Within 15 minutes of my call they responded at my trucks location, diagnosed the problem, scheduled the tow truck, delivered the truck to the Spar Diesel. 2 hours later the starter was replaced and the truck was ready to go. Lamar and Chasity are awesome. I was having issues with my vehicle on a Sunday afternoon where no other local teams could/would assist me. They had a prompt response, and were at my home within an hour. Lamar was super friendly and extremely helpful. Called late in the afternoon to get a car towed from Spartanburg to Simpsonville. Received a very reasonable quote for the length of the tow. Received prompt updates from the driver when he was stuck in the parking lot known as I-85. They took great care of my vehicle before, during, and after the tow.

What a great roadside solutions company to call when a person needs help as in distress. This company is amazing and it’s employee. Steve went above and beyond to help care for my vehicle and my concerns on the roadside today I had triple AAA and he came out for a possible tow that was able to problem, solve my issues and jumpstart my car and have me on the way which meant the world to me. I want to give a shout out to Ronnie!!! I was out to pickup breakfast and with my new puppy and my gear shifter in my 2005 Nissan Xterra was slipping and stuck in neutral. Not being able to drive it called Geico and they got me him pretty quickly. He had amazing communication, great personality, very friendly. Explain things in detail, took care of my car and cared about and took care of my puppy. Really good guy!!! He took a situation that could be stressful and isn’t easy with an eight week old puppy But he was so kind and caring and me and my puppy enjoyed time with him Talking and laughing until he got to my auto shop!!! This company is lucky to have this type of person to have Ronnie! And employee and human being, who took a bad situation and turned it into a great one And helped me make the best of it!!!!!
