I'm very glad that I called 888 TOWS. They were a welcome "real person" on the other end of the line when I needed help. They got all my information quickly and correctly, arrived at my home, and got my car to the dealer in a really short time. Everyone I spoke with (office and driver) was friendly and professional in their work. I would use them again, especially if you don't like waiting on line for a robot that doesn't understand what you're saying. Thank you, guys!
Driving around Murrells Inlet, doing business and going to appointments today, when - suddenly- the 2013 Expedition would not get out of "Park"! Called Carolina Car Care, our go-to repair shop, and they recommended 888-Tows. The two young men were so helpful, fast, and courteous, got the truck out of gear to put it on the dolly, and gave us and it a ride to Carolina Car Care! They knew what needed to be done, and did it - all during cold damp breezes and a spitting rain... You always hate to be towed, but with the speed and efficiency at 888-Tows, you can at least be assured of knowledgeable and courteous Car and customer care, as well as reasonable prices.

Amazing experience!!! Our truck died in Myrtle beach and the company was out in 30 minutes. They explained the process over the phone in great detailed . Price was beyond reasonable and guys were great !!! We plan on using them in the future if we ever run into an other issues and recommending them. I’ll never use anyone but them .

The staff answered the phone promptly and were very nice. Kept me informed as to when a tow truck would be available to come and take me to the dealership. Within an hour they were there. The men that came were very nice and thoughtful. They made sure I was comfortable in the cab of the truck in air conditioning. They got my car on the rollback and off we went. Great conversation as we traveled. I would definitely recommend this company. They were amazing and the price was reasonable.
I had a great experience with 888 tows! I had to call them to tow my car at night, they arrived before my ride did and they stayed with me until my ride got there. They were fast and provided excellent service! If I ever need a tow again I will definitely be calling them!

I was referred to these guys by my mechanic Scott that owns CarDoc in Garden City Beach to tow my car to the Ford dealership in MB. I spoke with James at 888 and he was so friendly and really made me feel like my problem was his problem and he was gonna make sure the process was easy for me. They were willing to show up right then and there and made time for me in their busy schedule. He sent his guy Patrick out to my house to pick my car up and Patrick was more than great and was super personable, which always makes you feel a little more comfortable in a stressful time. He was familiar with the woman in the service department to where my car was being towed, as she was with him, and that definitely shows you that this company has a respectful rapport with whomever they come into contact with. The best advertisement is word of mouth and these fellas were just great from start to finish. Thank you gentlemen for everything!

Are 10 stars a thing? If not they should be! The team that came out to assist with putting on my spare in the rain on a busy highway were AMAZING! They were quicker to arrive than the quoted time and we nothing short of professional. Their work didn’t even offend the precious cargo in the back seat. If I’m ever in another roadside debacle I’ll be giving 888 Tows a call!

Had a blown out tire on my work truck while traveling to a job in Georgetown. Don’t have a jack on the truck big enough to lift it to do a tire change. Gave them a call and spoke with James and he was able to get to me within about 15 minutes. Very friendly and fast service helping get the truck lifted, the tire changed and he even threw the old tire up under the bed where the spare is usually stored so I didn’t have to haul it around. Checked my air pressure and added some air. Just an all around great experience for a stressful situation. Many thanks to them for getting me back on the road fast.

Outstanding Service! Called 888 Tows after researching inexpensive tow companies with great reviews. Thank goodness I found this company! They were at my house in 8 minutes (literally) and made sure that my 3/4 ton Chevy truck was loaded on the flatbed safety without any damage. Truck had no power and I could not get it out of park, most tow companies would've just winched it in park to load...but James went Above and Beyond and spent a lot of time to get my truck in neutral as to not cause any damage forcing it on the tow truck stuck in park. I am super impressed by the detail and care James gave to my vehicle! They were also very professional and nice to chat with plus Oscar made a new friend:) Highly Highly Recommend!!
