what could have been an expensive dealership service cost, I paid the towing company $40 for the charge and had to buy a new battery. Highly recommend them!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolute trash company. My son’s best friend parked in front of our house, for less than an hour, so they could take pics before homecoming. Come out and his car is gone. Watched the cameras and realized it was towed. Had to pay $240 to get it back and the guy was smiling and happy about it. He was rude and said he would be back and would tow it again even it’s for for two minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
They delivered a rather large/heavy package to our home address. The owner and his wife were very helpful, beyond what was called for. They even left us their straps to use and came back a day later to pick them up. That's great customer service!

Wanted to share my experience tonight. My oldest daughter was run off the road by a driver that ran a stop sign then drove off and left the scene. Southeastern towing happened to get to the scene when I did. They waited for the police to arrive and then pulled the car out of the ditch (which was steep and unforgiving) without any damage. They then refused to accept any payment for their time, fuel, and expertise. Extremely thankful they were there as I surely would have damaged the vehicle winching it out with my jeep. Can’t recommend them enough. Awesome people! Thank you again!!!!
Two words - fast and professional. While other tow companies were telling me a 2-3 hour wait (or not picking up at all), Southeastern was able to arrive in 15 minutes. Highly recommend, updated equipment and knowledgeable staff. These are the people to call for a tow!
These guys are top notch and affordable when it matters most. Over the years I’ve used many tow services and these folks will be who I use every time moving forward. I was given 15 minutes to get a tow truck and they arrived in 10. They helped to calm a nerve racking situation and are just real, down to earth good humans! I can’t say enough about them. They were gentle with my car yet able to have my car hooked up and me in the passenger seat in 5 minutes. Don’t make the mistake of calling anyone else. This company is all you’ll ever need! I called this company because they do the towing for our townhome community, and am I glad I did. Scott came right out within 15 minutes. Had my car started and advised me what I needed. Could not have gotten any better service. I recommend this company for any towing needs you might have. They are simply the best better than all the rest!!!!
Scott and Rebecca came and picked me up and towed my vehicle home. They were punctual, friendly and scooped my truck up in no time! Southeastern Towing has very reasonable rates and the tow truck was clean and comfortable. They both made me feel comfortable and I would recommend calling them the next time you need a tow. I definitely will!
