I found this business here on Google and was impressed with the reviews. I was embarrassed to explain I needed to have a tail light replaced due to a parked hit and run. Charles was patient with me and walked me through with the suggestion of purchasing the part on Amazon. He explained to come by any time for him or Jeff to install. I stopped by this afternoon, July 21, 2025, and Jeff immediately got to work. My only disappointment was the work was done so quickly that I didn't finish the chapter in the book I brought along!

Nobody likes having to get their car repaired. It can be a hassle. There can be frustration and trepidation in putting in the work to get an estimate, not knowing who to trust. As a person who has had more than my share of car damage, I have dealt with plenty of body shops. It is no understatement that the treatment I received by Jeff at Fender Mender was absolutely extraordinary in the best possible way. From the time that I was greeted, Jeff took time with me to make sure I felt welcome and at home. He explained the options for my car repair extremely thoroughly. He even provided me with questions and considerations should I go somewhere else. He graciously offered to speak to the folks who were responsible for the damage to explain the costs and the “why” behind what he was doing. He understands that the investment that we made in our vehicle was a sacrifice and one that we did not want a bad patch/paint job to mar our enjoyment and daily reminder of the accident.
Every step of the way he was communicative and clear…from proactively calling me first thing Monday morning to let me know that our overnight drop off went well…all the way to delivering the car two days earlier than what was expected.
I would have no reservations on sending my wife/children here to get service. Regardless of your comfort with auto-body repairs, Jeff takes the time to make you feel welcome and explains his process excellently.

When I called Fender Mender to find out if they could perform my repair, Charles expressed concern about their ability to provide a quality outcome since what I needed didn't exactly fit their business model. He relented when I explained I wasn't seeking perfection with this repair on my 20 year old car. The result was great, and the service was fast. I appreciated the professionalism, honesty and straightforwardness and the overall helpful approach. I recommend them and wish I had known about them sooner.

Best experience at a repair shop I have ever had. They told me every option on a hood repair that included an alternative option of using someone else. That sold me! if they are more interested in doing the right thing than making money..that speaks volumes and told me I was at right place. They did it not only on time but actually early which was a nice surprise. Perfect fix. Will use them in the future for personal and company vehicles. Took my truck in to replace a small body part that I broke. It was a small job so did not want to do an insurance claim. Jeff gave me a few options to help me keep pricing down. Ultimately I selected the most expensive option because I wanted “just like new”. They were able to get the job done quickly and it does look just like new.
I have never encountered a more helpful, honest, and knowledgeable person in the car business than Jeff. He was highly recommended by a friend, so we went to see in regarding a recent dent in our bumper. He explained the best option for us was to let it be. To get it back to 'normal' would have cost much more than the benefit we would get from repairing it. He then proceeded to take our car into his garage and did a little touch up to make it look better, and all of this without charging us anything!!

I am so blessed to have chose to call Fender Mender when i inadvertently tore my driver side front door up by getting out the car and forgetting to put my car in park. My door would no longer shut and when I called Charles told me to bring to the shop. When I arrived, Charles was very welcoming and very helpful. He fixed my door in less than 20 minutes and I was on my way out! I would recommend Charles for any and all body work repairs! I am so thankful ! Stopped in (no appt required) for an estimate on bumper fascia/skid plate replacement. Charles was straight up with me about cost (expensive), and recommended a high quality “bandaid” fix instead. He wasn’t pushy at all and even offered to make it happen while I waited. Had great conversation with Jeff while I waited. Arturo (the tech) did a great job. Stoked to have a really solid, honest, go-to body shop for any future needs.
All the wonderful reviews on Jeff and Fender Mender is accurate. Jeff has assisted us on our field vehicles a couple times now. Instead of paying hundreds for body work that is unnecessary for a field vehicle (already banged up), Jeff gave us helpful tips to fix it ourselves and saved our company hundreds of dollars. Overall, a really solid man and company. Feels great to have a solid body shop that does honest work and cares about the people. Thank you, Jeff! Charles is the best. My teenage son wrecked my car right before Christmas. What a pain, but not with fender mender working on it. They had me fixed up in less than a week. I’ll take all my cars there from now on. You should too!!!

