My son’s dad was arrested during a traffic stop while driving my mini van, at approximately 2pm on Sunday. While I understand that if you don’t want to be inconvenienced, you probably shouldn’t break the law, it doesn’t give a professional establishment license to be rude. When I came to inquire about the van and the daily rate, we were met with attitude and unprofessionalism. I requested to get my son’s car seat out of the van, and he seemed hesitant to even let my son’s dad go get it. He was literally basically on his back watching what he was getting out. Legally we could take whatever personal belongings we want out of the vehicle. They are not entitled to withhold all of our belongings just because they have our vehicle. That’s what they are entitled to until the fees are paid. The vehicle and parts attached - that’s it. Verified by law enforcement. Yet he told my son’s dad to put his items back? We returned 20 minutes later with the cash to get the vehicle out and the man was much more kind. I understand businesses need money to function but I don’t think being rude to customers is the way to do it, no matter what walk of life they come from. I had nothing to do with my son’s dad’s arrest I was simply trying to get MY vehicle back. Also - just to clarify from their other replies and get ahead of it - no the arrest was not violent or DUI related.
Eddie is a great easy going guy. After our car accident he kept us well informed of what's going on. Always. I mean ALWAYS picks up his phone. He's got a smile on his face and loves what he does. Highly recommend working with them.
He was in a hurry to close because he had somewhere to be but he waited for me to go to the atm. I didn't want my car there in the 1st place, but if I needed a tow I'd call him!!
The gentleman who runs this shop was absolutely amazing to me! The insurance company got my vehicle before I could get a chance to get there, and he got all the things I needed from it for me! 100%% recommend. great customer service!
This is actually someone's residence, and the owner's wife is quite difficult to deal with – she's rude and pushy. Additionally, they've increased the towing fee for a couple of hours' work and to hold the vehicle overnight. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I was in a tuff spot, hung in a busy parking lot with my truck loaded down with fencing. I was told 4 to 5 hours in the beginning due to them being so busy, I told them ok I'll have to wait. 45 min later I'm being towed home. They bent over backwards to take care of me that day. Great people doing a great job.
This tow company is not helpful at all I would not recommend it to no one that needs it. The lady answered the phone call was extremely RUDE! so don’t bother get help from them.
Lady was very rude. Do not do business with her. We were talking up a tow and she straight up hung up on me and my brother. Super rude and didn’t even allow us the tow. Grow up
The lady on duty was extremely helpful and overall it was very affordable and not an outlandish fee for the days they held the vehicle. We got lucky it was this company who towed our family members vehicle. The property was very well kept and the cars were in a secured location. Wouldn't have even known it was there if you didn't look for it.
