SYAY AWAY PEOPLE! Want to share with my terrible experience. Came on Friday they are closed. I didn't had issues their place so they can close any time they want. Came up on Monday was in the lobby for 10 minutes noone showed up finally after pressing on the door bell twice lady came in and said that I need to wait longer because their front desk sells person comes late all the time. Absolutely disrespectful. My part is already paid just need to pick it up. After he showed up brought me fan clutch with broken bracket saying that they don't care about brackets. Spend whole week with those people. Will probably never use them again and don't recommend to anyone. Super unrespectfull hard to do business with that kinds of people.

I am writing to express my concern about a disappointing experience I had during a recent visit to your establishment. While interacting with the front manager, I felt disrespected and mistreated. We approached her regarding a card for sale, but instead of assisting us professionally, she responded in a rude and disrespectful manner. Her attitude was disgraceful and lacked the courtesy and professionalism expected from someone in her position. I was shocked by her tone and behavior. It's difficult to understand how someone who treats customers this way holds such a role. Respect, kindness, and basic manners are essential when dealing with the public, and unfortunately, none of these were present in our interaction. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into the matter. Customers should feel welcomed and respected, not belittled.

I went to get an alternator was having so many problems getting it off but a few of lkq staff came to assist with the right tools we had the part off the new one on and I would recommend anyone needing parts at a discounted rate come here.!!!!

Rather not even make it a one star this company LKQ really disappointed me i was hoping I found a place to start purchasing from so I purchased a matching set of roof curtain air bags along with a knee airbag for a BMW I paid a lot of money for them so they sent me the knee airbag and sent a message saying 2 parts delivered of the 3 but actually only was delivered I sent a message stating I only received 1 the knee airbag and was supposed to get 2 roof curtain air bags with the knee airbag so couple hours later I realized a partial refund on one of the curtain airbags so I messed them letting them know I didn’t want a refund I needed the parts so I’m the meantime they haven’t even sent the other roof curtain airbag they sent me a message saying delayed but then another message after letting them know I didn’t want a split set they sent me a message saying they have the other roof curtain packed and shipped that if I don’t receive it or something wrong let them know they will take care of it but a week later I received 1 roof curtain airbag and I called them they said I called their facility they couldn’t help me I need to contact the online place I purchased from lol witch is LQK so I messaged them and they sent a message saying product was delivered I explained to them I purchased a matching seat of roof curtain air bags that match my vehicle year make and model and I didn’t need just one I needed the pair so I told them I would send it back to just give me a refund when in the beginning I messaged them stating I needed the parts not a refund so you can research their website and parts they have several of the same parts I ordered actually several matches sets from the same vehicles so I found out they didn’t send the second roof curtain airbag because it was damaged so they issued a refund and shipped the second one without any notification or anything they could have plainly contacted me asking what I prefer that the set I ordered one was damaged would I take a spit up set from different vehicles but no now we are at this point several weeks later I can’t send the airbag back I have to deliver it in person over 2 hours away with a message they asked me to print and send with it now I haven’t opened the box it’s still in the original packaging I asked for a shipping label they declined and said it must be hand delivered to their facility over 2 hours away well I figured if I could drive several hours away I could have just picked them myself what a joke this is turning out to be and they actually have another facility 1 hour away but I should not have to take time out of my day to redo something I already paid for so if I have to deliver this back then I wasted several days and lost money

I called the number on the website to verify that the part that I needed was in stock.. the person on the phone assured me that it was.. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to get this part.. when I finally arrived they told me that there was a 24-hour hold on all parts... Nowhere on the website or the door to the building or the person that I called never informed me of this policy... After finally speaking with a manager and him seeing how unpleased I was... He had someone go and pull the part right then... Another 30 minutes later and I was finally out the door... I probably will not shop here again...

Require 24hr notice to pull parts. Only open M-F and close at 4pm. So if you need a part Friday you’re screwed until the next weekend when you have time to work on it. Stick to smaller junk yards where there is actually customer service

Said they had the parts I need on Google the day before, was halfway there to pick up parts to fix my car after saving myself and the insurance company money by doing the work myself called got hung up on twice on hold for 20-30 minutes to get the reply that they do not have the parts to return around and Google the website and as it never existed. Horrible experience...

