This company took care of us today! Leaving this morning from the beach, car stranded us and they came picked it up and brought it to meet another driver to bring 4 and a half hours. Couldn’t ask for better people!
Fast and friendly response. Joseph was expert at loading and unloading my truck. The manager at the repair shop called him a Picasso at backing and unloading my truck perfectly into the bay for repair. When you are in a situation and don't know what to do, its a blessing from God to have a company help.
Amazing experience!!! Our truck died in Myrtle beach and the company was out in 30 minutes. They explained the process over the phone in great detailed . The staff answered the phone promptly and were very nice. Kept me informed as to when a tow truck would be available to come and take me to the dealership. Within an hour they were there. The men that came were very nice and thoughtful. They made sure I was comfortable in the cab of the truck in air conditioning. They got my car on the rollback and off we went. Great conversation as we traveled. I would definitely recommend this company. They were amazing and the price was reasonable.

Are 10 stars a thing? If not they should be! The team that came out to assist with putting on my spare in the rain on a busy highway were AMAZING! They were quicker to arrive than the quoted time and we nothing short of professional. Their work didn’t even offend the precious cargo in the back seat. If I’m ever in another roadside debacle I’ll be giving 888 Tows a call!

Had a blown out tire on my work truck while traveling to a job in Georgetown. Don’t have a jack on the truck big enough to lift it to do a tire change. Gave them a call and spoke with James and he was able to get to me within about 15 minutes. Very friendly and fast service helping get the truck lifted, the tire changed and he even threw the old tire up under the bed where the spare is usually stored so I didn’t have to haul it around. Checked my air pressure and added some air. Just an all around great experience for a stressful situation. Many thanks to them for getting me back on the road fast.
Outstanding Service!
Called 888 Tows after researching inexpensive tow companies with great reviews. Thank goodness I found this company! They were at my house in 8 minutes (literally) and made sure that my 3/4 ton Chevy truck was loaded on the flatbed safety without any damage. Truck had no power and I could not get it out of park, most tow companies would've just winched it in park to load...but James went Above and Beyond and spent a lot of time to get my truck in neutral as to not cause any damage forcing it on the tow truck stuck in park. I am super impressed by the detail and care James gave to my vehicle!
