They might be a little out of the way to drive to and I have no clue about the muffler shop part of it but as far as a scrap yard they actually give good competitive prices and always helpful and nice even as small as it is never had a problem with them
I had an excellent experience with Thompson's Muffler Shop and Garage! They did an outstanding job installing a fully active exhaust system by Quick Time Performance (QTP) on my son's vehicle. From start to finish, their professionalism was evident. The price was surprisingly low, especially considering the quality of the work they provided.
The team not only installed the QTP system flawlessly, but they also took extra care in running the power wires to the trunk, hiding them neatly for a clean look. Additionally, they mounted the wireless system with great attention to detail.
I’m very satisfied with their service and will definitely refer and return to them whenever the need arises. Highly recommend!
I hardly ever rate anyone 5 stars as there is always room for improvement in thier craft.

So I used to scrap here everytime I needed metal gone or needed to scrap for money and for a while things were good until I started to get into scrapping more valuable metals which they don't check you for a permit for copper aluminum etc they also have been pretty rude the last few times I went seeming to be having more fun crushing cars and goofing off instead of getting me out of there quickly like normal then there's also the fact that they don't seem to pay you for the more special metals they just kinda take what you got from your truck or car then give you what they think it's worth only thing redeeming this place was the price to buy but with car parts no longer being sold I'd say no longer worth it m&m scrap has better service and is not too much farther away.
These guys are great. Contacted them with a hard to find part, and with in an hour max, they had it pulled and ready for us. I want to thank the team there for helping us get someone back on the road again!
The only salvage yard that has any 1st gen chevy s10s, and they have a bountiful supply. I like how it was free to enter, relaxed, and I could drive through the whole yard. Definitely the best salvage yard in the upstate.
Very nice "pick and pull" style yard. Prices pretty good. Front desk lady very nice and she will tell u how much something is before u go get it. Bonus: they have donkeys! Not sure why, by they are COOL!