I call for parts on Fri at 2 pm and they can not get part til Tuesday. Which is not normal. So I accepted hard. They told me to call before I come. Which I already paid for part last Friday. So Tuesday I called and gave my ref number. Then ask me what wrong. I was confused. I told to call before pick up. Then he look up again then oh oh on part ready come get it. I call 12:15pm. I show up 12:45om. One of worker said all on break til 1 pm. I confused again I just called and never said about lunch break. I sit in car wait for 155 min. I show up 1:05 many of them just come in building and clock in. I still wait for man to have my part ready. They all walking around and few young smoking in building I shock to see they are very sloppy professional place. Never go back again. I still waiting now it 1:13pm. Someone just said oh he in bathroom. Gross place. Oh man he came back said parts have not pulled out yet as they are now going get parts. I told him I paid last Friday. What heck they doing. Wow. I sit in car and wait another 15 min. Suck

Standing in your lobby with a pocket full of money to buy a shifter and console for a Mustang. The shifter they brought out was garbage and the girl showed one (console and shifter on her computer, but it hadn't been pulled yet. I asked if I could see it before buying it and she just got difficult with me saying "they " probably wouldn't let me in the yard. I told her I'm here to buy it but need to make sure it's what I need and the condition was good. She obviously didn't want to work with me so LKQ can keep their parts. Nobody will ever buy that shifter or console so you just threw a couple hundred bucks out the window.

Called and said they had part on shelf once arrived they needed to order it. Never got a call that part no longer was available nor came in. Not great on customer service!

Great place to get used auto parts. Sometimes the staff isn’t very friendly, no nonsense. They are able to have parts shipped in from other locations.

I ordered two car seats they came in dirty with mud on it. One seat won't move back and forth. That same seat the airbag was deployed.

The price was fantastic. The sales rep was friendly. If only they would tell you when you order on the phone that they close for an hour at lunch---from 12 to 1pm. Because when you go there on your lunch, they are not open. And then, you are late. 😞

I'm going to give him five stars because the girl at the front counter was at the mercy of the people that were picking the parts. She was awesome she did her best to work out the issue of the visor that we were going to buy being the wrong color. We took one but it was just a shade of gray off. We needed a dark charcoal gray. She was awesome, she needs a raise. You can't always help the people that you work around being turkeys!

I hate to deal with this place. I own a bodyshop and only use them as a last resort. I called a day ahead and was told the part I needed was off and ready to pick up, drove from Easley to pick it up and was told it would be ready the next day. I told the counter guy I and called and was told it would be ready today and he said no it would be tomorrow. 2hr. waste of my time. Next time I will order factory parts and eat the difference before using these people. The short, chubby guy Tyler who works the counter needs to learn some people skills, he has the personality of a grain of sand.

Got on alert system for when vehicles get released into yard. Received alert on 2 jeep wranglers I was watching at 8:30 am. Within 15 minutes, i was there only to find they had been totally stripped of all parts including their wheels, tops, radios and doors. You have to pay entry fee to even look?? I asked how they had ended up stripped. They stated that some people stay in parking lot all night (what??) If they did, how did they know these two jeeps would be released that morning?? I do have the app and live 5 minutes from lkq. I will not be returning as I'm sure some of their favorites had early entry or knew from one of their buddies that they were releasing them.

Prices are comparable to what you’d find on eBay. I bought an AC compressor which didn’t have so much as a shop rag to plug the ports, which is both ignorant and frustrating. If I come back with a fouled compressor within their warranty they’re the ones out cash because of carelessness. Also stay keen to their math on the core charges and what-not. Anyhow, typical used parts shop. You’ll likely leave satisfied enough if you don’t expect a smile and platonic pat on the rear as you leave.

A motor was purchased 3,000 miles ago. The engine was 1.5 quarts low when the engine started knocking. Their "adjuster" said it was low even though it registered on the stick. We asked for an independent adjuster to look at it at our expense but they refused stating it would not matter. We requested to speak with the manager of the location and the employee said it would not matter. The company is such a large company it shocks me how terrible the service can be.

Engine runs like brand new! Best place for Honda parts! Thanks LKQ You guys have it together! I will be purchasing a second engine from them really soon for another Honda! Even the tech who performed the engine swap has got his people turned on to LKQ for their parts!

Very bad customer service. They don't maintain an accurate inventory. They want you to drive to a location to see if the part you need is there. They cant even tell you something as basic as interior color. And will not let you talk to the actual location on the phone.

One of the worst I've ever had to work with! It does matter if I talk to someone local or from a call center. When I ordered a part, I was told "we don't know when it will get here, we have no way of tracking it. it will be some time Monday" So I called Monday to see when I would get the part, was told "hold on I'll check the GPS... it will be there by 10:30" it never showed up, I called back at 12:00 was on hold for over 10 mins and disconnected then call back and told "the only way to find out is to call the drive, I don't know why they told you they could check the GPS, I’ll call the driver and let you know" on hold for 7 mins and was disconnected again, called back again, held for 9 more mins. He said he would have to email the dispatcher and call me back when he heard from them. I was lied to from just about everyone there, one of them might have been telling the truth, but I have no way of knowing. I have spent more time on hold then speaking to someone and still don't know when I'll get the part. This is not the first time stuff like this has happened. Major lack of communication issue, and major training and staffing issue, all of that starts with management. I will go out of my way before I ever buy anything from A&R/LKQ again.