I cannot say enough great things about my service and experience with Jeff and his team - especially as a women I rarely feel like I have respectful, positive experiences with automotive related services, but Jeff and his team were super efficient, always kept us updated, and worked around our scheduling needs without a hiccup! A repair I expected to be a headache was seamless and super easy and done in less than 3 hours thanks to their communication and top tier customer service! The finished product is perfect a well!
If I could give more stars I would! Thankfully I haven’t been in many accidents so I haven’t needed to use a car repair shop often, however I unfortunately got in a small fender bender recently, and immediately knew who I would call from a previous small accident years ago. Fender Mender left such an impression on me that when I was working through details with my insurance company as to who is on the approved list, I opted to go my own route, knowing with certainty my car would be in good hands with Jeff and his crew. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I’ve had. To be in a crummy situation to begin with, this company takes much pride and joy into ensuring the moment you first communicate with them… whether on phone or in person that you have ALL the details you need to make an informed decision. They go ABOVE and beyond with helping. I had a torn center console in another car that Jeff so graciously helped me find a replacement part for and gave me options of how to fix. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge they have. I felt confident all the way through and am so thankful to have my car back up and running. I have so many more things to say - but bottom line is just trust me and don’t look elsewhere. This is hands down the best place to take your car needs!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Jeff and Charles. Not only do they do fantastic work - they are kind and caring! I had borrowed a friend's car and damaged the front bumper. I needed to return the car that evening so I took it to Fender Bender, hoping they could fix it the same day. Jeff was beyond kind and helpful. Within the hour, he repaired the damage. It meant so much to me that they were willing to do the repair so quickly, and save me the embarrassment of returning a friend's car damaged I was willing to pay a premium. Total charge - $0. I tried to pay, but Jeff refused. There are not many people or businesses out there that are both honest and kind. I can not thank them enough! I highly recommend Fender Mender of Greenville!!
As soon as I walked in, I knew Fender Mender was the place for me. Jeff greeted me and made me feel very welcomed! I have been riding around with my door not closing all the way for months. Took it in after work and Jeff was very informative and gave me my options. He took it to the guys in the shop and not even 5 minutes later, I had my car back and it was like nothing was ever wrong. I definitely recommend them for you vehicle needs.
I can't even begin to express how INCREDIBLE this repair shop is - over the past few months, Charles and Jeff have both gone out of the way to help me however they could. Top-notch service and friendliness - they have those qualities in spades!
When my car was t-boned back in January, they walked me through the entire process of getting it fixed and how long I could expect to wait. Charles answered every question I had in-depth, such as exactly what parts needed replacing and why.
When I got my car back and noticed some engine troubles that I assumed had to be related to getting t-boned, Charles told me to swing on by whenever I could. He had me take pictures of their engine code reader's scan and explained to me what his thoughts were on the cause (ended up being TSB SB-10058136-4434).
Lastly, 2 whole months went by and I finally realized my door that had been replaced didn't have any sunshade clips attached to the top frame. Charles immediately hopped on it, and told me to swing on by whenever I could so that he could take a look. Even though these clips not being there was NO fault of their own (Charles showed me the correct door being ordered on their system), they starting trying to resolve it as if it was. Jeff ended up being able to punch out the clip holes in the correct spots after measuring a billion times (attention to detail!), but they were fully prepared to comp me the correct door purchase and installation if Jeff wasn't able to spot-fix it.
If I or anyone I know ever needs repair work done on their car in the future, I'm gonna make sure it gets done at Fender Mender.

Our nearly new Toyota Tacoma was in a rollover accident and required extensive repairs, I can't express enough how impressed we are with the job Fender Mender did in making it look new again.
I have an extensive background in the auto industry and I can tell you nobody could have done a better job. The paint is perfect, the gaps are perfect and there is no overspray or any visible signs that the truck has had any work done, it all looks 100% factory again.
Charles and Jeff were very helpful, friendly, handled all the insurance communications and kept us up to date about parts availability, timeline and progress and finished the job sooner than we had anticipated.

In the past I have visited Fender Mender for major repairs after a collision and was very satisfied. Recently my 2014 Altima received a dent in the rear bumper which I assumed would require body work. However, when I visited Fender Mender they were able to quickly realign the panels in just ten minutes. With some buffing and touch up paint it's as good as new! All for no charge! They are amazing.
The front right fender of my car had been warped so the passenger door was unable to be opened, I went to another auto body shop and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it without paying a lot. When I arrived at Fender Mender I was greeted and helped promptly, Jeff efficiently helped me by offering to fix it enough to open the door before getting me the quote I requested. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw he had even cleaned it up.
Jeff had a lot of good knowledge and advice for me about how best to proceed and fix the car but let me make my own final decision on what to do.
When I offered to pay for the quick fix he politely declined and instead told me how he really loves what he does and loves serving his customers. I think this is quite evident in his friendliness, honesty, good workmanship, and quick service.
We went in looking just to get the car “useable” and legal to drive after it had a rear/side collision. We got a rough estimate and took a couple months to save up to get the work done. Jeff was super helpful and told me my options, and even had me pull around and took the time to help me remove a hanging part that was dangerous to drive with, and helped me release the trunk which was stuck shut, free of charge. Upon going back they did a free estimate on the spot as soon as I walked in, called around for parts while I stood there and found them. They wanted to make sure to get me the best deal so they called multiple places to make sure of pricing. The actual quote on paper was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the initial glance over. They said they would have it about a week and would call when it was painted and ready. I told them the car was a beater and honestly I wasn’t concerned with looks, I just wanted it safe, together, legal and weather proof again. They said if I didn’t want to paint it I would save a lot of money, and it reduced it a good amount. That relieved a lot of the stress I was feeling on my end since it’s just a car for commute to work. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They gave me a date to drop the car off for the next week. I dropped it off at about 9:30 that morning, and Charles remembered me as soon as I walked in the door. He yelled up front that I was dropping off the Saturn and just getting parts put on. I received a text and a call from them around 3:40 while I was at work, gave them a quick text back saying I was at work and would be off all day the next day. Called them and they had finished all the work same day and the total was $250 less than the estimate. They got a deal for buying all the parts from one supplier, so they said they passed the savings on. We went to pick up the car and it looks flush and solid. Trunk works perfectly again. They assured me that they straightened and realigned the frame and reinforced it where it needed to be, and did a coating to prevent any weather from damaging it on the underside/actual interior metal they worked on. Any time I have an issue they will be where I go, and the first place I recommend to anyone with body damage. We took the car out after to go shopping and it’s perfect besides the paint job I requested not to have done since I plan on painting the entire car at a later date. If you need to manage your finances and just get back on the road, or if you need it to look brand new again, these guys have you covered it seems.
