Rude on the phone. I called a little late to get a quote for a tow I needed in the morning. I got the response "you call at this time of the night to- we're closed tomorrow". On a Monday, really?
Very good experience. Pony Express was able to arrive within 30 minutes of calling to tow my daughter's car after she was in an accident. This was my second time using Pony Express and the service was excellent and reasonably priced. Thank you!
I called on a Sat because my tire was flat. The gentleman came with a wrecker and instead of towing my car he put air in my tire and followed me to dealership to make sure I got there okay. I can’t express how much that meant to me. Thank you very much. Sincerely Kim
